Internet: Very fast There is a lounge that is free for all for space to work, ice machine, free coffee The hotel is located one block away from Tsukiji market and very close to two metro stations I will definitely stay here again. I traveled alone with my daughter and felt very safe

We stayed five nights at this hotel in May 2025. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, shower cubicle, robot toilet, safe and AC. The hotel itself is well situated; close to shops, restaurants and public transport, and the staff are very friendly. Housekeeping is every other day and basic things like getting the bins emptied require you making a request through the TV, which is somewhat tedious. We also had an odd experience trying to book a taxi to Haneda Airport. We made the request two days before our flight. The next day we received a letter under our door saying they had tried but had not been able to book one. Do they only use/try one taxi company? We ended up hailing a taxi at the side of the street the morning of our flight, so it was fine but we would have preferred knowing a taxi had been organised.

The room was exceptionally clean and had all the facilities I needed, including a full-size fridge, microwave, and even a washing machine. It was surprisingly spacious compared to typical Tokyo rooms, making the stay very comfortable.

I would stay here again. The location was good, easy access to Haneda, two blocks away from the Metro. There were many restaurants in the area and a 7-11. It is a short walk to Ginza. The room was nice. Like most Tokyo hotels they are on the small side. They clean the room every second day. Wifi worked well. We had a big fridge, microwave, and a w/d in the room. All worked well. The room was quiet, new, and clean. There was no internal / external noise at all. The breakfast was excellent and one of our favorite perks of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for more.

Nice location and slightly bigger rooms than typical hotels in Tokyo, the shower was also large and clean.The Tv is mounted in a weird and unusable angle while on the bed and for the price we paid the amenities could have been better. However I am mostly upset that we received room cleaning and fresh towels just once in 4 nights.

Washer & dryer in the room were a lifesaver. There’s also a microwave and small fridge. Room is modern and clean. Huge bed took up most of the room. However, they were very efficient with the use of space! We were able to put luggages under the bed and even had a small table and chair area with a small couch.

Room service was only available once every two days, and if you missed that day, you would have to wait. The breakfast and buffet had limited options and tasted bad. The staff at the reception wouldn't help you call a taxi when it was pouring outside and made you call the taxi outside when it was raining heavily. The was also construction next to the hotel when I stayed there.

Room was clean and fresh and everything was well laid out. Staying there at the end of a 3 week trip we were especially appreciative of the in-room washer/dryer. The staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. Courtney, in particular, stood out as someone who made our stay as easy and stress less as possible.

The hotel is brand new. It is modern, clean, automated - there is even a cute robot to deliver things to your room. Conveniently located. Lots of dining places nearby. However, from our 18-day wonderful Japan trip, dealing with the front desk at this hotel is the only thing I don’t want to remember. We stayed six days in this hotel. I guess the staff is new, as well - new to the hospitality business, maybe inexperienced. I am sure they are very nice people just like all the other Japanese people we met but lacking the sense of ‘hospitality as a business’. We booked a deluxe room that was available only for the first three days and had to book a corner room which was higher in price for the following three days. The first room is next to a construction and the note in the room informed us about it and was asking ‘our understanding and cooperation’. It is an inconvenience and hotels usually be more accomodating in such cases. We asked to be transferred to our next ‘corner’ room sooner if and when it would be available. Not only they would not consider that but even asked us to pay a difference if we checked in to the corner room at 9:30 am on the day instead of the regular check in time. The room was available but they were not accomodating. In the case when my room key did not work properly, they issued a new one after long debates with me and among themselves- unnecessary loss of time and energy. To the hotel managemet: the front desk staff needs training.

We just got back from Tokyo a few days ago and stayed at Mitsui Garden Ginza Tsukiji for four nights. I chose this hotel because it’s fairly new and the biggest draw for me was that each room has its own washing machine. What I didn’t realize was that housekeeping is only offered every other day, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Because of the timing of our check-in, our room was only cleaned once during our entire stay. For a hotel that costs over $300 a night, that felt a bit off. Honestly, I think I could’ve stayed somewhere just as nice or nicer for under $200 a night in Tokyo. The check-in process was also a mess. They expect guests to check in using a QR code at a machine, but the process was confusing and the line was chaotic. No one was actually using the self-check-in as intended. While the staff themselves were lovely and helpful, the experience didn’t match the price point. On the plus side, we loved the location—Ginza Tsukiji isn’t overly touristy, which was perfect for us. All in all, the stay was just okay. I wouldn’t book it again at that rate. If partial refunds were a thing, I’d definitely be asking for one.

What I didn’t realize was that housekeeping is only offered every other day, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Because of the timing of our check-in, our room was only cleaned once during our entire stay. For a hotel that costs over $300 a night, that felt a bit off. Honestly, I think I could’ve stayed somewhere just as nice or nicer for under $200 a night in Tokyo. The check-in process was also a mess. They expect guests to check in using a QR code at a machine, but the process was confusing and the line was chaotic. No one was actually using the self-check-in as intended. While the staff themselves were lovely and helpful, the experience didn’t match the price point. On the plus side, we loved the location—Ginza Tsukiji isn’t overly touristy, which was perfect for us. All in all, the stay was just okay. I wouldn’t book it again at that rate. If partial refunds were a thing, I’d definitely be asking for one.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was due ti get a taxi later on my trip and asked a staff member to translate the hotel name into Japanese so I could show the driver. Small gesture but went a long way!

Yo traía mi traje de baño queriendo conocer un onsen en Japón, pero lamentablemente no lo pude usar porque no me siento cómoda yendo desnuda a un lugar público.

This Mitsui garden has one of the best public baths I’ve experienced. Their breakfast is AMAZING too, grilled onigiri and the eggs!! Loved our stay and will definitely be back. The staff were all amazing too.

I was disappointed at this hotel. From a Japanese standard, they should not charge that high rates with the services they provide. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not many options and quality was low considering they are located in Tsukiji. Cleaning services was very disappointing too. It’s better to stay at business hotels that offer much better price. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

Lots of natural light, close to train station, breakfast included buffet as well as an entree choice. All 3 I tried were delicious: French toast, a Chinese plate and a Japanese plate. Walk/ jog to path along river, shops and restaurants nearby. Loves the Ramen oyster and shell restaurant across the street.
