Excellent location with fantastic architecture carved into the mountain yet having all the comforts of modern life. There is a Turkish bath and spa on site. The breakfast was included and excellent with a view overlooking the Göreme valley. Walkable into town and a quick drive to major Cappadocian attractions.

Hotel is very charming . The location is excellent. Needs a bit of love and care in the rooms . Staff very helpful and attentive. Turkish spa was a 5 star for sure.

This is a great property with beautiful rooms and awesome views overlooking the city and valley. Breakfast was great, staff is very friendly and accommodating. There was a little construction going on outside our room which was somewhat annoying if you were trying to rest, but not a huge deal. We got luckly with going on our scheduled balloon ride since every prior day for a week was cancelled. We rented a car so were able to drive to surrounding sites like the open air museum (walkable), love valley, underground city etc. The staff provided us sandwiches early morning befire our drive to the airport which was totally unexpected but very thoughtful. Would recommend this property.

Havuzlu odada konakladık havuz soğuktu bence ısıtma şart çünkü giremiyorsunuz ayrıca havuz pek temiz görünmüyordu bu sebeplerden dolayı hiç kullanamadık. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, konumu çok iyi bir yerde onun dışında ekstra bir şey yoktu.

Hotel bellissimo, ancora in stato dí ristrutturazione. La nostra stanza era la suite con piscina privata, usata una sola volta perché l’acqua è fredda,(peccato 😕). Il personale molto servizievole e gentile. La posizione è strategica, facilmente raggiungibili punti panoramici, negozietti di souvenir ed altri locali tipici. La colazione… alla turca non proprio di mio gusto ma sufficiente.

The property rooms consist in caves, it’s a unique experience but be aware that white dust is constantly dropping from the ceiling. The AC is setup in a way that it can get really hot inside even if it’s cold outside and there is no way to cool down the room. The property is beautiful with magnificent views of the town and chimneys as well as the balloon shows but needs maintenance specially the bathroom is leaky and not very clean.

Interesting experience. The cave room was enjoyable but there is considerable dust because it is a dirt room. The staff do a great job of cleaning but there's only so much they can do. Our room had the toilet placed so that it could be seen directly from not only the bedroom, but also from the entry door of the room. There was no door between the bedroom and toilet/bathroom so there is ZERO privacy from others in the room, or from the public if the front door to the room is opened. It's as if the toilet was purposely placed there, They could have easily built a wall around the toilet. Reception was surprised when we told them but didn't consider it to be an urgent matter. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant for dinner was closed and it is a hike down the hill to find food places.

Hotel could do a better job with the upkeep of the hotel, considering it is a cave. There were several pieces of cement and dust on the furniture from the cave. I understand that part, but the hotel should have a better cleaning routine in place because of this fact .

Hotel itself is beautiful and a great location for balloon watching. The main complaint is our family suite was very hot in the back where the adults sleep. The a/c doesn’t reach the back. We had to ask for a fan which helped but still warm and stuffy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a cave hotel in one of the most unique geographic regions of the world. I stayed in what was once a cave home that's now part of this hotel. Some higher rooms have windows and views, but it was a real experience staying iny my room within the rock hill. Spacious room with living room area. Very friendly staff eager to accommodate. Terrace offers great views of the early morning balloon flight famous in Cappadocia.

Loved everything about this hotel. It is carved into three natural chimneys. It's a bit of a maze but that adds to the charm. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious. Loved my time there. Will repeat. Added bonus, rooftop terrace provides an excellent view of the balloons at sunrise. You can literally walk out of your room and enjoy the view.

Room is designed nicely in old style decor. However sofa is impossible to sit as it a 4 feet wide day bed and you always will not be able to rest on anything. Serious lack of table space, no desk, no drawers, no small stool or anything you can keep your stuff other than small entrance table with coffee machine. We were using the floor to put all or personal stuff. Very small vanity space to put your personal stuff

I loved our stay here. Fantastic atmosphere and comfortable rooms especially the bed. the service from the staff was 5 star , they are only too happy to help. We were served a lovely breakfast each morning. There are amazing views from the outdoor balcony areas particularly in the mornings watching the balloons. A short walk downhill and back up from the main street with heaps of shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again if I come back.

