The property is decent, including a breakfast vs just discounting it would put the hotel into the price range of similar hotels in terms of distance to sites. We booked it do to its proximity to the highway since my daughter had to drive herslef out of the city after dropping us off for our flight homeand since the park was includes. It is right next to the metro line which we used to move to a different hotel that was closer to down town and had an included breakfast for less cost.

The hotel is located next to the metro station Radisson, which gives easy access to all Montreal places of interest. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There is a nice swimming pool and free parking.

Across the street from the train/bus. Free parking. Very Clean and super comfy beds! Pay attention to which booking you get if it has free breakfast or not. Definitely a place I will come back to in the future ! Thank you again!

The restaurant is only open for breakfast, staff was polite and helpful. Building is dated, but it was clean and well kept. Pool hours posted in room or somewhere other than at pool would be nice. It made it very comfortable for me when the staff went out of there way to speak to me in English. French is not my mother tongue. Thank you

The rooms needs to be updated, there is only one microwave and it is at the reception area, they only put 2 very small tubes of shampoos and 2 very very small soap. Also anyone can access the facility and come to your room. This place is very outdated the rugs needs to be change. The is only one elevator. You have to prepare to walk .

One night stay for business. Great location with quick access to public transport if needed. Free parking on site. Room on ground floor with view of centre court outdoor pool. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Lacked water pressure in the shower. TV seemed to have minimal functioning channels and all in SD? There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast on site was ok. Made to order from the menu.There is a shopping mall across the street with restaurants. First stay here, and if in the area may stay again. It is a clean well functioning Motel.

Access to subway is amazing. Facility is visibly dated but has had some upgrades. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Individual AC units in each room are quite noisy to sleep with but at least they worked well during the heat wave.

Despite the hotel having plenty of time before our 10 PM check-in, the bathrooms in both of our booked rooms were not properly cleaned, as we found hair in each. I hope the hotel manager has an explanation for this.

We enjoyed the free parking, the complimentary wheel lock, the noon checkout and the proximity to the metro. When we checked in the sheets smelled and were clearly dirty. As soon as we notified the front desk, they were changed. No zippered mattress protector which always makes me nervous, but fortunately there were no issues. AC didn’t work well and was very loud. Very poor ventilation. We were here for four nights, if it had been a shorter stay we probably would have overlooked most of these issues.

Mold in the tub area.Tiniest ever washroom with no handwash. Celising had water stains. Definitely not an option for family with toddlers. Holes in corners paying way for insects to climb in.

We stayed here for 1 night only while on a trip to the east coast from Toronto, trusted their rating on Hotels.com and got scammed. The room was not cleaned at all, several bugs in the room, all the doors of the room were dirty, the towels has someone else's hair on it and stained. when you check in late then there is no option to get room cleaned or change. Pillows and Mattress were extremely uncomfortable. The parking lot is unsafe, the vehicle next to ours was broken into and the hotel doesn't take any responsibility for vehicle safety. "Royal" should be removed from their name! Nothing royal about it.

The room is very spacious and clean. I spent 2 nights here, unfortunately the noise from outside, upstairs and next room had bothered my sleep a bit. I hope the room is really noise-approved. However, it's very considerate to offer late check-out service and free parking. So we could just take Metro to visit the downtown freely and didn't worry about parking.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. No issues with parking. Though there is a long hallway that wraps around the second floor and my room was towards which takes a few minutes to walk to. Also the AC is pretty loud. Otherwise a nice place.

Close to the Radisson metro station, and near the Palace Versailles mall. Parking was easy and plenty of parking spots are available all times of the day. The rooms don’t have a fridge unfortunately but it could be my fault for not checking beforehand on the listing if they even offer it. Overall, a bit pricey for the hotel but the rooms are renovated (and carpet-less which i absolutely love, I hate carpeted hotel rooms). It’s a very accessible and convenient location outside of the MTL downtown, which makes it great for trips or sightseeing around the Montreal area.

We really enjoyed our stay – the room was clean, the service was good, and everything was comfortable. The only downside was that the built-in air conditioner was a bit noisy, which made it slightly disturbing at times. Other than that, everything was great.

First impression is important, the moment we walked in the door and reached the reception. The gentleman at the desk offered us no warmth or welcome and we felt like we were bothering him. Around 9 PM there were children running around in the halls, causing disturbances and when asked if somebody could say something to them, we were told that at 10 PM security would be arriving. Otherwise the facility was clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant staff really nice out though spoke no English, thankfully we had Google .

It was a very bad experience at this hotel. Both rooms had a terrible smell. We paid $250, and breakfast was not included—they said it was because we booked through Expedia. My friend booked directly for $190, and breakfast was included. I don’t want anyone to go to this terrible hotel. It looks completely different from the photos on Expedia. It’s promoted as hotel but it’s actually a cheap motel Be careful!

The property was nice with a guge parking lot. Chevk in eas easy. We got there late ish around 11pm. Theres a cute little mall 5 minutes walk from the hotel ascwell as a harveys. There were other options too but I didn't have time to explore. The beds were soft, rooms quiet, shower had a pretty loud annoying whistle. The expedia add said breakfast was included but when we got there imwe were told its not included for expedia users so we didn't have breakfast the prices were outrageous.

Voilà quelques bémols, réservation en semaine chambre vue sur un mur. Savon chipette, pas de crayon et papier pour écrire, le petit frigo ne fonctionnait pas en arrivant dans la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner c'était bon et la serveuse nous a donnée un bon service.

I like that breakfast was available but I had to pay for it since I booked with Expedia. The price of the hotel rooms was very high, and breakfast should be included for everyone. One time I went to get coffee at the reception desk but it was not available and I did not get any coffee at that time. Good parking availability. You need more people to work at the reception desk. Friendly and helpful workers there, although they were very busy.
