Beautiful hotel and breakfast was superb. Very helpful staff. As with most places in central Roma, there is no designated loading/unloading zone for passengers and bags. This makes checking-in a challenge if driving a car.

Staff was friendly at check-in, check out…. Family suite worked great for a family of 5. Very clean. Around the corner from Trevi fountain yet quiet. Food at the restaurant was good, better than the tourist trap restaurants. Roof top bar was a nice stop for a night cap. Breakfast got the job done, nothing spectacular.

The location was great. The wheelchair accessible room was great. There is a roll-in shower, which was very much appreciated. However, be aware that, due to the design and poor drainage, a good bit of water will be on the floor. The elevator to get to the 2nd floor for our room was very tiny and my husband in his motorized wheelchair just barely fit. But he did fit, so all was well. I totally would recommend this hotel for wheelchair guests...as long as they understand the challenges with the elevator and the shower. And also, the ramp to get in and out of the breakfast buffet , is fairly steep, so need to be careful. Despite these issues mentioned, the staff, the location and the accommodations were great.

This was a fantastic hotel near the Trevi Fountain. It was the perfect location for sightseeing and many dining options that were walkable. The room was spacious and clean. We were given a welcome drink of Prosecco. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only thing to note is the rooftop area is no longer open although it was advertised and we were looking fw to it. But overall this was a perfect stay in Rome. We loved it!!

Amazing location!We had the double twin room, very roomy with a large bathroom. Rooftop terrace was awesome with great drinks! Breakfast was great! Super friendly employees! Very clean hotel! The pizza place across the street is excellent!

Pros: Location can’t be beat - steps from Trevi fountain, restaurants, Metro, and supermarkets. We stayed as a family in two adjoining rooms. The hotel was quiet and rooms were spacious by Rome standards. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Cons: Staff weren’t very friendly, a little dismissive, even. Rooms were not the cleanest with stained bedding, hair and stains in bathrooms, dusty rooms.

The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. It is also about 5-10 minute walk from the metro train station. The staff are so friendly. The room is big, spacious and clean. Everyday the room attendant is cleaning our room and there’s always fresh towels available. There are plenty of restaurants around the area.

I had to switch rooms right away since it had a very mildew-y smell. They were pretty booked, but made changes and said I could change again next day when it cleared out a bit. The rooms are pretty warm as the air is all connected through hotel. They were super helpful and brought me a fan. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The fridge is super tiny and will not hold much. And the bed/pillow was a bit too hard for my liking. I will say, amazing location. Only 2 minute walk to Trevi fountain, yet the crowds did not come up to the hotel which was awesome. It was a great location for sightseeing and restaurants. Super happy overall for my stay there

The hotel is situated close to the Trevi Fountain, within an easy walk to the Spanish Steps and close to a bus stop. There are many shops and restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel room was very nice, would be a tad small for two people in my opinion. The bed was comfy and a nice shower. However, in February the room was unbearably hot. Even with their thermostat, it made zero difference. I had to open windows to let cool air in to slightly cool the room but it was way too loud at night to keep them open. After the first night, I inquired about the heat and they told me I had to flip the breaker switch off in my room, which I did, with little difference. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again simply because I couldn’t regulate the temperature and I can only imagine how hot it would be in the summer. Staff was nice and called me taxis after mine didn’t arrive using the local taxi app. The restaurant across from the hotel had great food and wine as I ate there my first night because I was simply exhausted from traveling for almost 24 hours. It was honestly one of my best meals in Italy and the best I had in Rome.

My room was wonderful, very clean, and spacious enough for my family. We enjoyed a pleasant view, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming, particularly the young gentleman who works during the night. Additionally, breakfast and the location were absolutely perfect. Close to Trevi fountain so the location is great. Breakfast not so good. Pancakes seemed to always be cold. I was on the first floor and up above it was very noisy from the people upstairs walking around and moving chairs, etc. I called the front desk at 12am to complain about the noise and basically they told me that there was nothing they could do. They kept directing me to the police. I will not stay here again!

The room was small, the bathroom shower was horrible and way to small. The pictures on the website did not match what I booked. I asked for upgrade, and I was not accommodated. The hotel made our stay in Rome not so pleasant. The TV was not a Smart TV so there was no way to have the TV translate in English to watch the TV. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel ever.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Arranged taxis and airport transportation. Made everything easy. Breakfast buffet was very good and enough that we only needed eat out for dinner. So close to Trevi fountain. They have centrally controlled heat and for us it was too warm and opening window it could be a little noisy.

I LOVED this place! One minute walk yo the Trevi Fountain!! We woke up at 6am and went to see it around 6:40am with barely any people around, so we got amazing pictures. The breakfast was amazing and included in our reservation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Excellent location - very close to Trevi Fountain and walking distance to the Colosseum. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the restaurant right across the street eating there twice. The breakfast spread is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again on our next trip to Roma!!

Great location if you are looking to be near the trevi fountain. Room was clean and had a great view of the street. Hotel staff helped arrange taxi early in the morning to the airport. The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and recommend for lunch!

Taxi stand outside of hotel and only $150 + tip to cruise terminal and right to the cruise ship ... hotel service was $220 plus tip and they said a taxi would only take us to the gates. I only had breakfast once of three mornings that I stayed, due to early departures, but found what I needed to start my day when I had breakfast. Appreciated a water machine tall enough to fill water bottles. The front desk staff gave amazing recommendations and were very kind and helpful. The location near trevi fountain was excellent. Cabs took about 10 minutes using an app to get. I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues. The tub is very tall and slippery. It's hard to get in and out of if you aren't sure on your feet
