Area in construction, hotel in 3rd floor. Room was nice and with air conditioning in excellent conditions, great size for the 4 of us. We would have liked to know that there was no breakfast included. The shower was a bit dirty. Other than that good service and location.

The staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room to a junior suite in order that we (party of 4) would be more comfortable. The location was an approx 8 min walk to St Peter’s square and was in the heart of very good restaurants, and a grocery store 2 min away. The hotel was quiet and we were given the codes to all doors in order to come and go as we pleased. Hotel provided daily servicing. The hotel manager gave her personal contact info to us and told us we could call anytime with any concern. I appreciated her hospitality and recommend this hotel. We will stay there again if we come back to Rome.

This a boutique hotel so limited front desk / reception assist. Make sure your are familiar with check in. We had to store our bags in a locker as no one was available till early afternoon. Very convenient location and felt very safe. Room was small but had its own bathroom with typical European shower. Really too small for 2 adults.

The hotel is a "Boutique" style, which means staff are rarely available, which is a shame. All travellers like to feel welcomed and looked after, especially in the evenings and mornings. Roberto would "text", but I did see him a couple of times. The area is by the Vatican, so not central for most major attractions. My room was comfortable, fridge and coffee maker and a TV. The en-suite bathroom was clean, modern and plenty of hot water and change of towels. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was on a quiet side of the building, which was great. The hotel is situated at one end of a very long road, which was difficult to find after a long journey, with no signage except on the intercom. You're given an electronic key which gives you entry to the building and your room. Inside the card activated all electricity. However when you take it with you for the day, the electricity cuts off, not helpful if you have food in the fridge. Lots of restaurants, shops close by, which is useful as this is self catering. If a first time visitor, maybe stay more centrally, with more facilities. Very good for a short stay or working visit.

Great stay. Friendly staff and very clean room. There are a couple of metro lines close by which are about a 5/10 minute walk and only an 8 minute walk from the Vatican. I did walk past the hotel entrance twice before I realised it was the entrance as it looks residential.

El hotel se divide en 2 edificios, es algo complicado si no estás acostumbrado o hablas el idioma lograr encontrar el sitio, una vez dentro todo se ve bien, las habitaciones están limpias, el acceso es mediante clave, los baños están limpios y la cama cómoda, un problema general de Roma es el estacionamiento y este hotel no ofrece ninguna opción para esto, en general lo recomiendo mucho si no viajas en auto

The apartment was in a great location, close to Metro and Vatican. In a quite area with local shops and restaurants close by. It was kept very clean, with it being serviced every day. Had a fridge which had a bottle of water in, kettle and coffee machine. Modern en-suite with soap and shampoo supplied. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Due to our plane being delayed by nearly two hours, we missed check in which was only between 3pm & 9pm. We were charged €50 for late arrival! There was a lot of confusion with check in, having to contact the host via WhatsApp rather than through Expedia app as we were not getting reply’s via the app. Check in was only to receive an email with the entry code to the main building and apartment. It made it a very stressful journey across Rome sorting it all out.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Rome! The location couldn’t be better — just about 0.5 km from Vatican City and roughly 1 km from both the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. Even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there are plenty of great places to eat and shop just steps away. Public transportation is also very convenient, with several bus stops and taxi stands nearby. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Hotel well if you call it that. Is good for location only. Hotel says reception open 2 to 9pm. Only saw them first day. Breakfast included. Not even a location. Just a basic room and toilet on over used worn out mattresses. They did make bed, dump garbage, and give fresh towels each day. Room is goos if you just need a bed to sleep. Nothing i mean nothing else.

Ist mehr B&B, es war sehr ruhig. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Gute Umgebung, ich habe mich nie unsicher gefühlt auch Wenn ich spät Abends nie unwohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist in einer Seitenstraße, die sehr ruhig ist zumindest abends und trotzdem ist mein innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mitten im Trubel. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Me and my boyfriend checked in to our room and there was a terrible odor and the room was extremely humid. We asked to change the room and they told us that we couldn’t and that we should just open the window. We later realized that the extreme odor was probably mould. When we checked out we told the staff that it was horrible due to the fact that we had to have the window open the whole time we were in the room including the whole night. To sleep with a window wide open, a thin blanket (when it’s 5 degrees outside) just because the room is filled with odor of mould is not ideal. We told the staff when we checked out that we would contact hotels.com for a compensation they just said “ok”. No excuse or anything. I do not recommend anyone to book this place.

Check-in was easy and friendly. It wasn't the cleanest place we stayed on our trip, but it was fine for 2 nights. No shower curtain resulted in a soaking washroom floor every day, but there were lots of towels to help with that. Decent, low-cost option.

We paid for a Queen room but we got a double room instead. Aircon didnt work most nights and the TV did not work. Location was good, next to a high street and some lovely restaurants. Toilet roll was not replaced most days. Thankfully we weren’t intending on spending much time in the Hotel room, otherwise it would have been a problem.

Great rooms, comfortable beds, amazing free air conditioning. Stayed 10 nights and it was great. Very nice staff and manager, very clean, comfy beds - extremely good for the pricepoint. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to Vatican, and walkable to other tourist attractions. Some good reasonable restaurants nearby. Quiet area at night. Rooms serviced each day. This property is getting tired, some things broken. No bed side lamps for reading,no bathroom shelf. Bathroom very small, had to get past sink to go to toilet.....would have been extremely difficult for a large person. Didn't look like photos. Very overpriced for a basic room to sleep in.

