レストランバーが料理も美味しくてとても良かった！場所もよい、ただしプールが残念。人もいなかったけど小さすぎるかな。常に従業員のおじさんに見張られてるようでつくろげず、言わないとタオルもくれないの残念でした、コンドミニアムのプールのような閉塞感がありもう少し開放的な感じが欲しかったけどそれ以外はとても良かった！

グェンフェイ通りに面していて、イベントが多くて煩くて眠れなかった。カーテンを防音タイプにできないか？アクセスはとても良い金庫が設定が分かりにくい。長期泊まると朝御飯がワンパターン飽きる。部屋の清掃は綺麗でよかった。エレベーターが三菱で動きが早くストレスがなかった。タオルが固いのでもう少し柔らかいものにして欲しい。

Good overall value when considering the location in the heart of District 1. If you like the hustle and bustle of the city, then it doesn’t get much better than this. However if you’re a light sleeper, then perhaps consider a different area as you’ll hear outside music till midnight. Overall clean but a little dated facilities. (They are undergoing renovations.) Decent breakfast in the morning for guests.

Staff were not pleasent at all, I probably got two smiles over our 3 night stay. The room wasn’t very sound proof, you could easily hear conversations from the hallway and the noice from the main road. The albalcony was unusable, very small but filthy from pigeons who were constantly on it. The bed was low and uncomfortable, the only plus was the cleanliness of the room and the rooftop pool. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay there again.

サイゴンスクエアに近かったりロケーションはとても良かったです。ホテルは何度か停電になり、同時に部屋が真っ暗になり停電時間も長かったので、ちょっと困りました。ホテル代から考えると設備は古いですが、総体的には良かったと思います。リピートありです。

The location was great, however, it is in a very busy area. Our room faced the front and it was very noisy. We asked if there was another room available and the reception host upgraded us at no cost to a larger and a quieter suite - which we are very grateful for. The facilities and building were a bit older and there were issues with the bathroom/shower leaking. Some mold.

The room on the higher floors was good but the one on the fifth floor had centralized air-conditioning and the temperature couldn't be regulated (too cold). The breakfast buffet spread was good and housekeeping excellent. The extra clothing hangers and pillows were delivered promptly even though we had communication problems with the housekeeper. We also had problem with the safe box and it was also fixed promptly. Overall, the experience was pleasant and good.

It was a good hotel with friendly staff and in general very good cleanliness. The hotel was very centrally located to nearby shops and restaurants. One thing to notice is that the isolation from my terrace door in my room was not good at all and I could hear some noise from the surroundings outside, otherwise I was very happy with my stay

Nice views, near to shopping belt and breakfast was not too bad. Only the wifi is very poor, even after reception said to reset it I still can't connect. Be prepared to buy your own data plan before staying here if you need internet access. Otherwise the rest are value for money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 13 day stay in May 2023! I booked a room with a balcony and enjoyed people watching on Nguyen Hue (the walking street). The hotel staff were friendly, spoke English, and helped with all of my questions. The buffet breakfast was always good and the restaurant on the first floor provided a beautiful view of the outside activities with excellent food and service. Very little traffic noise. Within easy walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I couldn't have picked a better hotel for my needs.

Room 402 with Balcony was modern well equipped TV BBC news Channel, Kettle , water, mini fridge, good aircon large bed very clean. Bathroom had shower over bath full toiletries embossed Clean towels Tips : 24hr convenience shop and money exchange round corner, bring your instant coffee if required as not available, no hairdryer in room

セキュリティボックスが使えずフロントに訴えるもなかなか対応してもらえず、3時間経過、3回目にブチ切れてクレーム入れたら即対応。Wi-Fiが部屋で繋がらず…いちいちロビーまでいかないとメールも取れない。何回伝えても変わらず、そのうちテレビまでフリーズ、部屋を変えてくれと訴えて翌日に変更。３日目に水道が止まり、水もお湯も出ず、シャワーもお風呂にも入れず、夜に出るようになったが出てきたお湯は茶色…30分程出しっぱなしでなんとかシャワーに耐えれるレベルに、日中汗だくで部屋に戻ってシャワーしてディナーに行こうと思っていたのに結局シャワー出来たのは夜中… 私はタバコは吸わないがチェックインの時に吸わないと言っているのに長々と罰金の説明！客から罰金は取るのに客との約束事が守れない時は知らん顔、金と時間を返せ！施設もかなり老朽化の上に手入れが出来ていなく不衛生。絶対に泊まっては行けないホテル、これで1人で3泊約4.5万円、1泊5,000円でも泊まらない。
