The cave room was incredibly unique and beautifully designed with a modern touch. As an added bonus, we really enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Each morning we looked forward to breakfast at the top of the hotel. The food was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. This stay truly added to our overall experience and made our trip to Cappadocia even more special.

The value was very good and the breakfast choices at their rooftop restaurant abundant. The property has a beautiful indoor cave area pool and sauna which we did not use. It has a few open air roof decks and beautiful courtyards from which to enjoy the scenery of Goreme. The bed was comfortable. The staff is attentive and kind. All in all a great experience. The only downsides were some aspects of our room… hot water was warm and not hot, the AC blows directly on the bed so it was difficult to get comfortable, the safe was too tiny to hold anything larger then a passport, and there were too few working outlets (adapters would fall out of some of the outlet) that worked for recharging laptops and phones for two people. These issues may have only existed in our room. While inconvenient, these issues would not put us off from recommending the property. It is a good property with a great breakfast, amenities and location.

Highly recommend Carus Hotel. Great location, comfortable room with outdoor sitting area . Rooftop terrace was a great place to drink coffee and watch the balloons . Staff was great, loved the indoor pool. Ended up staying two extra days.

This hotel, the staff and its location were amazing. This is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Göreme. Room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable bed, nice city view. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of fresh and delicious options. This hotel has probably the best rooftop in all of Cappadocia with 360 degree city view and also a great location to enjoy seeing the hot balloons flying all over the city every morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel, no doubt about it. Stores and restaurants near by, walking distance 5-10 mins. I visited from Houston with my wife.

Ayrıca sabah erken saatte temizlik personelinin yaptığı konuşmalarla uyanmak zorunda kaldık. Daha sessiz olunabilirdi. Ayrıca sıcaz havuz ve sahuna kullanımına ındıgımızde havuzun sıcak olmadıgını ve sahunanın da önceden erken haber vermek suretiyle calıstırılacagını ilettiler. Bu bilgiyi odada ya da konaklamaya baslamadan önce vermeleri gerekirdi. Büyük umutlarla ve yogunlugumuzu atacagız diye havuza ınıp geri cıkmak zorunda kaldık. Havuzu da ısıttılar sözde ama hala dıcak degıldı gırıldıgınde üşünüyordu. Havuz alanı soguktu. Bu konular iyileştirildiğinde 10 numara 5 yıldız bir otel olacaktır. Tüm personele misafir perverliğinden dolayı tşk ederiz.

Habitaciones amplias. bien decorado y cálido el hotel. El staff en recepción muy amables y atentos, así como el equipo del restaurante para el desayuno y bar. Muy buen trabajo. La alberca impresionante muy bonita, solo que le faltó estar climatizada o un poco más caliente el agua. El sauna también estaba tibio o apagado, pero fuera de eso volvería a hospedarme alli.

The hotel was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was very clean and staff were generally very professional. It was in a great location where the main street is literally a minute away. They had a really nice breakfast spread every morning. Our only complaint was the bathroom smelled alittle of sewage but we got used to it.

Lucy art accommodation in City Centre. Clean, beds comfortable, staff excellent. This is the newest and nicest accommodation in town. Best views for Ballooning, would be disappointed if I had to book anywhere else. 5star luxuary worth every dollar.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic and the standards were excellent. The whole place was immaculate and couldn't be faulted. We stayed in a duplex suite and it was stunning. All staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Fatma, who works at the restaurant during breakfast hours. Would 100% recommend this to all to experience for yourselves!

A lovely hotel with great amenities but I was in the second to last room that had no views and was quite dark. Also there was a generator behind the room that hummed constantly so sleep was not easy and I could also hear music and traffic that passed behind the end of the hotel. Getting heavy luggage up and down will be a challenge. Staff were okay, some were better than others.

We had booked a room for one night. There was no air conditioning and we were told that in the night it will only be heat mode and we could open the window if we wanted it colder. The window faced the street and we couldn’t sleep until 2ish since the people walking in thw streets were loud. We had a friend booked into another room in the same property and they had the same issues. The pictures on Expedia said the room had a terrace .. yes it did but it was a shared one and access was from outside the room. So couldn’t use it. The bathroom was very small and cramped and the toiletries were bad. Good thing we carried our own stuff. The staff was rude. We were given 4 bottles of water for one day and we asked for extra bottles at the reception the next day morning since it was so hot and we drank all the four bottles. They said they have to look and never gave us one.. we were ready to pay but they never even gave us that option. The check in time is 2 pm and our luggage never reached the room until late evening when we had to remind them. The place is walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping places which was a saving grace. Overall did not enjoy our stay as we ended up with almost no sleep.

