Elevators are malfunctioning, takes a long time to make it go to the needed floor by tapping those cards, which it often does not recognize. AC controller in the room literally blocked remotely and room had stale, hot air. Windows can’t be opened in any way in entire building. Proposed room to change appeared to be slightly cooler, but somehow smaller and with defects (curtain falling off, one bed lamp was broken, one usb charging port at the desk is broken). Would not stay in this hotel again.

Das Hotel ist top, modern, sehr sauber und Top Lage und Anbindung. Man ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Zug im Zentrum von Zürich, und die Flughafen Mall bietet alles, auch am Sonntag. Der Park direkt vor der Türe. Wer mit dem Auto kommt wird allerdings zur Kasse gebeten, parken ist viel zu teuer pro Tag! Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Somit fallen Flughafen Parkgebühren an. Der kleine Rabatt vom Hotel für den Psrkplatz ist lächerlich. Mit dem Auto nicht zu empfehlen!

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days before flying back home. Downtown Zürich is a ten minute train ride making it easy to get out to shop or eat, with a much more affordable rate. Room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very professional and friendly.

This property looks immaculate and well ordered. Our room, however, lacked two vital things. Our sink was stuffed. Doesnt the housekeeper see this when cleaning the sink and area? Also amenities inadequate for two people. The woman at the desk was very attentive and resolved this for us. Otherwise this would be an outstanding review!

Excellent stay! We decided to stay close to the airport since our flight was at early morning and wanted to avoid the struggle to travel from Zurich city area to the airport by Train. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, stylish and quiet and the best of all, the staff, excellent service!

It’s the perfect hotel adjacent to the airport. Rooms are very quiet. Only issue was the AC controls did not work well. Room was set to 19c but stayed at 23c regardless of our manipulation of the thermostat

Regency Suites are amazing. Plenty of room to spread out for our family of three. The roll away bed was quite comfortable for our so ; he said it was the best he’d ever slept on in a hotel. The design and layout of the suite takes into account multiple people, and having two bathrooms is a real plus.

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed only one night as we were catching a flight the next day. It's easily accessible by walking a few minutes from the Zurich airport. The check-in was fast a very friendly. We called to ask for an extra duvet and received it within 10 minutes. The room was very modern and beautiful. We slept very well and it was completely silent despite being next to the busy airport.

Great property, worst service. The property is very well located, right next to the airport with some shoppings and dining options. Clean, new and great amenity. However I would not recommend anyone to stay there if they want a good night of sleep. I was woken up by the staff cleaning the rooms surrounding me and banging the doors very very loud, I am talking about my entire room shaking loud at around 7:30 am. Complained to the concierge they said they ll do something about it. The banging sound stopped for about 5 min then it started all over again. Complained again to a manager, they did nothing to rectify it just said we are sorry. No compensation nothing. Majority of the staff other than the concierge only speak German, no english no French. When I asked a simple question as when is the gym open, both staffs who's cleaning the gym couldn't answer my question. They have to find a supervisor who can speak simple English in the end. Hotel next to Zurich airport staff speak no English, no French which is one of the official language in Switzerland, it's a shame. Oh, also when we first checked in the concierge gave me a wrong room number that did not exist! We went up the elevator only to find no such room on the floor. Came back down and went to the front desk again, the guy works there finally gave us the correct room. Overall my stay was very disappointing cuz due to no sleep and very unorganized staff.

It is absolutely anoying when for a already paid stay, arriving at 8pm, Check Out at 7am a deposit of CHF 100 was asked, and my money is blocked for an und own time. On requests it was anderes that this is Hotel Policy. Well, If it is Like this, i have to accept, but Hyatt will not welcome me anymore for lifetime.

I disliked the absence of concierge services, We traveled from Bangkok to Madrid then from Madrid to Tel' Aviv and from Tel Aviv to NYC via SWISS air, they made us collect all over luggage and bring it with us through customs. The stop over was 12 hours and we arrived to the hotel at 10-30PM. I had a discectomy spine surgery in March, so I can't lift more than 5 kg. Not to mention 5 suitcases and 3 hand luggage pieces. At the hotel there was no one to help me and my girlfriend. We had to take a trolley and take the luggage to the storage.

This is one of the most amazing airport hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Literally a few minutes to walk from the terminal to the hotel. All around the hotel are nice shops and restaurants as an added bonus. Immaculate rooms, very modern, wonderful front desk staff, gym and sauna. The beds and pillows were so comfortable as well and there are nice amenities in the room. 5 stars aren’t enough to describe this hotel. The hotel bar is super cool as well.
