What a beautiful hotel, made me feel like we were living like kings and queens! The rooms were massive and was very nice and cozy! They can help you book anything you would like at the front desk. There is an amazing rooftop to watch the hot air balloons in the mornings and the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had! You can tell they make everything fresh and it was absolutely delicious. It’s up the hill from the main part of town but everything is walkable. Staff was super helpful and nice. Would recommend staying here!

Clean rooms and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the rooftop terrace provides an amazing view to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise.

Otel, konumu itibariyle çok iyi bir yerde. Personel inanılmaz ilgili. Reception dan, house keeping e herkes inanılmaz ilgiliydi. Her konuda size yardımcı oluyorlar. Temizlik çok çok iyi, kahvaltı muhteşem ve manzara olağanüstüydü. Fiyatlar da, kalitesine göre oldukça uygun.

Very unique stay in a fairy chimney. A bit dark, could use more windows. They gave us alot of nice toiletries. Bed was comfy. The check in and out was great. Staff was wonderful and attentive. Let us have a late check out with no problem. Held our bags. Only negative was that they were always in the front outside table smoking. Felt like constant group hanging out on smoke breaks. Maybe do those somewhere in back or side where guests are not frequenting. Breakfast was awesome. Loved the food choices and attentive staff for coffee and tea. Small area inside and was too hot outside with not enough umbrellas so there would not be enough tables for everyone. Felt pressure to eat quickly to make room for people standing around. Hotel is at the top of town, not very many restaurants around have to walk into town to eat dinner. Not far just up and downhill so be prepared. Loved the rooftops and bar only complaint is when we went up for early morning to watch balloons cats were all over so pellows and rugs smelled really badly. These needed to be cleaned more regularly. Some had been clawed badly by the cats. Didnt look or seem as nice as what I had seen in pictures.

The room wasn't too clean nor nice but the area was good and the rooftop is I assume the selling point. However, there are are many other rooftops / cave hotels if room cleanliness is important to you. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located near all walkable restaurants and shops! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, room was dusty and bathroom could use detailed cleaning. Overall the hotel is in prime location for Hotair baloon watching and breakfast is to die for.

Great location, amazing views and a delightful breakfast and service. At check-in the staff made a few recommendations for excursions and dinner reservation which we booked and was very pleased. The room was very nice but our bathroom had a bad odor from a mold/mildew problem, we had to keep the bathroom window open for proper ventilation. The TV could not convert to English-speaking movies, which was disappointing.

The hotel was quite good and breakfast exceptional. Bed was comfortable and staff members super friendly and helpful. The terrace was really cute as well. The area is really quiet being at the top of the hill. Only faults are that being a cave room there was always dust and ceiling pieces falling off and wifi was not great in the room.

Anlatıldığı kadar mükemmel değildi. En iyi ve en pahalı odasını aldık. Bir de misafirlerimiz için junior süit aldık. Maddi ve manevi beklentimizin oldukça altındaydı. Yataüın altı yumak yumak toz . yatak örtüsünün etek kısmı toz. makyaj sehpası ve oda mobilyalarının üzeri toz. Kızım alerjik olduğu için ilk akşam tüm odanın tozunu aldım. Ertesi gün sabah temizlenmesini istedim. Sadece yatağın altındaki tozu almışlar. heryer yine toz. Havuz(jakuzi) kısmında inanılmaz bir motor sesi sabaha kadar uyutmadı. Boşalttık yine gürültü. Dinlemek için gittiğimiz yerde uykusuz ve hapşrma dolu iki gün geçirdik. Günlük ödemiş olsaydık başka otelde kalırdım ikinvi gün. Tek güzel yanı : personel güler yüzlü , manzara harika. o kadar.

Otelin manzarası, konumu, imkanları herşey çok güzel. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Odamızdaki göreme manzaralı jakuzi ve şömine olaya ayrı bir güzellik katıyor. Herşeyiyle mükemmel bir otel. Yine gelsem yine burada kalırım.

- Staff from reception to breakfast to cleaners was super friendly and welcoming - Room was as expected and clean but needed extra pillows. Where our room was it was noisy. We could hear vans driving past people walking past. - Breakfast staff was welcoming and food was decent. Service was very good. - Area very convenient. Restaurants and shopping all in walking distant. Had to do a lot of incline and decline walking so be prepared for that and being comfortable walking shoes. - Would definitely recommend this hotel and pay for more to have a better room!

Beautiful property, very friendly staff. Expensive but they provide excellent service! Only improvement would be air conditioning in both sleeping areas in our room

One of the highest rooftops to see the hot air balloons take off. I recommend staying here just for that. The room itself was ok but the lack of windows made it hard to get ventilation in. It unfortunately rained and the walls of the room became wet which seems to be a structural issue. The breakfast was very nice.