We stayed at the Carus Cappadocia for one night on our visit to the area. The hotel is built into a cave. Our room was comfortable and the service was good. The Turkish Breakfast they serve has so many choices. It was fresh and good. The hotel is close to the minaret of a mosque so you will hear the call to prayer in the morning.

The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed.
The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed.

We had the cave room at this hotel for 3 days. This room does not have a level flooring and everything is angular which made me feel dizzy. On top of that the humidity of the room is at the highest level bc of the cave. I asked the front desk staffs which they were super nice to change my room to a normal room and they informed the only person who is authorized to change the room is the supervisor. When the supervisor came a couple of hours later, she mentioned there were no rooms available at all while the other staff mentioned there are several rooms available. So, long story short we end up staying in the same room feeling dizzy and sick. The supervisor was terrible at her job and did not take care of us as we paid for a VIP hotel.

A hotel worthy of 5 stars. I had an excellent stay at the Carus Cappadocia hotel. It's well located (in the center of town and close to restaurants and stores). The spa: The spa section is breathtaking (don't forget to bring your swimsuit). The pool is heated and it's a quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. There's also a sona. Room: I had a noise problem with my room (next to the street and under the restaurant) and they offered me another one the next morning. Restaurant: The restaurant has a breathtaking view of Göreme. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of cheeses, vegetables, olives, salads, pastries, breads and omelettes. The restaurant also offers a variety of coffees. I had excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel. Tip: if you're sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from the street and the restaurant. Room 50 is very quiet :)

The staff, and I wish I could name them all, but they were very attentive, kind, and went absolutely above and beyond for us during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Not to mention a great terrace to view the hot air balloons.

Hotel was okay for the price, considering they’ve branded themselves as “luxury” we were expecting more. The biggest thing that lets them down is the restaurant upstairs. They play cheap music very loud, late into the night. We had a room that was far from the restaurant and still kept us up. We wanted to enjoy a Fanta on the restaurant terrace since it was connected to the hotel at around 4pm before getting ready for dinner. We were told we couldn’t order water (we had to get water from hotel reception) and was hit with a service charge on 2 soft drinks. None of this is end of the world but considering the hotel and restaurant are together, this doesn’t scream luxury! We ate in the restaurant one night and it was fine again. Very overpriced for Goreme, we had tastier meals for less. Hotel staff at reception were amazing, they were always on hand to help. Overall a pleasant stay, there were things in the room that had become tired. You could tell the hotel is 5 years old and things are starting to need updating.

We visited for our honeymoon, and we truly had an amazing experience. They prepared a lovely celebratory cake for us and warmly welcomed us from the moment we were picked up at the airport. Our main purpose was to ride a hot-air balloon, and they helped us with the reservation and kept us updated at all times, including informing us when the flight had to be canceled due to bad weather. We absolutely loved our stay at Carus Cappadocia, and would love to come back. The rooms were cozy and luxurious, and we loved the extra touches like exfoliating mitts, bathrobes, and ceramic espresso cups. The hotel staff were very helpful and arranged a few bookings for us, and even sent a cab to pick us up after a short hike. We concluded that the terrace has the best view in town, from enjoying morning coffee with a kitten to wine by the fire at night. Five stars!!

May 20 check in the afternoon evening we went for dinner at the hotel restaurant! We finished dinner and my husband asked for his jacket which the restaurant staff had taken to put at the back while we had dinner. For some reason, initially the staff could not locate the jacket and it is fine, we were patient about it and told them to check maybe in the back somewhere. Then all of a sudden, another staff working at the restaurant entered the conversation and started saying that we are lying and That my husband never brought the jacket. He said that he can show us in the cctv. He was extremely rude to us and specially me. It was a big scene in front of 50 plus guests. I asked the person if he was joking and he specifically said he was NOT. Anyways, in the meantime other staff members located the jacket and brought it to us. I asked the aggressive waiter politely may I know your name , at which point he completely lost it. He came up close to me and evaded personal space showing his badg Badge right in my eye And a very very threatening behavior The other staff had to intervene and pull him away And took us ouy I can obviously not stay at a property after such threatening and aggressive behavior. I truly believe our safety was at risk and we decided to change the hotel The reception staff said they would reach out to us but to this day there has been no communication From them I would expect Expedia takes this very seriously And just so you know i am so traumatized by all this

