Nice place and good breakfast. Biggest complaint is that they charge for parking in an open lot! This is not downtown Paris with no space for cars. This is wide-open Dyce with lots of surrounding open fields. Moreover, their parking lot has plenty of rough patches and potholes, so why am I paying for parking?

The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool which is perfect for those with young families. The breakfast offer was similarly very good and well organised. We will be back.

Bit dated. Could hear people in room next door chatting Swimming pool was freezing Brilliant breakfast. Breakfast room was a nice area. Nice bar. Wasn't bad but wasn't brilliant.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and it was just as good as the first trip. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was a bother for the chef, freshly made soft poached eggs delivered to the table!! Bar area is lovely and comfortable. Swimming pool is clean, warm and great for the kids. We’ve already booked our next trip back.

I was nicely surprised by the hotel. It smelt nice and clean upon arrival, the room was clean other than the inside of the bathroom door which had stains down it, the pool area was clean, the breakfast was nice with an adequate choice. I loved the pastry selection but Id have preferred the sausages to be cooked for slightly longer. The bar staff and receptionist with the short hair and glasses were all very friendly. The only thing id like to see would be an adults only swim from 8am -10am and 3pm - 8pm and the jacuzzi needs fixing as thats a must have for a relaxing break!

A bit tired. Rooms are ok. Pool area and changing rooms could do with an upgrade. The jacuzzi does not work. Dining room is a bit grim. The glass ceilings above the breakfast areas are covered in pigeon droppings and cobwebs persist.

The Aberdeen Dyce hotel was extremely comfortable and very, very clean. The pool and changing areas were great - super to have when travelling with children. The bar area is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff across the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This included the reception staff, pool staff and bar staff. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. A great choice and plentiful.

Congratulations to the management and all the staff for our fabulous stay. The hotel is furnished to a high standard and the cleanliness was above and beyond. The evening meal was spot on, as was breakfast which had many choices. Would definitely go back again, just loved it !!

We were in room 201 directly above their function suit, there was a wedding taking place and i understand it is a time to celebrate…but loud shouting, cheering and screaming until past 01:30 am is unacceptable, i figured it might go till 11-11:30 i event reported to reception how loud it was at 00:20 and they did nothing Im sorry but if your going to allow that you cannot have people staying directly above it thats unfair to those booking the hotel and needing sleep

Staff are amazing! We went wanting a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, it doesn’t have them, just a sauna. The room we got was massive which was nice but facing the road and was soooo noisy 😞 parking is free if you book directly with the hotel and £6 if booking through a 3rd party. The room doesnt have a fridge as advertised.

Booked this at last minute after cancelling a stay at a hotel in Blairgowrie. What a bonus it was finding this hotel. From start to finish, the staff couldn't have done enough for us. So happy in their jobs which is fabulous to see these days. Service was excellent and in particular in the bar . Fiona, Hannah and Chloe in particular. As a business , you should be so proud of them. Great selection of food at breakfast. We ate both nights in the hotel and everyone's food was excellent, no complaints, not even minor ones. Food and drink prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness, comfort and quieteness. We had ground floor adjoining rooms as my Parents both have mobility issues. They were perfect. We'll all hopefully get vack again.

Not the nicest place in the world but more bothered by the fact that I left an item in my room accidentally when leaving and even after calling back the same day I checked out, this couldn’t be found. Not only that but was told by the same front desk staff member twice that she would return my call once she had checked. This didn’t happen, I certainly won’t be staying there again. If you do chose to stay then make sure you clear your room out properly as you ain’t getting anything you leave back!

Excellent Hotel and Location and clean and near for Transport and Shops.People who Work here are outstanding from Chantelle at Reception who was so Friendly and efficient at Check In to lovely Lady on Restaurant and same at Bar and Restaurant and Guests same who We spoke to.The Room is ne of the most stunning I have stayed in.Have recommended to others and look forward to returning soon It was fully Booked or I would have stayed an extra Night.

Everything was great! Nice staff, rooms were very big and comfortable, hotel lobby and restaurant was nice and cozy. We got great service. And nath rooms was very roomy and nice. There was some noise from the nearby AirPort, but it wasnt so bad, i slept like a child anyways. Bus stop right outside. Took about 20 minutes to get to Aberdeen city.

Lovely hotel stayed for a night as a family made use ofnpool which was fab- clean and in good condition Restaurant was good food was lovely hot and quick service kids were catered for very well. Lobby/reception area was very nice well kept and smelt amazing staff very friendly Rooms were comfortable and clean we were by the road no noice of traffic only critisism was room was a slightly dated.

Arrived only to find out they charge for parking in THEIR hotel grounds. Breakfast was extra @ £16 and was a buffet breakfast so lists of items either cold overcooked or tough to chew. For £16 it should be a cooked to order breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at the Dyce hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. We got good use out of the gym and pool. The evening food was great but breakfast was a let down. The "hot" food on offer had been sitting out for a while and didn't taste good. The potato scones were over cooked and brick hard. If you threw one it could possibly kill someone. I'm sure the rest of it would have tasted fine when it was fresh out. Our timing was obviously poor. The staff we met were lovely and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay but the hotel feels a bit run down, especially the pool area. You have to book a pool session and only find out once you check in so we had a disappointed child. The breakfast was Luke warm and the bakery and fruit on offer didn’t feel fresh.
