2 bedroom apartment was huge, with two bathrooms. Excellent location. Didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast options as there are so many cheap options at level B2. There is a Free pantry area on each level, however not many options or didn’t really see much available, as these were probably snapped up pretty quickly. Paid for a day at Nest Lounge. Although convenient, it is definitely not worth the fee that is charged. Pool area is awesome at Level 6 and the huge gym area is a shared gym in the complex-level 6. All in all, a great place to stay in the heart of HCM and shopping.

The hotel is wonderful, if a bit hard to find at first. You need to spot the "Fusion Original" signs within the mall. The gym is a shared service, and run by another company. Be wary of free PT massages offered at the gym - it leads to a sales presentation about how you need more massage (which I do), priced at VND2M each (compared to VND350k across the street).

Excellent facilities. An amazing rooftop pool and access to one of the best gyms I have ever used. The foot was excellent and the breakfast was well worth the extra expense. At first the location of inside the Saigon centre mall seemed odd but the cool air con was a blessed relief from the sweltering heat each time we returned. We had a two bedroom suite which was very reasonably sized and excellent value for money.

Værelserne var pæne og rene og god udsigt over byen. Personalet var også søde og hjælpsomme, de hjalp os bl.a. med at book en bil så vi kunne komme rundt og se Cu Chi og Black Virgin Mountain. Morgenmaden var super! De havde menukort man bare kunne bestille fra og det var super lækkert.

従業員のみなさんがとても親切で常に笑顔だった。チェックインから丁寧に対応してくださり、ホスピタリティに溢れていると感じました。しかし、立地が良いが故に野外でイベントをしていると窓ガラスがイベントの大音量の重低音によって揺れる（震える）程に騒音が聞こえます。土曜日は朝からイベントが開催されていたのでとても寝ていられない騒音でした。交通の騒音は聞こえないけれど、イベントが開催される時はかなり注意が必要です。ホテル自体は本当に良いのですが、部屋全体がクラブになっているかのような、ガラスが振動するほどの騒音がするのは初めての経験で、残念でした。

Loved everything about this property. If I could just add that we wished the room was a bit more spacious but not a deal breaker. We were on the top floor so noise levels were non existent. When we first checked in, our shower wasn’t giving out much hot water but they were able to fix it pretty quickly. I did wish the hot water lasted longer then 10-15 minutes. Other than those things, location was great. Staff was great. Will definitely book again.

I heard about Fusion Original from my wife's friend. Took a chance and I must say, I am extremely delighted with my decision. The Family Room was large, cosy, two separate bathrooms and with a fantastic living room for our family to huddle together after returning back from dinner. The layout and design was modern with a touch of homeliness. They would also reach out via WhatsApp to see how they can help and at times, it turned out to be very useful. Fusion Original will now be my go to hotel in HCM City.

Wonderful hotel! We had a two bedroom suite, and it was really nice and spacious with comfortable beds and great views. It was shockingly quiet - we could barely hear the traffic noise. Staff was also kind and helpful. The location is great and it was a lovely escape from the chaotic city streets below.

Couldn't have asked for a better location - it's very central. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had all the amenities one would want and there is a snack bar on each floor for those who need a snack - lovely feature... There was a very good selection at breakfast, wonderful views of the city. Room service was also good. I really enjoyed the pool which was open till 8 pm and the poolside menu. If I could, I'd stay there all day. Generally speaking, everyone was really kind and welcoming and I was so happy to have the hotel staff help me with ordering taxis on my Grab App and then finding them at the entrance. Wonderful stay! Great value-for-money as well. Definitely would stay there again.

The location is good, friendly staffs, but I will never stay at this hotel again, because they have this really strict visitor policies. My friend has to leave his passport at the front desk when visiting me and no visitors allowed after 10pm. I have been travelling for many countries, never seen such strict policy!

The hotel location is good. But a people check room when i check out not good . Lucky i check out already and i not go yet because i still in a lobby and waiting my friend came pick up me and have a staff come ask me where a Hair Dryer they can't find . I tell them i put inside bathroom same before they put and they come to check and they got it but didn't say sorry with me . I don't have times to talk with them because my friend came in . I never stay this hotel again 5 star hotel but a staff not professional

We were not informed that the hotel only allows 2 guests to a room. We were there so we were forved to upgrade to a double room sweet even if the room we got had a sofa and our nephew was ok with staying on the sofa.It cost us US $80 more a night. Expedia should also notify us that they strictly allow only 2 guests to a room.Often hotels allow 3 guests if the room is big and has a large sofa bed,

Have encountered a small teething problem with the hotel during check-in due to registered guest name issue. The hotel policy insist that the guest name MUST BE same as passport name...no initial accepted! If not, they will insist the guest to change it via the booking platform system to regularize this name issue before u r allowed to check-in. Luckily Hotel.com managed to assist on this within 30 min for us while we have to be seated at the lobby area to resolve this Name issue....this certainly did not give a good impression at the start. Hotel is very very centrally located so it's very convenient to move around...but be prepared to face massive jam going in/out during peak hours especially over weekend

The hotel is great, room is clean and very well maintained, the only minor issue is that the hotel is inside Takashimaya and Saigon Centre with multiple exits, hence, it is quite confusing to locate drivers at the correct exit especially with the busy traffic. Right in the heart of district 1, great location for walking everywhere but the traffic is very congested. Located within shopping centre makes it very handy and safe. High up floors means it’s away from street noise. The pool area feels very tranquil and a great place to rest in the afternoon. Lovely bar / restaurant at the top of the building (not open air) great views and service.

Top notch quality all around with this hotel. The absolute best and friendliest staff we have experienced in any place we have stayed. Can’t beat the location - major tourist destinations are a walk away. Added bonus is the food, we had free breakfast deal and it was 5-star restaurant quality food, especially loved the açaí bowls, which costs easily $15USD per bowl and we just kept reordering like there was no tomorrow. But again, it’s the staff that really set this place apart - I’ve always prioritized quality of hotel itself and things like cleanliness, accommodations, etc but the staff here is what will make me keep coming back.

Breakfast not too many option of food. Staffs overall very nice and friendly. If you stay at this location you will need expect delay taxi due to very busy location.
