Staff was very friendly and speak English. Amenities were top notch - including some bath salts and comfy slippers. Also like the availability of the laundry room and even a money changer machine. Love the connecting rooms, albeit small as most of Tokyo’s rooms are, are great for families like us. Also like the breakfast although there were only 3 choices each day so if you are staying for more than 3 nights then might not be worth it. Only downside is that even though it’s very near the metro would have loved it if it’s more centrally located/nearer to Tokyo Station. Overall, an affordable option for families.

it was a bit cumbersome to pick up the towels when no cleaning requested. Other than that, service, location and the room are all good.
