From the moment we arrived our expectations were exceeded . The staff were friendly , helpfuland professional. The room was spacious , beautifully furnished and very clean . The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food and the daily afternoon tea was a wonderful addition. The hotel is in a convenient and central location. There was nothing at all to fault . I’d highly recommended it

Clean n cosy,good variety of breakfast,friendly n good staff with great smile always,small hiccup was 2nd day fire alarm or lift alarm going off quite abit in the morning,running steps out the room n phone call ringing can be heard from other rooms

Lovely boutique hotel and enjoyed the live music at afternoon tea. Great location and room comfortable with high end fittings. Would suggest more vegetarian choice at breakfast and afternoon tea - too many dishes with meat or fish added when there is no need!
