This place is so nice! A simple hotel but very clean and comfortable. Staff is amazing. It feels like you are visiting family in the interior. The views from the terrace are incredible. Just wish the restaurant offered more meals at night not just drinks. Best part, it is across from St Peter'square! All you do is cross the street and you are right there! That was extremely convenient to wake up early go to mass and the pope audience. I will definitely be back! It also has elevators!

This place has an amazing Terrace view of Saint Peters. Nice place to relax in the afternoon after sightseeing, very friendly staff, and they speak English. The restaurant is very good with classic Roman recipes, no need to search on the street and eat at touristy ripoff places. Great for families, gatherings or couples. I was shocked at the value. Can’t wait to try the included breakfast buffet tomorrow.

We loved our stay! It is quiet and so close to the Vatican. Terrace views are incredible! Breakfast is very good! They offer American style coffee in a pot to pour! We had a diner at their restaurant. The food is well made and delicious.

The property is located perfectly across the street from the Vatican. We could hear the beautiful bells ringing. Our room has a beautiful view of the Vatican and the building that the Pope says prayers from on Sundays. This isn’t an extravagant hotel but it is comfortable and clean. Our room was a double suite and I wouldn’t recommend anything other than that.

This property was in a great location. Staff were nice but the rooms were horrible. No AC/No Wifi except in lobby/No hot showers. The rooms extremely dated and bland. It has so much potential but it is really tired looking. The worst thing about the rooms is the smell. Extremely stuffy and smells like an old drinking hall mixed with urine. We actually had to go and buy air freshener for our room, it was that bad. Also no views out of hotel room unless your about 6”6 as windows are super high. The hotel terrace though is stunning.

Von der Lage ist dieses Hotel unübertroffen. Beim Verlassen des Hotels fällt man förmlich auf den Petersplatz,das Vatikanische Museum und die Engelsburg sind in 10-12 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und selbst das Kolosseum ist mit 40-50 Minuten zu Fuß kein Problem. Die Sauberkeit, das Personal und der Service im Hotel sind sehr gut bis ausgezeichnet. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung, täglich frische Handtücher und auch die Kopfkissen und Laken zum zudecken wurden in den 5 Tagen 2 mal gewechselt. Das einzig Negative war der Zustand des Bades. Wir haben bereits vor 6 Jahren ein Woche in dem Hotel verbracht und da war alles super. Leider sieht man die vergangene Zeit deutlich. Da ist ein sich auflösender Spiegel, ein nicht schließender Waschbeckenstöpsel, geringer Wasserdruck, abblätternder Chrom und Rost sowie teilweise schwarze Fugen in der Duschkabine, ein nicht passender und lockerer Toilettensitz und lockere Steckdosen im Zimmer. Dies trübt leider den Gesamteindruck und dürfte bei diesen Zimmerpreisen eigentlich nicht auftreten.

The property is located perfectly across the street from the Vatican. We could hear the beautiful bells ringing. Our room has a beautiful view of the Vatican and the building that the Pope says prayers from on Sundays. This isn’t an extravagant hotel but it is comfortable and clean. The most beautiful view of the Vatican can be seen from the Terrace! Our only complaint was that the bed was very hard! This was the only negative! The breakfast was excellent and it was very quiet!

Amazing stay! Excellent, friendly staff. Location was perfect and right next to St. Peter's square. So easy to walk to all over Rome. The room we stayed in was a little tight but very manageable. I would suggest bringing a noise maker or ear plugs bc the streets were pretty active at night.

The hotel is in a prime location to visit the Vatican. It also has an amazing breakfast in a beautiful room upstairs, plus a terrace bar that rivals none for the views. However, it needs updating. The water pressure in the shower is limited. The beds are not comfortable and options to charge devices are few and far between. You need to ring to gain access to the actual hotel which is a good security feature but the carpeting in the way upstairs needs serious attention

These rooms are a mashup between 60s college dorms & a monastery. Pictures on site do not accurately represent the rooms. Very dated, uncomfortable bed & blankets. Thermostat did not work, room was very hot. Blow dryer also didn’t work, shower was super small. We chose this spot to be close to tour the Vatican the next day. However, the hotel itself looks like a mini church, overly religious theme. Area just outside felt unsafe & sadly there were many many unhoused individuals all over the place. Staff at terrace bar were rude. Hotel uses pretty pictures of the terrace & view of Vatican to deflect from the poor/old condition of the hotel.

The rooms were too tiny. It also is a religious hotel with framed photos of popes in lobby and rooms. Nothing against this just wish they would advertise this on website. Breakfast was quite good and staff helpful. It just felt like the room was more a confessional than a getaway.

We did enjoy the proximity of the Hotel to St Peter’s Basilica. We like the friendliness of staff specially Fabio at the registeation and Jamaica at the breakfast area. However the person you did helped us in our special Anniversary dinner has poor service, our food was served late and not in good condition:( and he is not very friendly at all.

It's only across the street from the St. Peters square. I forgot my plug adapter, and they loaned me one, so I could keep all my devices charged during my stay. In the evening, I was able to sit on the Residenza's terrace and just enjoy the view over tea. It felt magical. Only drawback was sirens when emergency vehicles wisked by outside.

A) bei der Abreise war der Lift ausgefallen und niemand war bereit das Gepäck mit runter (3.OG) zu tragen. B) Bis zu 10 Min. Wartezeit für den Kaffe, die Semmeln und den Aufschnitt. C) noch nie zuvor ein so einfältiges liebloses Frühstück in dieser Preislage erhalten. 5 Tage lang ein Käse und Vorderschinken D) kalt servierte Penne Arabiata und trocken dazu Das Personal war extrem nett, aber der Inhaber spart scheinbar an Personal, so dass endlose Wartezeiten beim Frühstück entstehen, was das Thema bei fast allen am Tisch war, wie man hören konnte. Genial ist nur die Lage!!!!!!!!
