Booked the “suite grand”, 2 bedroom and loved it. Everything was so clean, modern & spacious. View was great, we lived on the 17th floor. It was easy to use the washer & drying machine. The kitchen was fully functional with all appliances you need. You get complementary water each day. Facilities are great. They have a playroom for kids, billiard room, clean gym, big pool and warm jacuzzi. The staff is very polite and helpful. While we waited for checkin, we could leave our luggage in the lobby and hangout on the floor with all the amenities. The food you order from roomservice is high quality. We ordered the fish&chips, bun Bo hue and pork chop several times. It cost around 180000 vnd/dish. Was worth it. So tasty. Breakfast was good. You order one warm dish from a menu and then there’s a help-yourself buffe with bread, yoghurt, fruits, egg, bacon and several other warm dishes. The egg Benedict and porridge waa so-so, but everything else was good. Close by you can find a coop mart and within walking distance you can find the Michelin recommended “pho hoa Pasteur” which you have to try. I stayed in VN for 1,5 month and ended up staying here twice during that stay because it was the best hotel so far.

There's not much to the immediate area, but plenty of eating locations and within walking distance of some of the major sites (Cathedral, Post Office, Ben Thanh Market) or you can take a complementary hourly shuttle from its next door sister hotel. Lovely staff (shout out to Quynh at the delicious and filling breakfast buffet ). An overall wonderful stay here.

My kids loved the pool and swam everyday. We all enjoyed the game and kids room. As well as our room of course! Our last stay here in 2023 was perfect, this time was even better. I noticed a few minor changes from two years ago which are very good and would like to commend you on this. Some of the staff who are still employed there remembered us which made us feel appreciated. The housekeeping was always on point. My daughter helped them on the last day and attempted to make the bed for them to save them time. Staff is very kind, helpful and quick to assist with your needs. Each morning and night walking through the lobby you are always acknowledged. Close to local restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Grab and taxi were quick to arrive. There is no regrets and our family will be back in 2 years again. We hope we see all the staff again

It was an amazing experience, the whole suite was clean and equipped with everything imaginable - the bathroom was definitely my highlight of the trip! The amenities including the swimming pool and gym were fantastic too.

Enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Staff all really helpful and accommodating. Gym adequate. Not a huge selection for breakfast, but again staff were really accommodating for what you required. Rooms nice and spacious. Pool was out of service during our stay, so we had to use the one next door. Only negative was that there was construction work going on in the room next door and we hadn’t been informed about it, not a huge inconvenience but alas, the communication would have been appreciated.

What a fantastic place to stay, our apartment was very large, bright and extremely clean and very quiet. It’s in district 3 and walkable to many places they also supply a shuttle to the main attractions. The unit had an office, laundry room in your unit, with two bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking if you choose. It is well appointed! There is a swimming pool, pool table and foosball table area and a really good gym. The staff were very helpful, special thanks to Tan Nguyen for sending mail for us on our last day. Definitely recommend staying here it’s like being in your own private apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Sherwood. The staff was immensely supportive and courteous. I had a small issue with some dust on the vents in my room (I’m allergic to dust). I’d been waning up with a scratchy throat because of it. Within twenty minutes of asking the staff came to my room with a ladder and vacuum to clean the dust. After that I never had another problem sleeping and the room was even more comfortable than it had already been. This is a hotel I would highly recommend for any first timers or repeat travelers to Ho Chi Minh. I will definitely stay here again one day.

This is a very high quality hotel. They're attentive to every detail to make your experience great. Our family suite was amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It's a huge suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry. My only complaint as a tourist is that the prices at their cafe are closer to U.S. prices than Vietnamese prices. For example, a coffee might cost $6 when you can go next door and pay $1. It appears to me that their prices are set up for business travelers who aren't price sensitive since their company is paying for it. But that's not a problem if you dine outside the hotel.

Room was modern and well maintained and extremely clean. All the appliances were also new and having a washer/dryer was very convenient. There wasn’t a drying rack for air drying clothes but we just used the hangers. Pool/Steam/Sauna area was well maintained and never got very crowded in the day time. Large gym with lots of equipment. Co-op supermarket is about 2 mins walk away. Location was very central and we walked to most places in HCM.

Premier Suite was spacious, beautiful and very clean. Very comfortable bed and lounge area. Dressing room was an added bonus. Was better than we anticipated. Washing machine and dryer were very useful, especially after the heavy rain!

