Great view of the water, the rooms were old/dated but clean. There's an EV charger, but it's kind of weird: staff have to wheel it out of a service door and you can only charge until 8pm. Still, we'd stay here over the Holiday Inn (which we've also stayed at up the road).

I am extremely disappointed especially this is a Marriott hotel. 1. I had no rest!!! The loud nonstop machinery noise. 2. Two big bottles of Body wash and conditioner in the shower room were all empty. 3. Sink has no sink stopper, leaving a big hole to drop in. 4. Pool was filthy!!! It had a bunch of hair enough to look like a pony tail. When we filed the complaint to the hotel supervisor and let her listen to the noise that we recorded. She kept saying I don’t hear anything and looked at us as if we were crazy. When we told her two bottles of shower gel and conditioner were all empty, she deflected the issues and questioned us why we didn’t call their 24 hrs house keeping. These basic services shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place. No apologies received not a single one! Lousy customer services and hotel management.

It was a small room for the price. The HVAC unit wasn't controllable from the wall thermostat. The sink and tub drains were partially plugged. The workers on the floor above didn't end their jack hammering until 5 pm, and they started working again at 7:15 am the next morning. The exercise area was small and not well supplied.

Beautiful location on the waterfront. Lovely restaraunt on site. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Not many parking spaces available. Often was driving around waiting for a spot closer to the doors.

Stayed twice. Room 325 and 625. The guest rooms are all dated and tired and for $300/night I expected a little better. Room 625 had some cleanliness issues. There was mood in the caulking around the tub, the water reservoir stopper for the iron was missing and water splashes out and (this is disturbing) the fresh water drinking carafe had mold floating in the bottom of it….Delta please do better

The area was very scenic, along the waterway. Beds were comfy but the room is starting to get a bit shabby for the price, it could do with a little TLC.(wallpaper lifting grout could be touched up, starting to look old)

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the water and probably the main attraction people come to The Sue for -- Agawa Train. I paid slightly extra for breakfast while booking and honestly, it was totally worth it, especially because my credits gave me the option to choose between the buffet and a la carte. My personal preference was the latter. My only real criticism is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, especially the tub. I'm not sure what it way, but there was some type of brown muck around the drain. I was so hyperaware of it, I was dodging around it instead of focusing on cleansing off from a long day outdoors! Cleaning that would make this hotel at A++++ in my books. Regardless, will book again!

A Delta fail! The wallpaper was coming off in my hotel bathroom and I’m certain there was mold on it too. The bathroom also had a bad pee odour the moment you walked in. No outlet set up for the cheap low quality coffee machine inside the room. Just an overall miss for Delta, too pricey for what you receive. My next night I stayed at the Marriot as I usually do and was more satisfied. As a person that travels for business often- this location is the worse Delta yet.

I loved the boardwalk along the river. My bed was super comfortable and the pressure on the shower was very good! The hotel is a bit dated, wallpaper is peeling, paint chips, dents in the wall. The staff and service was amazing tho!

Why is the heated floor in the bathroom on in August? Water pressure was abysmal. Pillow case was dirty. Every time you rolled over in bed it squeaked. Not enough towels. Nothing major just small things that added up to a disappointing stay. Expect more from Delta.

Concert in the venue next door the first night until 2am. Music was so loud you could hear word for word what was being said inside our room as if we were on the front row. Concert on the 2nd night as well. When we complained the front desk was hateful and said they have no control over it. Two bad nights sleep for weary travelers.

This is a great hotel right on the waterfront. There's a beautiful board walk directly behind the hotel and you can walk all along the waterfront. The check-in was smooth and efficient - and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, even looking up directions for us to find our way to the train station for the next morning. We enjoyed dinner on the patio. Our room was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable. The only issue we had was there were limited outlets for our electronic devices. Unfortunately where some of the plugs and outlets were placed, device cords would not fit. An inconvenience, but did not detract from the accommodations.

