Location is good. Staff friendly and hotel clean. However, on the first night we reported that the bathroom door in our room doesn't shut. We were told the maintenance person doesn't work at the weekend so can't be fixed until Monday. The next day we reported that our toilet was leaking. This was not fixed during our stay. On the last day my sister said how uncomfortable the bed was. I said mine was ok so we lufyed her mattress to see many of the slats were missing. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the cheesecake was warm on the outside and very cold inside so had been microwaved. Its a shame to complain because the staff were all good but surely the management should provide weekend maintenence cover.

All the staff were brilliant; really cheerful and helpful! Good selection of items for the buffet breakfast. Beds were really comfy; was good that the rooms came with extra pillows so that I didn’t have to ask for that separately. The hotel is in a really good location for the train and bus station. I’d probably stay here again.

Nice staff and the room I stayed in 314 was decent with a nice view of the sunrise in the morning. Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Could do with a few emergency toiletries though or even a flannel. Very noisy hotel though. Many guests lack consideration for others and were banging and crashing about quite late at night. Staff uncontactable from rooms which isn’t helpful.