The stay was amazing! We stayed in the Studio w/ King bed and it was like a little apartment room. Full kitchen w/some basics already stocked for you. Some slight street noise early morning but it never lasted long and we were already up anyhow. Shower was always hot and water pressure was great. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. Not far from many notable places either walking or Grab. It did lack in food options in the immediate area late at night but that’s not their fault just something to be aware of getting in late. There is heat street food right across from the front door in the morning which I would recommend over the hotel breakfast for the experience if nothing else (the street food was excellent) don’t be shy!

Front desk staff was not friendly, however the dining staff were very friendly. All day dining is advertised from 0630-2200. We tried to dine at 21:15 and they had already closed for the evening. One of our wash rags had small faint brown stains on it prior to being used yet we were charged for it. When trying to check out we were told to have a seat to ensure we had all of our belongings, but really they had someone go search the room for any damages and came back with a picture of a wash rag saying they can't launder it so we must pay. The room was clean, however the city view we paid extra for was an unsightly dilapidated building. There are a few bars/restaurants within walking distance, but not much. Next time we will be staying in district 1!

This is my favorite hotel to stay in Ho Chi Ming City. I have stayed there now twice and have another reservation booked for June. The staff and warm environment can not be had a higher level. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect in that you are not in the noise and busy area of District one and yet close enough to do anything that you need.

The staff were so accommodating and helpful. They took care of all the things we needed promptly. They helped us order food and receive things via Grab and brought them to our room. We had clothes made and expected them to be delivered only to not receive the items on time; They communicated with those stores to arrange for delivery and also had our packaged ship to Hanoi to our next hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Sherwood. The staff was immensely supportive and courteous. I had a small issue with some dust on the vents in my room (I’m allergic to dust). I’d been waning up with a scratchy throat because of it. Within twenty minutes of asking the staff came to my room with a ladder and vacuum to clean the dust. After that I never had another problem sleeping and the room was even more comfortable than it had already been. This is a hotel I would highly recommend for any first timers or repeat travelers to Ho Chi Minh. I will definitely stay here again one day.

I stayed at Sherwood Suites 12 days during Tet Lunar New Year 2025. Our experience here was perfect. The reception staffs, concierge, room service, etc, were super polite, helpful and very professional. We were also very happy with the hotel service at the gym, swimming pool, and bus service. We don’t remember the entire staff names but we never forget their smiling faces and appreciate so much for their kindly customer service. The hotel location is perfect with a nearby co-op. We definitely plan to come back to Sherwood Suites in our next visit Vietnam. Chùng tôi ở Sherwood Suites 12 ngày trong dịp Tết Nguyên đán 2025. Trải nghiệm của chúng tôi ở đây thật hoàn hảo. The people that work at the hotel are very eager to make your stay a wonderful experience. They are always friendly and provide good suggestions for activities to do in the local area. The hotel is located a good area if you don't want to be in the middle of a tourist location and yet close enough to walk to nice restaurants, stores, and bars.

A wonderful and comfortable stay in a studio suite here: spacious, clean, and with a washer/dryer. There's not much to the immediate area, but plenty of eating locations and within walking distance of some of the major sites (Cathedral, Post Office, Ben Thanh Market) or you can take a complementary hourly shuttle from its next door sister hotel. Lovely staff (shout out to Quynh at the delicious and filling breakfast buffet ). An overall wonderful stay here.

The rooms at this property is lovely. Large bathrooms, living area, small kitchen and a very comfy bed. It is intended for short/long term stay so the set up is apartment like. We did not get a change to check out the pool for the onsite restaurants was nice. Pricing is a bit higher then other restaurant but it is to be expected for the connivence. The important thing is the food tasted good. As the hotel, the staff are all very friendly and it is located directed across a large supermarket. So is easy to pick up water or in our cases last minutes souvenirs such as Vietnamese coffee to take come. Would highly recommend this property.

Very clean, my room was an excellent size. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant downstairs was great for a coffee or a bite. I took grab everywhere and it was in a great location for that. Tho there were some little eateries within walking distance. Will stay there again!!