Overall great place to stay. Only real complain was the bar service. Servers too busy chatting amongst themselves than working. Had requested bill 3 times. 4 staff at 9 pm with 8 people in room total. Other than that breakfast service great and location with a Starbucks was a nice touch.

What a lovely experience we have had here. The hotel is clean and accommodating. The staff go above and beyond. Franca in particular was exceptional. Our family had a hard day and she made it brighter. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Delta & Franca.

Front desk staff were excellent. They were friendly, informative and accommodating. I had asked for early checkin between noon and 1pm through the Bonvoy app, and this request was granted. We were able to get a room right away when we arrive at 12:30. Later in the day, I needed a day use pass printed for the Lake Superior Provincial Park so that we could go directly to the trailhead instead of the Park office for our permit. The front desk staff printed the pass happily. The queen room had a view of the waterfront, was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided glass carafes in the room to fill with filtered water which was available where the ice machine was. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk along the boardwalk. We also tried both onsite restaurants, Fluid and View. Also went to the onsite Starbucks for drinks after our walk. We went to Fluid for lunch and had the delicious poke plate and the falafel bowl. Every bite was delicious! The outdoor patio was shaded and had great views of the water. We had dinner at the View and it was also excellent. We had the cedar planked salmon and the Korean fire noodles. The salmon was tasty and cooked perfectly. The noodles came with pork katsu which was crispy, not greasy and delicious. I think that the noodles were slightly too saucy and should have been spicier (could not taste any heat). Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting family in the Soo, and until now, our experiences have been excellent. Unfortunately, on Friday, November 14, I had a very disappointing experience at breakfast. When I arrived at the restaurant, I informed the hostess that my reservation included the buffet. She looked at me and said, “I’m not sure,” in a way that made me feel as though I was trying to get something I hadn’t paid for. I gave her my room number, and she walked away to check—but never returned. After waiting for quite some time, I approached her again, and she told me I couldn’t have the buffet. It turned out she had my room number incorrectly. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, both she and a male staff member were extremely rude. They treated me as if I were trying to cheat the system and said, “Okay, okay, we’ll let you have the food for free!” I explained that it wasn’t free—I had already paid for it. They continued to be dismissive and repeatedly told me that this was a five-star hotel and that I didn’t understand their process. The male staff member even walked away muttering something under his breath. I was shocked by this behavior and wondered if this is truly the attitude expected at a five-star property. However, the next day, when I returned for breakfast, the day's staff was friendly and helpful, and there were no issues. Because of this, I still hold a generally positive view of the hotel and consider the November 14 incident an isolated case.

Not impressed that you couldn’t leave anything in your vehicle or on it without the high chance of it getting broken into or stolen. Signs and warnings all over. Even told to empty the glove box and leave it open so when they shine a flashlight into the vehicle at night they know there’s nothing inside. Other than that it is a good hotel.

The hotel and staff are great. However the area just up the block is very rough. Graffiti everywhere and homeless people coming right up to you and begging for money. I would definitely not recommend wandering around after dark and never alone.

This area used to be booming but is now quiet. Salvation Army is located nearby and Station Mall is under reno. Hotel is clean with great views, nice pool/hot tub. Bathroom drains are slow. Carpets need upgrade. Convenient to downtown tourist sites but that's all. Parking lot gets full quickly. Love the view of river and locks.

Buffet was expensive and only had typical ‘free’ selection of food. If I am going to pay $21 breakfast (which I am not opposed to)…then the scrambled eggs should be real. Sausage should not be same one served at free breakfasts, etc. quality was definitely not there at all!!! also no bread items on buffet…apparently you could ask for kitchen to make them…but just seemed silly and awkward to ask when you are ordering from buffet…

The room was clean and modern. Hotel had all the amenities and a great view of St Mary’s River. Pool and hot tub were great and the hot tub was actually hot. Staff was very warm and welcoming and helpful when I needed assistance. The only complaint was the room service dinner I ordered. The portion size was huge but my fish was undercooked and batter was soggy and my fries were cold.