We LOVED our stay here. The room was quite large and had a indoor jacuzzi (minus jets) in the lower level. Can’t imagine it but it’s true. And large enough for 4 people. The bedroom had a king bed. The living room area had a sofa bed and an additional bed. Lots of outdoor rooftops, sitting areas. You can see all of the balloons in the morning . Breakfast was so good.Eggs made to order along with other food. Walkable to restaurants. The staff was exceptional. We lost our phone on the tour. Akmet (sp?) took the 4x4 and went to pick it up. Amazing!!! They arranged the green tour and airport transport. Only con: the bedroom doesn’t have the a/c so it was a little warm. I would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

AMAZING hotel! This is probably the highest cave hotel in the Goreme valley so you have exceptional views. We stayed in a room with a hot tub it was incredible, very luxurious and spacious. Staff was friendly and informative we loved the girl w glasses at reception super nice. The breakfast was the best spread we had in our two weeks in Turkey- the juice! Best juice I’ve had in my life. Rooftop had a nice view we did have a lot of rain during our time but it was nice when we got to go up there, I could look at that view forever. Very nice restaurants nearby. Very hilly area I do not think this hotel is handicap accessible, and the only tip I have for staying here is the cave rooms don’t have airflow so make sure you turn on the AC before bed just for airflow during the night. The iconic hot air balloons launch from mostly the valley opposite side of town, we switched to a different hotel halfway thru our time in Goreme and even though that was slightly closer to the ballon’s I regret it! Divan Cave house was epic for all things highly recommend staying here.

I wish they have better option on WiFi. It drops automatically every 2min and you have to put your passport number as your password for WiFi. Lots of upgrades needed in room as well as property.

The hotel has no internet in the room , only at reception , also it’s up the hill , not in the heart of town but it’s a 9 minute walk . We heard car coming at night from our room as people get picked up at 4:15-4:30 am to ride to to hot air balloons . We had a suite but the smaller room had no windows and no AC . The staff is very friendly . Breakfast is ok but no omelette .

Disappointing Stay During a Special Occasion – Would Not Recommend We stayed at Divan Cave Hotel in Cappadocia for two nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. On the first night, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, it simply wouldn’t cool the room, the outside temperature was around 35°C. We called for help, and the staff member who came to check the AC seemed visibly irritated while trying to fix it. He insisted it was working even though the room temperature didn’t improve at all. We had to repeatedly tell him that it was still the same. Eventually, the lady at reception came and offered to provide fans for the night, promising to look into switching our room the next morning. But no one followed up the next day, and we were left to spend another hot night with a poorly functioning AC and just fans. It was difficult to sleep in that. To make matters worse, when we checked in, the fridge in the room was unplugged. We had drinks with us that we were hoping to enjoy during our anniversary celebration, but they were warm and took hours to cool after we plugged it in ourselves. Overall, for what was supposed to be a special and memorable stay, the lack of proper service and attention to guest comfort was really disappointing. We expected much better from this hotel and it’s unfortunate that this experience at Divan Cave Hotel ended up disappointing.

夜間の便で空港に到着したので不安でしたが、空港送迎からチェックインまでスムーズでとても安心しました。部屋やレストランも美しくとても感動したのですが、特に屋上テラスには感動しました。朝早くにそこから朝日を眺めたり、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごせました。スタッフの方々の対応も素晴らしく、文句なしのホテルです。

Paid extra for a room with jacuzzi, they tried to give me a basic room, after complaining they then gave me a room with a jacuzzi without a view! Not impressed. The walk back from the town is uphill! At least 15min walk not ideal pushing a pram or with kids/ old people. Hotel breakfast was very good only reason I would give it a 3 star Clean the room around 3pm not ideal. Staff response is slow and poor I requested for my room to be cleaned in the morning and never happened until 3pm. It also would hurt to smile more.. The hotel is very very far from where the balloons take off difficult to see the balloons up close.. pictures on the site are very misleading I paid on the higher side for this hotel but sadly don’t believe it’s worth the money.

Everything about this cave hotel was incredible! The staff were extremely helpful and kind, the views were breathtaking, and the rooms were charming. It’s also conveniently within walking distance to town.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was great spread and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Special thanks to Abdulla and his team for making our trip comfortable and beyond expectations !!

We had a great time at Divan Cave House. Special thanks to the staff and Kenan for helping us and taking care of us during our stay. It was very easy to book activities with the reception and the hotel helped with transportation. The hotel offers genuine cave rooms which we wanted to experience. The hotel also has a great rooftop bar with great views of the surrounding. While the hotel does not have a restaurant, it offers a great breakfast every day. There are a number of restaurants nearby and the town centre is around 10 mins walk away. Only downsides were that the hotel is on the mountain which means there is a bit of an elevated walk to get to it from the town centre. Also the only tv channels available were in Turkish

During our stay they were very welcoming and made everything so easy for us. We felt that they went above and beyond with their service. Highly recommend this hotel for your dream destination.

Otelin sehir merkezine yakinligi , sabah terastan balonlari izleme mumkunlugu , ortalamanin cok ustunde bir kahvalti ile tavsiye edebilirim. Sadece oda kiralarken odanin giris katimi zemin katimi oldugunun bilgisi yazsa daha iyi olur.

Hotel with the best view in Goreme- located at the top of a hill- short walk up cosy old town street. Very nice people work there- all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great. The only downside is wifi- was not working well, but we enjoyed our stay !

Konumu çok güzeldi en güzel teraslı kapadokya oteli olabilir. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi lezzeti müthişti özellikle sıcakların. Personel çok güler yüzlü kibar ve ilgili. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Boa localização. O rooftop é incrível, ótimo para fotos e para admirar a paisagem dos balões em voo. O café da manhã é um espetáculo a parte, possui muita variedade e é delicioso. O quarto era grande e confortável, embora tivesse um vazamento de água no banheiro. Os funcionários do hotel estão todos de parabéns, muito educados, nos ajudaram nas reservas dos passeios e sugestões de restaurantes.
