Great stay overall! Clean, quiet room. Parking included was a huge bonus and yet walking distance to restaurants and grocery very close by. Zürich airport also nearby. Room had a separate room for toilet with an additional sink which came in handy with more than one person in the room. Nice staff. Highly recommend!

The check in process was easy even after hours. The staff members were helpful as I have informed them that I would be arriving late. The reception closes at 8PM, but even when we arrived after hours the process was easy to follow and we got into our room without issues.

Dirty room with hair in shower and toilet. Slow WiFi could not even download email on 2nd floor. Breakfast not included and the location is in an immigrant area perhaps not so safe. We will not come back.

The shower took a LONG time to get warm water. The shower head wouldn’t stay upright and was constantly drooping. Had twin room but pillows drastically different for each bed. Very quiet room!

No airport shuttle. Taxi is about $25. No staff on arrival. Did not have an entry code from Expedia due to no internet on arrival. A guest let me in. Had to spend 15 minutes in a phone to get a code to get the room entry card. Grouchy, grumpy staff at breakfast. Should have stayed at the hotel in the airport. Will not come back to this place.

The Hotel Welcome Inn is close to the Zurich airport. It no longer operates a shuttle van, but you can take bus 731 or 733 just a few stops for 2.70 CH and then walk one block to the hotel. The Kloten train station is also just one block away. Wifi works well, and the hotel has apples, cookies, coffee and tea for its guests. The front desk closes at 8 pm, so there is a somewhat complicated mobile key system for late arrivals.

We stayed here the night before flying out after a 10 day trip and it was perfect. Clean rooms - not luxury but perfectly eqiuped with everything we needed and comfortable beds. The staff brought up extra pillows on request, and called us a cab for the 10 minute ride to the airport in the morning. The hotel breakfast in the hotel was worth the 15.00. The train station was a 5 minute walk. We would definately stay here again before flying out.

Great location literally 10 minutes bus ride from the airport. There’s a Lidl, Migros, Dominos and great bakery virtually next to the hotel as well as other eateries. Very nice continental breakfast to start your day. Front desk staff very helpful as I didn’t realise that Swiss plugs were different to standard EU ones but they had ones that I could borrow. They also sell bus tickets SFR2.80 per journey. Bus stop is outside Migros 5 mins away from hotel. Hotel rooms are large with tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. Great hotel.

We spent one night here prior to our departure flight from Zurich. Hotel was a block from the train/bus station so super convenient. Lots of stores and restaurants walkable in the area. It was incredibly easy to take the bus in the morning to the airport (roughly 3 stops/15 minutes). Would highly recommend as a pre-flight lodging option.

The accommodations were nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past while vacationing with my family. My only disappointment was with the breakfast options. On this stay, the hotel fell short of my expectations with the breakfast. Comparing the Hotel Welcome Inn to the other hotels we've stayed at across Europe on our travels, I was hoping there would be more fresh fruit, bacon or sausage, and eggs to choose from. Other than the breakfast, our stay was pleasant and met our needs.

Get the 521 bus from the airport and it's 5 minutes walk down a main road. The footpath from the airport is over a mile and secluded - no thanks I arrived after 8 (when they close so had to ask for entry codes to door and room key locker , but all good). Room perfect for basics ' quiet, clean, secure' and breakfast was good. Bar downstairs good too.

Hotel was nice, check in no problem. Room was a really nice size twin room with the WC and shower in two separate rooms which was great. But the onsite restaurant had closed down and apart from a continental buffet there wasn’t any food available All the local supermarkets closed at 8pm too.

The hotel was nice and clean, however, the app they use to check in on line did not work. I could not get a key assigned. But when we arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, they accommodated us. The breakfast cost is 18 Swiss francs, which is a bit expensive and you have to cook your own eggs. There is no ice available. Other than that, the stay was adequate for one or two nights

We have stayed at this hotel before, and it suits our requirements. It is clean and close to the airport. HOWEVER: This was the first time that we tried to check in and nobody was manning the front desk. The door was locked and there was a typed note on what to do. Another guest had to let us in. Once at the front desk, you had to call a sister hotel. They remotely open a slot with your hotel room keys. We did not see a single staff person while we were there. This may be the way of the future, but there is nobody to turn to with any issues. We will probably stay at another location next time we have an early flight out.

I just stayed one night before going to the airport. They don’t have an airport shuttle but can arrange a taxi for you. The reception desk closes early and no vending machines in the hotel. Room was a little warm and the A/C didn’t seem to keep up.