I stayed here for 10 nights with my family, we were visiting from the United States, but we are Vietnamese. We loved our stay, it was a great home base, we spent time in District 1 and 3 and they provided a daily shuttle during the day to get to Ben thanh market and other popular destinations to save us from walking in the heat. Although the walk was only 10-20 minutes with lots of shops and cafes along the way. I stayed in a 2 bedroom, we were thankful for the air conditioning, laundry and full-sized refrigerator, gym and the cleaning staff. We did watch a lot of animal planet too when waiting for the weather to cool down. The staff speak English which was useful, they checked in on us often. They also have a restaurant in the hotel that's pretty good too if you don't want to go out in the heat.

Everything was so close by within walking distance. Lastly, the food menu in the hotel changed for the better, food was excellent between all countries from east to west. One thing negative I have to mention is during my time eating there, the food took so long to arrive. 20 to 30 minutes? Cmon guys really? I go there to eat because I want something quick, I could have walk out to a restaurant, ate my food and came back within 30 minutes. Please work on getting the food quicker. Anyway, overall definitely be back. I was there for 10 days with 4 different reservations.

We stayed at Sherwood Suites for two weeks in Dec '24 and it was an excellent experience. The check-in staff (cannot remember their names) were very helpful, including pointing us in the right direction for money exchange and other amenities we asked for and the check-out staff (An and Anh Thu) were also very polite and made our check-out very easy. Particular thanks to the breakfast staff who were always courteous and helpful(sorry for all the coffes we asked for). If I were to criticise anything, it was the breakfast itself and mainly the lack of variety of fresh salads, veggies and generally healthier things. We will be back if we are back in HCM City.

Booked the “suite grand”, 2 bedroom and loved it. Everything was so clean, modern & spacious. View was great, we lived on the 17th floor. It was easy to use the washer & drying machine. The kitchen was fully functional with all appliances you need. You get complementary water each day. Facilities are great. They have a playroom for kids, billiard room, clean gym, big pool and warm jacuzzi. The staff is very polite and helpful. While we waited for checkin, we could leave our luggage in the lobby and hangout on the floor with all the amenities. The food you order from roomservice is high quality. We ordered the fish&chips, bun Bo hue and pork chop several times. It cost around 180000 vnd/dish. Was worth it. So tasty. Breakfast was good. You order one warm dish from a menu and then there’s a help-yourself buffe with bread, yoghurt, fruits, egg, bacon and several other warm dishes. The egg Benedict and porridge waa so-so, but everything else was good. Close by you can find a coop mart and within walking distance you can find the Michelin recommended “pho hoa Pasteur” which you have to try. I stayed in VN for 1,5 month and ended up staying here twice during that stay because it was the best hotel so far.

The hotes is definitely 5 star. The studio was big, quiet, had excellent appointments, laundry facilities, super clean, comfortable bed and was well maintained. The staff were exceptional as they went above board to assist me in recovering my briefcase that i left in a taxi and in arranging side excursions. The breafasts included were very good and food choice was good. We ate in the restaurant for other meals and the "shaking beef" was as good as the Slanted Door in San Francisco. I will stay hete again if traveling to Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you!

Excellent stay. Staff very kind and helpful. Room immaculate and hotel well maintained throughout. Pool, sauna and steam room were all very clean and welcome after a long day’s walking. Included breakfast was fantastic. No issues at all and would stay again.

Arrived very early for check-in and Minh at the front desk and his team expedited room cleaning and stored our luggage while we went sightseeing til the room was ready. An Thai and Thang Truong were also very helpful during the checkout process. Would definitely stay here again given the nice rooms and excellent location to tourist attractions. The only negative was the room (food) service. The service itself was good but the food taste was pretty average to below average, especially compared to all the good food nearby. Would recommend not ordering room service. We didn't try eating at the in-house restaurant.

Lovely place to base yourself if in the Ho Chi Minh area. Nice property. Good facilities in the units. Nice pool, small gym and pool table area. Restaurant is very nice with excellent quality food. Large and comfy apartment for our family, we find it great value in Saigon. Staff is great, friendly and attentive. Close to grocery store and walking distance to some restaurants. Need to take cab/shuttle to most tourist places and bars in district 1. The only minus about this place is food at the hotel restaurant is not so good, we ate outside.

Sherwood Suites has some of the best apartment hotel in SG. No doubt. Much better than Sedona Suites and others who charge much much more. The only thing is that the location has a lot of traffic jam. Its one way road and an important route from AirPort to Q1. Thus, expected lots of traffic here. However, the apartment, training room and much more are so good that you might close one eye and accept the traffic.
