Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Emplacement idéal au pied du métro. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct pour le prix (places limitées pour le nombre de chambres) Le seul bémol serait le bruit à toute heure. La chambre 1 au RDC avec le bruit du métro qui résonne toutes les 2mn, le bruit des passages à la réception ouverte H24 et qui est collée à la chambre, le bruit de l'ascenseur qui grince et de la rue en général peut-être agaçant pour certain. Vu le prix de la chambre il ne faut pas s'attendre a du grand standing. L'hôtel fait le job, la literie est bonne on dors bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour les transports en communs et a proximité beaucoup de magasins, resto, cafés, boulangerie. L'hôtel devrait faire un axe d'effort sur l'accueil des clients, il n'est pas mauvais mais pourrais être mieux. Et sur le propreté du gros mobiliers des placards.

Propriété limite. Cloisons trop fines on entend tout dans les chambres voisines. Équipements pas entretenu baignoire émaillée télé qui ne fonctionne pas. D'autres Hipotel même catégorie sont beaucoup mieux. Bien situé pour ce que j'avais a faire.

This property was great for the price. The staff and cleanliness of the place was great. Granted the rooms are small and some of the room features (e.g. shower, windows, heater) are old, but overall it's a great place for the price. My only complain is to be careful when staying in Room 1. The head of the bed is right against the wall shared with the staff office and it can get a bit noisy. Although it only happened 1 out of the 5 nights we stayed, I was woken up and kept up by the overnight staff talking on their phone from ~12-1:30am. Additionally, the opening/closing of the staff door around ~7am can be loud enough to wake you up if you're a light sleeper or late riser. Otherwise, it's a great property with great proximity to the metro steps (literally right outside the door). Grocery stores 1min away, and there's an amazing pub and boulangerie right across the road. Overall, pleasant experience.

trés bel accueil du personnel mais la chambre j ai du tué plus de 10 moustiques et juste un ventilateur portable obligé d'etre allumé jour et nuit , donc impossible de dormir

Il grande pregio di questo hotel è la vicinanza alla Metro , che è a 10 metri . Le camera assegnata era piccola ma con letti ( che occupavano tutta al stanza ) comodi . Molto calda anche con riscaldamento spento . Molti piccoli dettagli da sistemare ( tv malfunzionante , asse wc , pulizie generali ) , personale disponibile ma poco simpatico. Ottimo per pochi giorni . La colazione va prenotata in anticipo ma attorno ci sono supermercati e bar dove farla . Buon per un soggiorno di pochi giorni .

Un hôtel qui est loin de mériter 3 étoiles: Chambre minuscule, mobilier et déco en mauvais état, chaise branlante, douche minuscule 70 / 70 avec rideau de douche qui se colle à vous, pas possible de suspendre la douchette. Heureusement le lit est correct

Très bonne chambre , l'hôtel est situé à côté de la ligne 3. Service d'acceuil dispo 24/24 . Ceci est un point fort et très pratiques pour les voyageurs qui arrivent à Paris le soir tard.

This is a good hotel for the price. The Metro #3 is literally next to the front door. There is a new modern grocery across street and plenty of cafes nearby. The room was larger than other Paris hotels that are twice the price. The bathroom is also large with a has a tub shower. If you are from the US, this is similar to a Motel 6. Clean, not perfect, no frills, but also not crowded. Staff are friendly and always available. If you can manage those expectations this is a good value as it is 1/3 the price of most Paris hotels.
