Hotel Bellclassic Tokyo

Beautiful hotel, good restaurants, helpful staff, great location, the only minus in our eyes is that they are definitely not prepared for English speaking guests as good as other hotels in Tokyo, not many English speaking staff, mostly no signage in English, not even on the TV.

The Hotel Bellclassic foyer looks very classy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Checking in went smoothly. The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was surprisingly spacious. However the room did feel a little dated and it showed with various stains in the carpet and curtains. It was also a little dusty in certain places. Overall our stay was good but I think the room would benefit from a deep cleaning.

Its beside the JY line which is very convenient when going around Tokyo

The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant. The staff there were opposite of the staff in the reception. They were reluctant to help and didn't show any motivation at all.
