All of the above. The staff and the two gentlemen that helped ensure I was okay given my travel issues coming into town for my stay. The entire place is amazing from the room, view, etc.

The hotel is very conveniently located in town. The bus terminal and restaurants arevery close, as are car rental agencies. All of the staff are lovely. They checked us in early amd gave us an upgraded room due to availability. Ayse and Mustafa looked after us so well at breakfast. We ate like royalty.

The hotel itself has a very good structure, but you can clearly see it needs a lot more care. It feels a bit neglected and almost abandoned in some areas. The staff were nice and I have nothing bad to say about them, but there didn’t seem to be many people working there. Because of that, the place felt a little left behind and lacking maintenance. Several things were missing, and small details weren’t taken care of. I think the hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs more investment and a stronger team. Maybe it was great in the past. For example, on the day the balloons were flying and the sun was out after the rain, the outdoor sofa area was still covered and wasn’t uncovered. It’s a small thing, but it shows the lack of attention to detail that a hotel should have. Overall, it was okay. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel seems to need more staff and more investment to reach its real potential.

The Staff are the most awesome people we met in Turkey. They were so kind , polite, friendly. I would like to rate the staff 10000000/10!!!!!They are the best!!!!
