The hotel was ok, clean and kept up. I did have to change rooms after a piece of furniture fell off the wall, but that was kind of a freak thing. It's right by the Zona Romantica, but if you're gay and want to be in the heart of the gay area, another place might be better. Also, I asked about bringing anyone to my room and it was going to cost 500 pesos, which is not so much but is also a lot by local standards. What caused me to give the place a high rating was the staff — so friendly, so on top of things. Every single one of the six or so women on the housekeeping crew were delightful; same with the people at the front desk. Also, they have safe deposit boxes that require two keys to open: you hold one and they have the other, so super-secure.

Room was clean but no outside view only into hallway. Well located to get to everything. Nice rooftop with good view. Closer to the market and some nice nearby bars with happy hour. Ready access to Malecon. Small pool on roof, additional pool on ground level which was quieter but cooler temperatures

Great hotel right off the Malecon (boardwalk). It has a wonderful roof deck overlookin the park. It's the perfect location for visiting Puerto Vallarta.

I generally liked the property. I didn’t like the WiFi availability. The WiFi was spotty in the lobby and almost nonexistent in my room.
