Walking distance to MIll Ave, Tempe Beach Park, Sun Devil Stadium, ASU. UPDATED!

In Tempe and super close to Mill Ave. The host was responsive when messages/calls were needed. Very clean. Could see the pool from the room but it literally rained the entire time. Maybe next time. Thanks for the stay.

Everything as expected. Any concerns or problems were directly communiacted with host with fast responses and problems adddressed. As some have mentioned you do hear the planes but I am an extremely light sleeper and worked during the day at the condo and did not have issue. You hear them but its not obnoxious and I never even turned on music/tv/noise machine/etc. I also felt safe in location and enjoyed being close ASU to visit my big kiddo. Pool looked nice but was closed due time of year per HOA (stated in listing so we werent disappointed). Made friends with the neighbor's cat. We were only there for 3 days but great visit/stay. Thermostat cant go below 72 - highs were 85ish lows in the 60s. Condo stayed very comfortable both during the day and at night and we are Wisconsin people that dont like to be warm. Beds are very comfortable and couch is quality to sit in and visit. You wont be suprised. Pictures do the condo justice. I didnt pay attention thats its a 2 story so if you have someone who struggles with stairs, wouldnt be optimal as bedrooms/shower is upstairs, although the couch downstairs is a pullout. Wifi was great/fast which was important to me bc I needed to work. Nice little desk and chair to do that too.

We enjoyed our stay here! Great communication and quick replies. Place was clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Slept well overnight. Lots of jet traffic during the day so something to keep in mind if wanting to sleep in. Washer and dryer are in the carport area. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Our favorite place to visit was the Tempe beach park. Love our walks there.

This place was great! It's clean, cozy, quiet, and has a carport. The owner was also very responsive when I reached out.

The property was just as it is listed in the photos. Beds were comfortable and the place was generally clean. We only wish we were able to use the pool but it's closed for the season!

Stayed here for the weekend for an event nearby. Contacting the host was easy and responded quickly. The beds was so comfortable and the bathroom was accessible from either room. My favorite part is the dining room and kitchen where it made the environment personable. My friends and I haven’t been together in years and just being around the dinner table made us feel close. Access to the pool was great, literally just outside the patio. Will definitely stay again.

The condo was very nice! Clean, spacious, with attractive decor. The pool is right out front, and the neighborhood was wonderful. A park was in walking distance, so my son and I had tons of fun in the area.

The condo was very up to date and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit which was not ideal, especially because we were there almost a week. The pool is just outside the condo but there are not any chairs at the pool so we did not use it.

We had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the close, covered parking and the extra spaces as well. It was very clean and convenient for our visit. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was clean and had everything we needed walking distance to shopping, transportation, restaurants, and bars thank you. We would stay again.

The unit was clean. The overhead jet noise is real (this was known before renting). Can only cool the house to 72 degrees or else the AC will freeze (nor disclosed before renting). The pool area is full of tall grasses and small tree suckers and was in unkept condition. Now the big item.. Cigarette smoke infiltrating into the unit. It smells like someone is smoking in the unit. It appears to be coming from the air vents. It is terrible to be come back from doing anything and having to walk into an ashtray. There is smoke eliminating spray in the front closet so this is a known issue. I let the owner know about the smoke issue when I arrived and he acknowledged the neighbors both smoke. I called the owner after my stay ended to discuss the smoke issue. He did not offer an apology or offer any compensation for having to stay in an ashtray but stated he would look into it as it had not come up previously.

Very convenient when visiting ASU. It was clean and perfect size for the 3 of us. Only drawback was the WiFi was very spotty.

Most reviews failed to mention there is loud, low-over head jets every 3-6 minutes happening over head from 6am-10pm. if you are traveling with children - FAIR WARNING! We were also shocked at the strong smell of smoke and chemicals inside this house, so much so that walking through the front door was difficult. No matter how hard we tried to air out the place the smoke and VOCs were strong enough to keep us out of this listing as much as we could until our stay was over. Sharing for family traveling since we were really disappointed that not many reviews warned us of either major issues.

My family enjoyed staying in this spacious condo, convenient to ASU and several baseball spring training sites. Owner communication and check-in was a breeze, all excellent! Condo is clean, recently-renovated, and well-maintained. Kitchen is well-equipped, condo has lots of towels, soap, and basic supplies. Beds comfortable, TV screen large, Internet fast. One note of caution is that the neighborhood is in the immediate take-off and landing vector of Sky Harbor airport, and you will get airplane noise that is noticeable and tolerable for most people, starting in the early morning hours and lasting into late evening every day.

Perfect location to ASU without being in the hustle and bustle of campus but just minutes away. Did stay during summer session so did get to enjoy the campus area on the weekends without having parking trouble. Condo was perfect! Spacious, clean and quiet. Also the host was exceptional and quick to respond. Only issue was upon arriving the units previous guest smoked inside.

Great little condo for our weekend stay in the Phoenix area. Close to Mill Avenue and Tempe town lake. The property was very clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable. As others mentioned, Tempe is in the flight path for Sky Harbor, but we didn't find that to be a problem. We were out and about most of the day and the evenings were very quiet. We didn't mind the morning flight wake-up call at all. Would highly recommend this property due to the cleanliness, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood and convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

The home was in the perfect location for our needs. Just a short walk to many different places. Communication with Nathan was also good reached out with a problem and he was quick to respond and help to resolve it.

We enjoyed our one-week stay at this convenient location. The two upstairs bedrooms fit our family well, as well as the open family / dining / kitchen area downstairs. Check-in and check-out were simple with a door key code, and our host was responsive. Everything as advertised.

Nathan was extremely helpful and answered his phone every time I called. I also left my watch at the place and they called me right away to come pick it up. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed walking to Tempe town Lake each morning, easy to get back and forth to ASU (but not walking distance, IMHO), lots of indoor space for our family.Had one issue with starting the a/c upon arrival, but we had a quick response to solve the issue.Be sure to bring kcups for coffee & a tissue box(seemed odd that a well stocked home didn’t have either) And lock your car, ours was rummaged through but luckily we didn’t have anything in it.

Nathan was so so accommodating to my family and I! We were here under very unfortunate circumstances with a family member in the hospital and Nathan helped us in a few different ways! Helped us out with an additional day and an extremely early check in! The place was wonderful and had everything we needed! Thank you so much Nathan for providing us a place to stay in addition to your incredible kindness!

The host was very quick to respond. This townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were great (never saw so many towels!). Perfect location with easy freeway access that enabled us to visit Saguaro NP and Sedona on separate days. We would stay here again.

Townhouse was as described. Beds were comfortable. All the supplies one would need. Would recommend some instructions on AC/heating unit and check out instructions of expectations.

Great location if you want to be close to ASU and the airport. 20 minutes to most everywhere else.

Located on the ground floor. Parking right outside unit. Neighborhood wasn’t the cleanest, lots of pot smoking and homeless within a few blocks. Wouldn’t suggest walking in the neighborhood after early evening. The unit was clean. Furniture was tired and drapery dark.Slept in one of the two rooms and mattress sagged on one side. A plugin air freshener left a very strong perfume scent in the unit even after it was unplugged.

It was great - the location was perfect for our race weekend needs - we could to the activities & start line plus a lot of fun & wonderful restaurants

This place is everything close to ASU. Updated interior. Easy access. Perfect for what we needed to move a student into ASU.

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable and a great place to stay for the week. Walk to Hayden Butte, Tempe town lake, Mill ave and activities there, as well as my favorite Cornish pasty restaurant. Easy drive to the Zoo and Scottsdale.
