Zleep Hotel Zürich-Kloten

The room was nice and very clean. The breakfast was simple but very good. The parking lot was a bit difficult to find: There is a parking garage beneath the building with dedicated parking lots for hotel guests. You can take the lift from the parking garage directly up to the hotel. You can pay for the parking at the hotel reception, it is 25 CHF per night. You can enter the garage via the backside of the building (Marktgasse, "Parkhaus am Stadtplatz" in Google maps).

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr sauber. Leider fand ich die Lüftung sehr laut und konnte die nicht abstellen. Weiss nicht ob das normal ist die Lautstärke. Wenn das angepasst wird wäre es eigentlich top hotel wo nicht weit von Flughafen entfernt ist. Shuttlebus gibt es kostet aber extra 10 Franken ist noch okey vom Preis.

A new hotel in the area that's convenient and comfortable to stay at! They offer a shuttle service to the airport. Sophia was very nice and helpful during our stay. Will stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is nice and clean and new. There is staff on the premises until 11p.m. The person on duty was very helpful. And the hotel is steps away from the local train station. There are several grocery stores nearby where you can buy some food. However, there was no early shuttle service, and although the reception staff ordered me a taxi for the next morning, the taxi didn't come at the agreed-upon time. With no staff at the early hour, I had to get in touch with them myself (a slight problem as I didn't have an international calling plan) and then they charged me twice the amount (Fr40.00) that they had quoted the hotel staff the night before. So, while that is not a problem with the hotel itself, it made me a bit nervous and I personally would probably opt for a hotel with a night manager on duty next time.

After a 10 day sight seeing trip through Italy and Switzerland we decided to book Zleep near the Zurich airport. It looked modern and easy to use. However once we got there there were a string of problems. First, check-in was through a computer kiosk, but I had to use it in the doorway with a couple of employees smoking next to me. Parking was difficult to find and was quite expensive at 25CHF for the night. It was also very complicated (you have to buy a pass from the hotel front desk). The key card reader in one of the elevators didn't work. When we got to our room it was very hot. The AC was malfunctioning. After contacting the front desk the clerk said that the AC works better when turned off (I'm not kidding). She also suggested we open the window, but there were people being very loud and smoking in the street below. We did get a tiny fan from the front desk which helped. There was no soap in the shower. There were no wash cloths either. The toilet was dirty. There was not a safe for valuables. The design of the room was odd with few electrical outlets, no night stand or luggage rack. The bathroom door was also the shower door when it was swung in (very awkward). The bed, however was great. Breakfast in the morning was also great. A good selection of breads, eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, and more. On a side note, Google maps tried to send us the wrong way down one way streets twice next to the hotel which added to the frustration.

空港からタクシーで3分と近く早朝のフライトには良いホテルです。駅も徒歩1分の距離でチューリッヒ市内にも行きやすいです。フロントがないので端末でチェックインするシステムですが簡単です。ホテルからシャトルバスを呼べます。1人8スイスフラン、2人だと16スイスフランでした。

Endlich mal ein Hotel in Zürich mit vernünftigen Bier an der Bar ;)

A little hard to find but in a great location just a couple minutes from the airport. Very comfortable and clean. Parking is below the hotel for a daily charge.

overall experience was very good, the parking was not available but at 30 franks per night - that got added up to the room.

Erst einmal ist dort ein alter Typ an der Rezeption der offensichtlich keine Lust auf seinen Job hat. Dann muss man nach einem langen Tag und Anreise erst einmal zwischen zwei Türen die ständig auf und zu gehen und jeder seine persönlichen Daten im Display sehen kann digital einchecken. Als ich denn Rezeptionisten dann fragte ob er mich bitte einfach einchecken kann weil mich das mit den Türen in den Wahnsinn treibt schickte er mich zu einem anderen Automate anstatt mir einfach zu helfen! Dann musste ich mich noch von ihm dumm anmachen lassen als ich mich über den Service beschwert hatte!! Dann hoch aufs Zimmer und der Boden klebt. Wie absolut eklig. Das war so extrem das ich erst meine Schuhe anbehielt und später dann Handtücher auf dem Boden verteilte, damit ich den Boden nicht berühren muss! Super Hotel! Nie wieder! Nie wieder.

Clean, very modern, right across street from Aldi. Very close to train and bus to airport. Automated check at a machine, but very nice staff to help with any questions.

Clean, simple, quiet. Only issue was shower head hose was twisted so had to wrestle with it to stay on the hook. I’d definitely stay again. Excellent proximity to bus, train, and city. Best prices for in Zurich area.

Room was spotless, staff were more than accommodating. Close to the airport and the rooms are beautiful. Small balcony but still amazing to have nonetheless.

Schönes modernes und sehr neues Hotel. Sehr zentral am Bahnhof Kloten. Alles sehr einfach zu finden, bequeme Betten, schönes Zimmer. Es hätte etwas ordentlicher gesäubert sein können. Schwarze Haare auf dem Boden verteilt

Das Bad war ok, allerdings nicht 100% sauber. Das Hotel selbst und das Zimmer waren jedoch sehr gut!

