Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal Airport Conference Centre

They had breakfast until 11:00. We went in at 10:45 on Saturday and girl said they were closed. 😞 Dark curtains in our room would not close all the way. Smallest elevator I think we have ever seen in a motel/hotel. 😀 No lines in parking lot. That really needs to be done so that cars aren't parked farther away from each other, taking up spaces.

Parking was ok. Older but clean building. Good value. It's a bit tricky to get into the parking lot from the ramp but it was convenient location for us

Construction site next door made the parking lot tight. Not the easiest entrance off the street, right off a merge lane / off ramp. Entire facility feels outdated, poorly renovated. Staff were friendly & professional.

Does not have an airport shuttle. Construction going on beside the hotel which of course they can not control.

Received messages after having booked this hotel (Sept 2024) that 1. the airport shuttle is no longer being offered due to staffing issues and 2. that a building is being built next door so there is construction noise and the hotel apologizes for the inconvenience. Since we were only staying one day it wasn't a big deal, but still would have been nice to know these things up front so we could factor that into our decision making. Other than that, the hotel was good. Nothing special, but clean, friendly staff and all the amenities one would expect from a hotel near the airport.

Very inconvenient. Was told when we called they have not had a shuttle to the airport in four years. That’s just stupid. Cost us $25 each way for a 6 minute drive. No free breakfast. I mean it’s a Days Inn not the Rio.

Parking lot is still under construction.

Next door construction can get noisy

Not much to do around the hotel. But it's very closed driving to most restaurants. Lots of parking around the hotel and I like the present of the security guard at night. I feel safe when I walk at midnight in the parking lot.

Elevator can fit 2 people with carry on. Parking lot full and no parking available. Was there for a funeral and it was hectic no parking.

Room is clean, staff is friendly. Good value for the money charged!

Dead flies and dragonflies and moths found everywhere in the room, stray hair everywhere in the washroom, stains in the bed, you can hear everyone's business through the front door as you walk down the hallway

I was bitten all night by bed bugs. I took videos and pictures of my bites and bedbugs for proof to show management. Management said they could only give 50% off on our next stay there as we booked through 3rd party. Management did give me their email address to book directly through them our next stay. I requested compensation of some sort this stay. Least comfortable I've been in any hotel ever. I will not be staying here in the future.

Rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Hotel is ideally located very close to the airport - ease of transportation. Lots of parking available around the property. Staff is helpful as well. Great room amenities. Shower needs to be updated.

There was an overwhelming smell when we entered the hotel, throughout the hallways and into our room. It smelled like dampness that was being covered with industrial air freshener. The room was dated but clean, the bed was comfortable. If it wasn’t for the smell the stay would have been fine, but it left me feeling gross and made it hard to relax as it didn’t go away or lessen while we were there.

Please see list below: - night stand was dusty. no signs of cleaning. - faulty wall plug, which is a fire hazard - bathroom light flickering, it was pretty much dark all the time - teared up bath tub curtain. this is ridiculous for the amount of money paid. The hotel can afford newer curtains. - non-functioning shower head. we couldn't change to any of the other settings. - bathroom ceiling is peeling, which indicates low maintenance. at least do a patch job. - The only ceiling light in the room was by the window (not centered). It didn't provide enough lighting in the room. I have pictures to support my claims. Just pray that I wasn't a critique. People spend money to stay in a clean and comfortable place. This was the experience we expected.

Hotel room appeared clean, but after a 2 night stay, woke with 3 bites...suspected bed bugs...NOT GOOD!

It was ,by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff where very polite, spoke perfect English ,as well as patient with my french.

Staff were friendly. Room was outdated. Lamps were not working, paintings were crooked, pillows were small etc

Room size is great! Bathrooms old and uninviting. You have to close the door to use toilet. Fan sounds like your next to a jet engine. Bathtub old. Plug on one night table broken and didn't work.

Overall, good value. Pros: spacious room, clean, comfy bed and pillows, quiet, friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, plenty of hot water, affordable. They also have a restaurant on site (prices seemed reasonable) but we opted to eat our so i cannot say whether the food is good or not. Restaurant does close at 9pm. Cons: Location (with traffic 30-40 minutes from downtown and Old Montreal), bathroom was very small, stand up shower was half enclosed so the bathroom floor gets pretty wet and slippery, limited parking and no handicapped parking(though we did have parking), gym was lacking. Even though I really liked the hotel and value, next time I would stay near Old Montreal.

