The property is great and well maintained. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect place to rest after a day of travel . The only downside , thought the fee for covered parking was a bit steep. However, there are some free spaces on the road that can be utilised if you are comfortable.

The kettle and mugs in my room were not cleaned properly, lipstick marks/tea marks/ food residues were visible and I had to ask for them to be replaced. The hotel apologised to me for not meeting the standards.

This is a gem of a hotel, reasonably priced, situated in the northern Adelaide suburb of Mawson Lakes. It is tastefully decorated, has a comfortable bed with larger than average rooms. The shower was heavenly. There is a lovely view from the Reception, looking out to Parafield Aerodrome and the Adelaide Hills. Just remember to go to Level 4 to check in! As well as drinks, the adjacent Aviator Bar serves a wonderful menu, created by the in-house Chef. The butter chicken was superb. This area is very busy so not easy to park unless you opt for their undercroft car park on Level 1. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. This hotel deserves a recommendation.

Even before I travelled to Adelaide to stay here, I received several communications to ask if I required anything prior to my stay. This outstanding customer serviced continued on arrival. I was greeted by the friendliest of staff who make the check in process easy. The foyer was beautiful and all services were explained to me. My room was absolutely beautiful! The bed was amazing and the comfiest pillows I’ve experienced. I’ve stayed in some great 5 star hotels around the country and the world, and this hotel was better than many I’ve stayed at. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

absolutely top notch. Very reasonable price cobnsidering we indulged in a premium-king room AND breakfast for two as well. The B/F is also top notch too... well above average. (Often these restaurants with B/F subbed out to them by the hotel are poor, but this one was the opposite). Obviously the location has a big part in this, but if you're there for the uni, or visiting family (as we were) and this suits... it's great. Nice lake over in the residential area opposite (keep walking well past small bridge). We are coming back in November and no doubt many times in the future.... and you can absolutely bet we will staying here again. Photo is of a small visitor to our room.... with big feet....

Obviously the location has a big part in this, but if you're there for the uni, or visiting family (as we were) and this suits... it's great. Nice lake over in the residential area opposite (keep walking well past small bridge).
