Always love this Drury inn and we have stayed here numerous times. my only issue was this time nobody let us know the pool was closed until after it was too late for me to cancel my reservation. I had two bored grandkids stuck in the hotel room. They offered to let us drive 20 mi across town and go to one of the other pools. very inconvenient. if I would have known that I would have booked at one of those other hotels in the first place.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was clean and orderly in both the room and the hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool, which has a shaded section and an unshaded section, the jacuzzi was very nice too.

They renovated this location to a pristine condition. The grounds well kept, friendly staff and they added a kitchen/bar. Absolutely worth the stay. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is pet friendly. We've stayed at this location and others. Always a good night's rest, great free breakfast and dinner. We were passing through on our way to California. Stopped in Arizona to see friends and family along the way. We drove in from Virginia.

Drury Inn & Suites in Tempe ruined our opinion about our favorite hotel chain and we left this place as an ignored customers. We were staying for three nights there. At the check in we asked for a basic housekeeping as garbage removal and towels exchange. We asked about this service every day. Front desk every time assured us they are on it right away and...it has never happened.

We were there for a 3 night stay. Requested house keeping, account was noted no service. Went down to desk each evening and asked why and they said that she must have missed room. They graciously provided clean towels but it would have been nice if the room would have been cleaned 1 of 3 days. They did state that they are going back to cleaning rooms as practice vs requesting. Front desk staff were very friendly and professional.

The property was great! The breakfast was wonderful. However, I found blood stains on my duvet and mattress cover. I suspect the cleaning crews only changed the top sheets between guests, which is disgusting! I reported this to the operator, which I don’t think was inside the facility, and arranged house keeping to come and change out my sheets. They however, just made the bed and cleaned up the room. I had to call back late that night when I returned and had to get a whole new set of sheets and duvet cover delivered to the room. This was when I found the blood on the mattress pad and had to call them back to deliver a new mattress pad as well.

I've stayed here more than once. Employees are always awesome. The buliding and rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is not bad. Last time my room had a good mattress, this time it was not good. Luck of the draw i guess with any hotel.

Service upon check in was great - Josh was very helpful and accommodating, which allowed us to get some dinner before it was closed for the night. He also sent a blanket up to our room when we realized we didn’t have one. The food offerings weren’t as good as the last few times we started, so that was disappointing. Hot dogs one night for dinner and no omelette options for breakfast anything off the days we were there. We were on the 6th floor with our window facing the highway and it was pretty noisy, even up there!

This hotel is undergoing renovation, which means one elevator is out of service for the workmen, leaving only one for hotel guests. This is a problem if you're on a higher floor, which I was. My room had a shower that didn't function, which I mentioned to the staff at checkout and she seemed indifferent. Also, I left an article behind and didn't realize it until the following evening. When I called the hotel I was told Housekeeping had gone home and I'd have to leave a message. I got no call, so the following day I called again and spoke with someone who said they would look for my article and call me back. No call back. The next day I called again and had to leave a voice message. No call back. The lost article isn't the point; the point is that they didn't even care enough to call me back about it.

The property itself is great. Clean and quiet. I stay here quite a bit but after today I will be staying at a different location due to one staff member Jeff the manager. He is rude and lacks customer service. Previously during a stay we had an issue with the reservation dates and he refused to help resolve it. So,my family and I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour while a front desk worker tried their best to resolve the issue. And now today, this same manager Jeff, was extremely rude when I attempted to use my drink ticket. In all the times I've stayed I've never been carded for ID not even when Jeff has been the one to serve me. He flat out refused to serve me my one drink. And mind you I am 43 yrs old. No way I look under 21. This now, two times of me being mistreated by the same person. I will not be staying here any longer. But the property is great just the customer service is not the best.

Great hotel, super friendly staff all around. When traveling we look for the closest Drury hotel. Breakfast and dinner are always pretty much the same but good - only wish they would shake things up a bit and add some bacon. Otherwise love our stay and how we are treated.
