$58 per day for valet is outrageous, considering they wouldn’t allow me to fall down to have my car waiting. And they were way too short staffed on valets. Waited 30 min for my car. Rooms were nice, spacious, with great views and excellent location. Overall place is starting to show some wear and age. But given the price I felt it was appropriate overall. I would stay again for the price.

Not enough signs to show where sky walk or restaurant located. In room dining ending at 10:00 is not convenient for those that went to game. Most hotels are 12:00

Just plan on parking in the ramp around the corner. super easy but it is pricey. 68.00 for one night. was going to choose valet but it’s $125 for that.

The stay was an incredibly poor value. We paid roughly $800 per night for a basic room. The sink did not drain and the safe was not operable. Our room was not cleaned until after 5pm one day because they were "slammed". The lobby "coffee service" did not offer decaf nor regular dairy products....only cheap coffee mate pods. That is something you expect at the Hampton Inn....not for $800 per night. You can't cast to the TV nor log into our streaming accounts so we weren't able to watch a movie. We wanted room service one afternoon, but nope, room service is only available for breakfast and dinner. All in all....this hotel is masquerading as full service but is no better than a basic hotel. I might be okay with all this if we had paid $300 per night but at $800, it was really unfortunate. The lobby bar wasn't open either. The good news is that the staff was very accommodating and friendly, but I could not ever recommend staying here unless the only thing you were worried about was proximity to The Target Center.

Always great! My only complaint is the A/C wasn’t cooling the room. Granted it was very hot and humid when we were there. Otherwise it’s our favorite place to stay when we’re in town!

We had a very short stay due to a delayed plane, but we loved our time here with nice staff and a beautiful view of Target Field, which was the reason for our trip. Room was upgraded for free and appreciate it at such a late hour of arrival.

Very nice! A beautiful facility! The room temperature was not able to cool to the temperature on the thermostat-too warm in the room for my liking. It made sleeping very difficult.

It was a really nice hotel, but our room was not ready for us at check-in. We waited three hours for a text telling us our room was ready. We never got a message and only found out our room was ready after going up to the front desk the third time.

I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend. They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :) I recommend!!

Our room was very nice as was the hotel. Convenient to get to Target Center, bars and restaurants close by. My low score is based on two things. First, I did self checkin and was told once I arrived to go to the online checkin line. Well, there wasn’t one and I waited in line for quite sometime just to pick up my keys. There were teams/groups trying to reserve rooms and multiple rooms so it took a long time. There was a gentleman behind me who was also told there was an online checkin line. They should consider doing this or take off that this is available. My second frustration was the wait staff at Cosmos. Rude and service was horrible! We asked 4 times to have water with our drinks. Finally, had to go get it ourselves. Once we got our first round of drinks no one came back to check or ask if we wanted more. Again, had to do it ourselves and the bartender seemed very put out by having to do her job. Others around said the same thing. I’m sure she was feeling overwhelmed but in the service industry politeness is important. Other than those two things I would have scored higher.

Stay was good. Hotel really nice. Staff not so much. I was charged 58.88 for valet parking when I never parked valet and house keeping stole my jersey after I called the hotel and reported it was left behind. The dishonesty from the staff really left a bad image for me. For the housekeeper who took my property, hope you enjoy that 350 dollar jersey. Enjoy your career scrubbing toilets. Thief.

Super conveniently located directly next door to the Target Center. Room was gorgeous and the staff was more than kind during our stay. They allowed for early check-in and late checkout for our convenience (we called earlier to confirm) and room service was quick and polite! Would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

We were looking for a hotel close to target field for convenience, and this hotel is about as good as you can get. Didn’t even need to go outside to walk to the stadium since the skyway goes right to the hotel. Also super close to the metro, so it was easy to jump on and go other places.

It's right in the heart of downtown, close to all sorts of restaurants and a very short walk to Target field. The room was very nice and the pillows were amazing.

It was great, except the restaurant hours, and quality of breakfest food items were not good. You need to do a full breakfast/brunch buffet offering everything! And since you only do til 11:00 am you have no options for lunch. Why not have the buffet and go til 2:00 or 3:00 pm? Then do dinner starting at like 4:30? Anyhow everything was great otherwise!
