Very noisy next to busy road. Everything seemed very basic.

We experienced an incident from a regular customer, where the night manager handled the situation poorly, he did not check up on us to see how we were after the incident. We ended out having to get the police involved. The security in the room we had was poor, the window latches were partially broken and they could not be secured properly. The noise from the motorway below is constant.

Host stayed late to allow us a late check in. Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Had a large room for our family of 5.