They canceled me out at 4:05 pm and said I was considered a no-show when check in 3-9 pm. I was in touch with them about the first day not showing up because of problems with my airline. I agreed the first day was nonrefundable. But I was in constant communication about the second day arriving approximately 3 pm. She texted me around 3:15 and told me I was considered a no-show. I called and said I was on my way and i was told there was no availability. Within 1 hour of communication I went from on my way to canneled. I told her that check in was from 3-9 on website and that it only 4:05 pm, she didn't care and not to come. That left mus stranded in a country I never been in causing a lot of stress. I had to find another room in another hotel for the same night i had already paid for. I was being taken advantage of the fact that i didn't come from Italy and knew I couldn't do anything about the situation but to gat another room elsewhere. When i checkednwith two other hotel managers told me that a reputable placenwould not have done that and should have honored the check in times, which meant that i should have been able to check in for several 5 more hours before being considered a no show. This placed double dipped by taking my money and giving the room way 1 hour after check in knowing I was at the airport and on my way 15 minutes after check in started. This placed should banned from expedia. I have been using expedia for many years and have never been treated this way.

The hotel is a "Boutique" style, which means staff are rarely available, which is a shame. All travellers like to feel welcomed and looked after, especially in the evenings and mornings. Roberto would "text", but I did see him a couple of times. The area is by the Vatican, so not central for most major attractions. My room was comfortable, fridge and coffee maker and a TV. The en-suite bathroom was clean, modern and plenty of hot water and change of towels. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was on a quiet side of the building, which was great. The hotel is situated at one end of a very long road, which was difficult to find after a long journey, with no signage except on the intercom. You're given an electronic key which gives you entry to the building and your room. Inside the card activated all electricity. However when you take it with you for the day, the electricity cuts off, not helpful if you have food in the fridge. Lots of restaurants, shops close by, which is useful as this is self catering. If a first time visitor, maybe stay more centrally, with more facilities. Very good for a short stay or working visit.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Les Chambres hotel, which was marred by a series of unacceptable issues and poor management practices. The apartment was in a great location, close to Metro and Vatican. In a quite area with local shops and restaurants close by. It was kept very clean, with it being serviced every day. Had a fridge which had a bottle of water in, kettle and coffee machine. Modern en-suite with soap and shampoo supplied. Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Due to our plane being delayed by nearly two hours, we missed check in which was only between 3pm & 9pm. We were charged €50 for late arrival! There was a lot of confusion with check in, having to contact the host via WhatsApp rather than through Expedia app as we were not getting reply’s via the app. Check in was only to receive an email with the entry code to the main building and apartment. It made it a very stressful journey across Rome sorting it all out.

Roberto and his staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Stayed here with another friend and honestly had a great time. The rooms are really modern and well kept and Roberto was very accommodating and lovely! Great location too and amazing room keeping with a great price. Manager Antonella was extremely rude. We arrived and there was no one at property, we waited outside under extremely hot conditions for over an hour, I kept calling her but she wouldn’t answer. Great stay. Friendly staff and very clean room. There are a couple of metro lines close by which are about a 5/10 minute walk and only an 8 minute walk from the Vatican. I did walk past the hotel entrance twice before I realised it was the entrance as it looks residential.

The hotel is right near the Metro (Ottaviani), and very close to the Vatican. Superb setting. Quiet street and interior courtyard. Staff was most helpful; easy to check in and out. Room was serviced every day, clean and well kept. Much appreciated!

Area in construction, hotel in 3rd floor. Room was nice and with air conditioning in excellent conditions, great size for the 4 of us. We would have liked to know that there was no breakfast included. The shower was a bit dirty. Other than that good service and location.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Rome! The location couldn’t be better — just about 0.5 km from Vatican City and roughly 1 km from both the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. Even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there are plenty of great places to eat and shop just steps away. Public transportation is also very convenient, with several bus stops and taxi stands nearby. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome who wants comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Hotel well if you call it that. Is good for location only. Hotel says reception open 2 to 9pm. Only saw them first day. Breakfast included. Not even a location. Just a basic room and toilet on over used worn out mattresses. They did make bed, dump garbage, and give fresh towels each day. Room is goos if you just need a bed to sleep. Nothing i mean nothing else.

Unfortunately we struggled to get a reply from reception when we emailed about our arrival time. We hadn’t realised reception closes as 9pm so no checking in after this time without prior approval. Our flight was scheduled to land at 2020 and so we knew it would be close. Dispute messaging that morning we didn’t get a response till the evening and so this caused considerable stress. We didn’t however arrive at 2115 and was met by reception, which was a life saver. We booked a twin room with two single beds. We got a double bed and a single fold up bed. This wasn’t in the description or photo. Had I known this we wouldn’t have booked. On the first night the mattress fell off the base because the support was too narrow for the already narrow mattress, it was also placed directly under the air con so we couldn’t have this on that night. There was never anyone on reception when we were in and out through the day to try and rectify the sleeping arrangement's. Ultimately we ended up sharing the double bed, which wasn’t ideal and not much sleep was had. The location was perfect with some great restaurants near by, I’d stay in this neighbourhood again but not with this hotel.
