Sacred Mansion

Muy buena la única observación es que el aire acondicionado no servía de mi cuarto y era una suite, yose qe hace frío pero sin ventilación se vuelve sofocado, otra observación es que la alberca del spa está demasiado fría estuviera caliente fuera todo un exito

The hotel was situated on the outskirts of the nearby town adding to its quiet atmosphere. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous spa area. Breakfast was included and was more of a feast than a meal. The staff were all extremely polite and attentive.

Newly renovated.facilities very new. Excellent and helpful staffs with smiles. We had a lucky day as the balloons flew very close to our hotel. Breakfast is good with the traditional Turkey breakfast. Only 2 small issues. Only one small elevator that fit 2 persons. We had to check out @6:30 am so have to move own luggage’s to lobby. There are a few places with 1-2 inches uneven floor where people can easily trip over. This is still one of the best hotel in the area. This is to me better value than the Museum hotel which is best and the most expensive hotel in the area.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely, very clean and new. Only thing I would note is no television in the room. Not that it's a big issue as there is so much to do in the area. Beautiful view of the balloons in the morning. Underground indoor pool and sauna. Massages at an extra cost but quite reasonable. We arrived early but were able to leave our luggage until the room was ready. Traditional Turkish breakfast served to our table was lovely. It is a little out of the town but still easy walking distance to the centre. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is exquisite! We came here for a 3 night stay and were so impressed by the attention to detail, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. We got the king suite with the balcony and the view in the morning of the hot air balloons was INCREDIBLE!!! The breakfast is generous and beautifully presented. We got a massage & hammam treatment and it was such a unique experience we would highly recommend it. There are also cats all over the property that we fed which was such a cute little bonus.

Sacred Mansion exceeded all of my expectations. It is over the top beautiful inside and out. The room extremely well appointed and comfortable and provided me with the best sleep of my entire trip. The service was absolutely exceptional. I've been to many nice hotels before but never received this level of service. I can not begin to describe the over the top breakfasts and dinner we had. And the steamroom, sauna and pool, which were included at no extra charge were exceptionally beautiful, clean and relaxing. We also enjoyed an amazing spa treatment at Sacred Mansion. I can't say enough great things about my wonderful experience at Sacred Mansion!

Super séjour passé dans cet hôtel. La propreté était au rendez-vous. Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant. Je remercie particulièrement Funda et Ümran qui étaient très à l’écoute. Prenez le temps de découvrir l’histoire de l’hôtel raconté par Funda :) Petit déjeuner, literie de qualité.

We received excellent service from all of the staff. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is beautiful. It is easy to get to and is centrally located to most attractions, like to hot air balloon rides. Overall this was an excellent stay and 10/10 service. I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve traveled quite a bit but haven’t felt as compelled to write a review as I have now. My stay at Sacred Mansion was nothing short of amazing! The staff was exceptionally hospitable, the room was spacious and the hotel itself was clean and well kept. I was worried what an experience in a cave-like hotel would be like as we were there on some chilly days but every time I stepped foot into the lobby I felt like I was returning home-my stay was that comfortable. Heated floors, a cozy room and the indoor pool had my fears of the weather at ease. The front desk workers like Funda and Mustafa made sure I was prepared when heading out and ensured I’d return safely, by arranging coordinating and arranging transfers. They were nice and seemed genuinely happy to see us/have us there. The restaurant on site Lilith provided a hearty spread each morning, I’ve never been so eager to eat breakfast! Khin and Falthi were the best, very attentive and graciously prepared birthday celebrations for my friend and I who were staying together-we didn’t even tell them and the setup was personalized to each of us. Most definitely a highlight not only of my stay at Sacred Mansion but my trip altogether. The hotel was in a great location in Goreme where everything was in walking distance or close proximity and convenient for us being picked up/dropped off daily. We decided on the location last minute but Sacred Mansion lacked nothing-the value unbeatable, truly the best of the best!