機能性が高い、清潔なホテル。部屋にゴミ箱が一つしかなく、ティッシュが無いのが残念。部屋は暖かく、シャワーお湯や水圧も問題ない。快適だった。

The hotel was ok, and reasonably priced for a single night. The bathroom has an awkward door setup with the outside door folding in to be the shower door. No vending machines in the hotel, but a grocery store is right across the street.

You will get what you paid for , only 2 towels for 2 person . No face towel , bathroom flooded with water after taking a shower because there is no door , there is no place to put soap. The shampoo is also for body use and for facial cleanser There is no sink in the bathroom.

No frills, small rooms with nothing extra. Good for the price. Clean and located close to the airport.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. Great lobby. The room was new and clean. The one swinging door serving both the bathroom and shower was clever but did not afford a lot of privacy sound-wise. Regarding check-in, I prefer having a person check me in and not a self-serve kiosk. We switched from the kiosk to the staff member at the front desk after trying the kiosk but it was taking too long.

Alles sehr minimalistisch. Mein Zimmer hatte weder einen Schrank. Noch einen Safe, o.ä. Das WC und die Dusche sind separat. Das Waschbecken zum Händewaschen aber quasi im Eingangsbereich ein paar Schritte entfernt davon. Etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was allerdings genervt hatte war, dass es eine Dauerlüftung gint

I like the big window with the door I didn’t had a sink in the bathroom only in my bed room no closets or dresser for your clothes !! Only hanging no very convenience

Practical, accessible and clean modern hotel with just one issue. I arrived within the opening hours stated for reception (before 11 pm) only to be greeted by locked doors. There is a machine in the foyer to churn out your key card after entering your personal details for all to see as they walk past you letting themselves in, entering the hotel. Very uncomfortable experience and must break GDPR rules for data privacy! I wouldn't want to be a single woman arriving like that. On entering the hotel it is like the marie celeste. Not great. On leaving the hotel, staff were lovely, but that's not the point is it? Lack of reception cover with inaccurate website information is not OK.

Positiv: Leicht mit Öffis zu erreichen. Check-In easy. Technik im Zimmer funktionierte. Negativ: Housekeeping kam morgens einfach ins Zimmer, trotz Karte. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer, dessen Bett sehr schmal war.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and they offer a mobile check-in process if you're arriving late, as well.

Booked a room after a flight and went to check in at 11 pm since it said check in open till 12, arrived and there was only a self check in and it wouldn’t let us check in. Had to call someone for help cause there’s no one at the property and had to wait on the phone for over 2 hours for things to be resolved absolutely ridiculous. Would never stay again!

Very impersonal. On check in, although there was a staff member on site they asked me to check in via kiosk in lobby Very inconvenient as they already had all my booking information but I had to input it all again including all personal information for both my husband and I Including passport info. Booked a taxi with a staff for taxi to airport for the following morning. The next morning went and double-checked that taxi was booked and they had not written it down so taxi had to be rebooked. All turned out well but again a very impersonal experience.

Close to the airport, and quiet. The hotels in the direct vicinity of ZRH are more expensive, so this location is a good alternative. Taking a train into the center of Zürich is very quick, as there is a stop a block away.

This is an excellent budget, no-frills hotel near the airport. It’s also right by the train station.

Great location to stay close to Zurich Airport. Bus stop to the airport and train to Zurich are 50 yards away. There are 3 supermarkets in the vicinity as well as restaurants

The check in and out are fast and easy. The room is basic but warm. Hotel is next to Kloten train station.

Location is convenient and walking distance to train (Kloten) and bus stations that will take you to either the airport or city center. The hotel is quite new, safe and modern. The room is spacious, minimalist and clean. The price is good compared to old and small city center hotels. There are plenty supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I will stay here again for the cleanliness, convenience and price

The breakfast area could be improved. Unfortunately, the open windows allowed flies to land on the ham and bread, which compromised hygiene.

Clean, friendly staff, very easy check in. Near a lot of stuff & less than 1 min from the train. Beds were ok, and breakfast was a bit expensive. Also continent to the airport. Overall would recommended!

This hotel had AC , it is brand new hotel with modern bathroom not like Zermatt , engelberg, Bern 100 year old hotel. They didn’t have electric kettle/coffee maker or microwave. Also there is no info on who to contact if there is any need off hours. Daytime they have staff around . You check in using kiosk . Across the street is bus stop that take you to airport. Aldi is across the street , micro’s grocery close by . Good place for layover before flight

This hotel is a self checkin hotel. Super easy to take an uber from airport $12. Breakfast was very basic. For a one night stay over it's safe and clean so It was ok for me. Pizza place across street and train station up the hill walking distance.

Staff were very helpful, allowed me a very early check-in. Breakfast is ridiculously expensive for what is a basic continental breakfast. You can pick up something at the Aldi across the road for like CHF5. Room is very basic but very clean and bed was comfortable.