Terrible bathroom size, lighting, toilet, shower. Very noisy HVAC.

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is renovated. AC is older and loud. No breakfast service on Sundays at the hotel restaurant.

The staff were great and my room was clean. However, even with all the lights on the room was very dark. The toilet was wobbly like it wasn’t secured to the floor. And the fridge was extremely noisy, it woke me up a couple times during the night. I wish I could get my money back.

Very outdated building and furniture, the staff were unprofessional, at 11:20 pm there were people in the hallway next to our room making lots of noise, we called the front desk to complain and ask them to talk to those people , they told us that there was nothing that they could do and we should talk to those people to stop the noise , so the hotel wants it’s guests to engage in an argument and to risk their safety rather than diving an issue that they have the right to deal with

Clean , safe and comfortable. Easy location in and out to Montreal and Laval. No carpet in our room . Staff was great. Yvena checked us in explained policy.

Both front desk employees we spoke to were pleasant, helpful and kind.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist, Harold was incredible. The room is okay nothing to brag about, the washroom was dirty found lots of hair on the floor; however, given the staff was very friendly all shortfalls can be looked past.

We were greeted so warmly by Eve or Evelyn (if I'm not mistaken) upon arrival at the hotel. She was at the front desk that time. She was really nice, accommodating and very helpful. We asked her if there were restaurants around the area that we can go by walking. She gladly went out to show us the direction we should go. She has such a friendly demeanour. All the interactions we had with her were positive. I must also include the other receptionists that we spoke with during our stay. They're all kind, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service, Eve and the rest of the receptionists! Plus, the place was clean and smelled good.

Upon check-in, front desk staff had demanded that I provide my vehicle information. When I advised that I could not recall my vehicle plate information at the present moment, she became very annoyed with me, and demanded that I go outside and retrieve the information to her satisfaction or she could not check me in. I was further advised this is a requirement for all clients as hotel staff will be taking inventory of recorded vehicles. Despite the fact, that I was treated so abruptly, and forced to record the requested information, the parties that I was travelling with in a separate room, in another vehicle we not required to record their vehicle information. I can make such a statement with certainty as I witnessed on a first hand account. Such rude, subjective behaviour is unacceptable in my opinion given the fact that absolutely no vehicle inventory was ever taken, and no other vehicle in my travelling party was subject to this behaviour. I am very aware of, and respect the limitations placed upon parking spaces, however I do not approve of falsehoods to justify subjective, discourtesy after a long day of travel.

I received an email from the hotel stating that due to lack of staff I was responsible for picking up the garbage in the room and leaving it outside the door. I did not even bother checking in. I am not sure why you ever would represent a property like this

Everything was great. Friendly helpful girl in the evenings at the desk. It was nice having a restaurent on property. Close to airport.

Ce site était pratique pour mes rencontre à proximité, par contre du aux réparation sur la route (le boulevard cote-vertu) pour y accédé, un peu compliqué.

The Hotel location is convenient and price is a little bit expensive for this type of hotels . Wal-Mart is a 10 minutes walk .No airport transfer service nor breakfast 😕 Staff are very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed my stay

Loved my experience and the breakfast was amazing

Place was good but they didn’t have breakfast. In expedia it says it has breakfast but they didn’t gave anything in hotel. The sink was overflowing. Ac was making a lot of noises.

Staff friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, good sleep. Room looks like it was just updated except for bathroom. Construction going on around the building but did not impact coming and going. Restaurant was closed for Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast. Breakfast on Saturday was very good in clean, bright room. Breakfast not included as in most Days Inn.

We did not have breakfast. They said breakfast was available until eleven and whe went 10 to eleven and there was no service available.

Restaurant was not good the food was cold and inedible. The front desk staff did not let us know where anything was so had to "search" the hotel for the ice-machine

Excellent staff. Very polite and helpful. Food at restaurant was very good.

Terrible experience , I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL. Housekeeping is only ever 2 days keep that on mind. Breakfast depends on their mood both days we were there they did not have breakfast. So free breakfast is not included even if they say that. Housekeeping came on our second day in the morning at 10am BANGING on the door acting like robbers, when checkout is at 12. Never again will I stay here. It was also very dirty and when we asked for sheet changes they said come downstairs to and grab it do it ourselves.

Close to the airport/park and fly. I would not suggest dining option at the hotel. Restaurant food was not good.
