Lovely staff. Great location. The building is a little outdated but served my needds well. The Onsen was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. A/C wasn’t the greatest but it was only one night.

We absolutely loved this place From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly..helping us to book our shinkansen ticket online while we waited for check in. We had a welcome ceremony on arrival and daily the would make our beds or put them away. We also got to experience a traditional japanese breakfast which was so amazing and probably my biggest highlight.

Staffs were very nice. Luggage storage was very convenient. Public bath was clean and refreshing. Recommended Ryokan for proximity to Nishiki market and Kyoto city center.