Staff at reception were rude. Yusuf couldnt even offer us bottles of water during checkout when we knew we had kids. He was rude and dismissive. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will be visiting this hotel again.

Exceptional Service & Genuine Hospitality! Our trip started with a bit of a hiccup—some of our friends accidentally booked a different hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and only realized the mix-up then. Thankfully, the staff had already upgraded our room, and when we asked if all five of us could stay in the same room just for that night, they kindly said yes. It was such a generous gesture and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The next morning, three of us showed up for breakfast, and to our surprise, the staff had already prepared breakfast for our two friends as well—even though they weren’t staying at the hotel! They even encouraged us to try traditional Turkish delights like menemen and Turkish coffee. The friendliness, warmth, and top-notch service made this experience unforgettable. Their thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, before breakfast hours, and the reception immediately offered to prepare breakfast boxes—not just for the three of us staying there, but for all five of us. That kind of above-and-beyond hospitality is truly rare. I highly recommend this place.

You can’t beat the scenic location! fantastic views (especially for morning balloons), just a few minutes to dozens of restaurants, one of a kind rooms with multiple terraces. And the service! the staff provide great suggestions for activities, make bookings, even got us a last minute balloon flight. Terrible service but excellent location. They love to say NO for every small thing you may ask which may feel insulting at times in front of your family. The manager who is bald and always wear a white shirt should be kicked out of that place as he doesn't deserve to be in hospitality industry. I will definitely not recommend to anyone. There are lesser expensive places available around it with even better location with lesser price on this website. I'm a Platinum member and was treated like crap.

Great stay at CCS with very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Located in central Göreme although it's a bit of a uphill climb to get there...around 5 mins but nothing too difficult. Very helpful staff who gave us an idea on the sights to visit and addressed any queries. Very helpful with our luggage as well since the rooms are on different levels with some stairs. Breakfast was excellent with a ton of vegetarian and vegan options and simply too many choices. The cave room was spacious and bathroom included a jacuzzi. Our room didn't have a patio area but we still could enjoy views from the many public terraces open for all the staying guests.

We had a great time at this hotel. Owner and staff are wonderful and helped us in every way they could. Received great tips about restaurants, tours, and also received a breakfast on our last day even though we had to leave before actual breakfast time. We will certainly stay here again should we visit Goreme in the future. Besides the excellent service, the hotel also offers great views of Goreme and the balloons from the terraces.

The staff was extremely helpful for the duration of my stay. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport and suggested places to eat. I was only there for 3 days and everyone was very sweet! I would definitely stay here again. The room I stayed in had a nice view and I could see the hot air balloons from my room!

Fantastic staff, great location, delicious food. If you want to stay in a cave hotel, you can’t go wrong here. You have multiple roof patios from which you can watch the early am air balloon spectacular, or where you can hang out and watch the sunset. The staff will help with anything you need, including arrangements for transport and tours. It’s impossible to describe Cappadocia— you have to experience it- and staying at Cappadocia Cave Suites is a great way to do it!

I loved our stay here. Fantastic atmosphere and comfortable rooms especially the bed. the service from the staff was 5 star , they are only too happy to help. We were served a lovely breakfast each morning. There are amazing views from the outdoor balcony areas particularly in the mornings watching the balloons. A short walk downhill and back up from the main street with heaps of shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again if I come back.

The air conditioner in our room wasn't working, and although the staff moved us to another, beautiful, room, one of the staff members had an attitude, he thought we were lying. Dinner was very expensive and poor in quality. Breakfast was sumptuous and very well laid out.

Excellent in every aspect except for the food which was a little bit lacking.. Beautiful cave rooms, clean everywhere, safe, and in walking distance to center of town, to the cliffs. Very nice views of the city, mountains, balloons, etc.. The only thing I would like to see improved on is the food… Not a lot of options available and the food was not warm and the simit was not fresh..
