Title: Exceptional service and life-saving care – A truly outstanding hotel Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at this hotel. During my stay, I unfortunately suffered a severe burn on my hand. From the very first moment, the staff acted with incredible speed and care, providing me with ice and ointment immediately. When it became clear that the injury was more serious and I needed a pharmacy, the staff didn’t hesitate for a second to drive me there personally. At the pharmacy, we were told the burn was severe and required hospital treatment. A special thanks to Osman, who went above and beyond by arranging for two staff members to accompany me. They not only stayed with me at the hospital but also assisted with the medication and all the follow-up arrangements. Being injured in a foreign country can be a frightening experience, but the proactive help and warm care organized by Osman made me feel incredibly safe and well-looked-after. This level of professionalism and genuine heart is rare. It was truly the most heartwarming and memorable part of my trip to Cappadocia. I am recovering well now, thanks to the timely treatment they helped me receive. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Cappadocia, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests!

The best location, situated on a high point in the center of town, offers the best view of the hot air balloons. The young staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and almost always accommodating; I was very grateful to him. The breakfast restaurant also offers a fantastic view.

The room was spacious and had a nice atmosphere, and the bath and toilet were clean. Above all, we were able to enjoy breakfast while taking in the wonderful view.

The cave we checked in the roof was leaking water. I asked to switch to a different room and was told no room available. I think the room was leaking water before we checked in. They should not host any guest if the cave roof room is leaking waterr.!

The room that we got was so different from the pictures. It was so tiny. Compared with $378 we paid, it’s not worth at all. We checked in at 1am. we just thought that’s only 3-4 hour sleep. If we check in normal time, we would have to complain it. Luckily we got Milat for the second night. It’s cheaper and much more comfortable. We paid only $110 and breakfast was so much better. If you looking for the best hotel in Cappadocia, you better give this hotel as your last choice.
