We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. I had booked the two bedroom apartment and on check in were upgraded to the 3 bedroom which was a lovely treat. The apartment was huge and probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a huge benefit and we made the most of it. The pool, gym and games area was also great. The location was perfect, lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby and the shuttle to district 1 was also very useful if you don't want to walk in the humidity. One particular shout out to Quan the bellboy, when we arrived at the airport our grab taxi hasn't registered our credit card correctly and we hadn't had time to change any money. Quan stepped in and paid our cab fare from his own pocket, which was exceptionally kind of him and we appreciated this very much and made sure to tip him extra when we paid him back the next day. All in all a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book or recommend this accomodation for a stay in HCMC!

Our rooms and all common areas were spotless, staff were extremely attentive from check-in to restaurant and doormen. The pool was open air with coverage so we could swim no matter the time of day or weather and again, spotless. The property is beautiful to walk into, smells great (we also bought the scents they use), staff are excellent, I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Travelled with a 12yo and an 80yo and can't flaw this property. Perfect for families with enormous, spacious and well-equipped apartments. We made use of all the facilities - the fantastic buffet breakfast, the games rooms and gaming room, the pool, the very well-equipped gym and the free hotel shuttle. Most of the sights are within easy walking distance and the hotel is in a great location - with a massive grocery store on the corner and a heap of restaurants within 2 blocks - I mean a HEAP!!!! Our room had double-glazed windows and doors so was super quiet, although we enjoyed having the bacony doors open to enjoy the ambience of a busy Asian city. Room service mirrors the dine-in menu and you can order food and drinks to the pool. We had an issue with my elderly mother jumping on the free shuttle (while we walked) and being taken to the wrong location and left alone, but the staff and driver responded so quickly to ensure she was safe and returned to the hotel - and they even brought us a chilled fruit platter to apologise for the oversight. It was stressful for us but incredibly well-managed by the hotel. Honestly, this hotel is THE BEST for families. Could not recommend more.

We stayed in three bedroom (1 queen and 2 twin beds). It was clean and great with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, full fridge, washer and dryer. Also plates, utensils, cups etc for kitchen. The hotel looked exactly like pictures but even more pretty decorated for the holidays. Pool, children’s pool, no hot tub but there was sauna and steamer in locker room. There was entertainment area with the pool table, ping pong table, fooseball table. Don’t go into cinema because it was locked and would have needed to ask front desk which was more work than my kids wanted to do. Arcade room with TV and a gaming system but couldn’t figure out how to operate so didn’t use (probably need to ask front desk for help) but there was so much else for my kids to they didn’t mind just playing other games. Children’s play area locked clean. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well varied with fried rice, beef stew, chow mein, green beans, bacon, eggs/sausage, waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, juice (apple/orange), coffee, tea. There was toast, crossaints, shu mai, ha gaw, congee. Overall, really happy with stay. For reference, I have 5 and 8 year old boys and this hotel was great for them to have things to do for our quick trip. Would love to stay there again!

It was a huge property. We stayed at the three bedroom unit. Everything was good just not super luxurious. Very utilitarian. The unit itself is kind of weirdly decorated no art on the walls except for like two paintings. The kitchen didn’t put the fridge in it. It was just randomly in the dining room all in all good place, but also remember that the bathroom had a huge drop from the shower kind of dangerous

We stayed two nights here with our kids, who loved the games facilities, including foosball, table tennis, a pool table, and PlayStation. We also enjoyed a short swim in the beautiful pool, cut short by the chilly water temperature despite it being over 30 degrees outside every day. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff were helpful at check-in. The family suite we stayed in was clean but a little run down. The layout seemed haphazard, with empty rooms and hallways to nowhere- not the space-efficient design of a modern brand name hotel. It was nice to have space to to spread out a little after staying in mostly one-room hotel rooms, though. The beds were a little springy but tolerable. The Wi-Fi was regrettably unreliable inside the suite. The hotel has a lot offer, but the room, rustic compared to modern hotels, was the weakest element. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood a short walk to main tourist sites like the Saigon Post Office.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and special thanks to Oanh, Loc, Danh, and Quan for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone we met (including the cleaning team) was warm and accommodating. We appreciated the convenience of having our luggage stored after checkout, which allowed us to explore freely. When something broke in our room, the staff responded within minutes, showing their commitment to great service. The hotel's central location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby, and the free shuttle service to main attractions was a huge help in making our sightseeing effortless. We’d definitely return!

The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and the complimentary shuttle was a great bonus. The pool was nice, though it only had ladders, which might be a challenge for some guests. Breakfast was small but well-stocked and delicious. Veldig bra beliggenhet, kort avstand til independence palace og war remnants museum. Rene og fine rom, vi hadde en stor familieleilighet med tre soverom. Eneste vi savnet var vifte i taket, da vi ikke liker ha aircondition på på natten. Frokosten var grei, men lunsj/middag var litt varierende og ikke den beste. Bassenget var fint!