Eşimin doğum günü için 2 gece konaklama yaptık. Gerçekten her hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gitsem yine aynı oteli tercih ederim. Herkese önerimdir. Otelin restaurantı olan Haruna daki Melek ve Fatma hanım da çok tarlı ve çok ilgililerdi. Sonsuz tavsiye ederim.

This hotel, the staff and its location were amazing. This is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Göreme. Room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable bed, nice city view. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of fresh and delicious options. This hotel has probably the best rooftop in all of Cappadocia with 360 degree city view and also a great location to enjoy seeing the hot balloons flying all over the city every morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel, no doubt about it. Stores and restaurants near by, walking distance 5-10 mins. I visited from Houston with my wife.

Carus Cappadocia Hotel is a beautiful cave hotel in the centre of Goreme. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with amazing views over the town and the geological structures. Our room had a balcony which we were able to use and sit in the sunshine. Highly recommended.

This hotel was honestly fantastic in every way that I can imagine. The location is perfectly central, although you could be up on top of the hill, possibly with better views. But the rooftop view, where the restaurant is located, is genuinely spectacular. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The service at the restaurant is so friendly, it’s almost over the top. The photos from the rooftop pool, lounges, and restaurant are world class. The room was great, with a great bed, a good bathroom, good shower. I would definitely stay here again.

The cave room was incredibly unique and beautifully designed with a modern touch. As an added bonus, we really enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Each morning we looked forward to breakfast at the top of the hotel. The food was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. This stay truly added to our overall experience and made our trip to Cappadocia even more special.

We stayed at the Carus Cappadocia for one night on our visit to the area. The hotel is built into a cave. Our room was comfortable and the service was good. The Turkish Breakfast they serve has so many choices. It was fresh and good. The hotel is close to the minaret of a mosque so you will hear the call to prayer in the morning.

A equipe do restaurante é incrível, muito educada e atenciosa. Aliás o restaurante tem um café da manhã maravilhoso e um jantar incrível. A equipe foi tão atenciosa, que até nos prepararam um BOX de café da manhã para levarmos na viagem de volta já que nosso voo sairia muito cedo. Superb customer service from lovely staff; the indoor cave pool was fantastic and we usually had it to ourselves; breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant for dinner. All in all, a top notch experience.

This hotel, the staff and its location were amazing. This is a great option if you’re planning to stay in Göreme. Room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable bed, nice city view. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of fresh and delicious options. This hotel has probably the best rooftop in all of Cappadocia with 360 degree city view and also a great location to enjoy seeing the hot balloons flying all over the city every morning. I will definitely recommend this hotel, no doubt about it. Stores and restaurants near by, walking distance 5-10 mins. I visited from Houston with my wife.

We had a wonderful stay at Carus. I was impressed by the customer service, not only was service related to the hotel great, but also they were so helpful in booking other services including airport transfers, hot air balloon rides and various tours of the sites in the area. Hotel staff also honored the Expedia VIP benefits without me having to ask, which I greatly appreciated. Views from the room and rooftop were amazing. Dining at hotel rooftop is limited and very European style, but there are many dining options in town within walking.

Our stay at Carus Cappadocia was truly amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, but most importantly, the service is impeccable. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable, and went as far as giving us a complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary. The cherry on top was Daisy, the resident dog, who was always there to greet us and play! We hope to come back very soon!

Carus Hotel is truly spectacular. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels premium—from the incredibly comfortable bed and pillows to the coffee and all the amenities provided in the room. The breakfast is simply delicious, with excellent quality and a great variety of options. The staff deserves special recognition: every single person was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. One of the highlights is the indoor cave pool and spa area. It is a unique and relaxing experience that you shouldn't miss. I stayed in Room 17 with a terrace, and I highly recommend it. The terrace is huge, and the room itself was perfect in every way. The only aspect that didn't match the hotel's otherwise exceptional standard was the quality of the bathroom toiletries. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner felt quite basic and below what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Other than that, everything was outstanding.
