Shower was disappointing but everything else was very good.

We had an issue with our bed but the staff were brilliant and chaned our room Very happy with the hotel will stay again

Yes parking was easy! Staff were kind and courteous particularly Ali and Shawn both couldn’t have been more helpful. Hopefully we will return soon.

I stayed here prior in April of last year and enjoyed a fantastic stay. This stay was quite different. I was given a room in the main building as opposed to the chalet I had last time. When booking in, I was told I had no breakfast included when I was sure I had booked it. The room was good but very hot. In attempting to turn the heating off, the radiator continued to pump out heat and turned the room into a sauna I had not asked for. I informed the front desk and they looked into it while I went for a walk. All attempts to rectify it were in vain so I was able to switch rooms to the same room on the floor above. I retrieved the email confirming I had breakfast included and she put this on their system. Breakfast was just as good as last time and parking was really good too. It was less of a positive experience as my first visit but I have to commend the lady who dealt with my situation as she was really helpful and went out of her way to sort everything out.