It’s great but the only thing is the ac in our room didn’t work well. The staff gave us a fan but that was very loud and didn’t help much. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

The only inconvenience the A/C didn’t work for 2 days

The room was very clean and spacious, the property was intimate with an expansive lobby to sit and relax in. The breakfast didn't offer a lot of variety, and wish there were healthier options / bigger portions for things like yogurt with fruit.

The staff were very friendly. Our only advise would be about the music selection within the common areas. The music for breakfast and for dinner could be differerent. The room (junior suit ours) was very comfortable with nice view. We comfortably recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with great staff. The hot air balloon views aren’t prime at sunrise, though they do pass overhead a bit later. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, but early morning noise (music and dogs from balloon pickups) did wake us up.

Interesting art on the walls. Very helpful staff. Our room was sadly a bit dark, with just one window that forced us to choose between privacy and light. But the room was spacious and comfortable at the service was excellent from arrival to departure.

There were many things about this hotel that made us choose it. For the most part is very nice and our suite was lovely, except the annoying dogs barking all night long which caused my husband to turn on a wave simulator to supress the noise, or the fact that the bedroom of our suite had no a/c and we had to wait until the a/c of the LR infiltrated the bedroom. Other than these few issues we enjoyed the incredible balloon trip which should NEVER be missed and the unique architecture of the area.

The majority of the staff did not speak English. Breakfast was served only after 8am and only turkish style. No fruits and no cereals. Our room bathroom ended up with no toilet paper. This is a 5 star hotel?

The guest service is incredible. It's quite an experience, and I especially want to thank Hasan for his service to my family. I would return without hesitation.

The hotel cancelled our ballon trip the 27th of May , 2025 and won't refund our money 600 EUR. I have tried on several occasions to remind the hotel to pay back my money, but I keep getting the same answer: Wait a couple of days. It is now more than 7 weeks since they cancelled and they haven't refund me yet. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

We had a memorable stay at Sacred Mansion! We were pampered and treated like VIPs, with a welcome drink/cupcake and valet parking. The hotel was luxurious, with beautiful artwork, gentle, calming music & spa facilities. The Bluetooth music system in the room was much appreciated! Breakfast was generous and delicious! The views from the terrace were amazing! All the Staff & services were excellent! Funda, Farouk, Ali & Kim were vey helpful and made our holiday special. We highly recommend Sacred Mansion! Thank you!

My fiance and stayed at the sacred mansion on the signature suit with a private terrace. The overall experience was great except an issue we encountered. If you stay at the signature suit with the private terrace be very careful about other guest coming into your private terrace. Our fist morning we woke up early to see the hot air balloons from our terrace when we walked outside in our robes we say other hotel guests in our private terrace taking photos and sitting in our chairs. We asked them to leave as it was private. They came through a gate that separates our terrace from the common terrace, the gate was not locked at all. We complaint at the reception and they didn't do anything other than apologize. The last day before our checkout I had another guest try to come to our terrace and when I told him it was private, he got upset and started yelling. My fiance and I went back to the lobby and this time we were very angry and asked that they had to do something, either place a sign at the gate or put a chain lock, we paid a lot for the signature suit for guest to keep trying to access our private terrace. About 20 minutes later the receptionist came and placed a lock at our gate. This should have been done since the first time we complaint. If you stay at the signature suit make sure they lock that gate or place a sign, otherwise you will experience guests walking in to your private terrace that has access to your suit, if they back door is unlocked people can walk inside.

A truly exceptional stay!..Even it was a weekend trip, my friends and I so satisfied with everything , every step of the hotel was gorgeous ..Especially decoration of the hotel wowww we felt like we live in a museum , so cool and beautiful vintage art everywhere, amazing restaurant, lobby and rooms. Service was great, food was delicious only the restaurant manager doesn’t know ceviche is a Peruvian dish not Italian:) Highly recommended place..
