Extremely disappointing stay. This property is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but the room was filthy, run-down, and shockingly poorly maintained. Furniture, fixtures, and other items throughout the room were stained, damaged, broken, or heavily worn. Even the mattress had visible stains. Almost everything looked neglected and overdue for replacement. Honestly, walking into the room felt more like entering a haunted house than checking into a hotel. It was difficult to tolerate even for one night. The hotel also felt seriously understaffed and chaotic, with no clear or consistent procedures. Some employees were clearly trying hard, but whenever I raised a concern, communication quickly turned into raised voices and yelling instead of a calm, professional conversation. The most concerning part was check-in. The front desk manually recorded my full credit card number and CVV. I repeatedly asked why this was necessary but never received a clear explanation. I was uncomfortable enough afterward that I replaced the card. Late at night and early in the morning, people were smoking marijuana, talking loudly, and arguing directly outside my door, making it extremely difficult to rest or feel comfortable. Overall, the property was dirty, damaged, chaotic, and poorly managed. Absolutely not worth the money, and I would never stay here again.

Really great location if you are using public transportation as main Lynx Bus stops are literally at the end of the parking lot. Property is in an area that seems safe with a lot of families around, numerous places to eat, and fun things like arcades and mini putt. The hotel itself could us a little love, but it’s alright. Bed was comfortable enough, staff is friendly. I felt safe there,

Beds were decent, room ok, everything worked alright, sad they don't have stoppers for the tub to take a bath but other than that. It was a good stay!
