Overall great stay, hotel staff is awesome, hotels clean. We’re not told the pool would be closed and multiple cars stolen from property while we were there. Seems to be a frequent mention in the reviews - given this they should add additional security. They will give you a club for your wheel upon request but it’s unfortunate that you have to worry about this during your stay

Excellent location of your flying in or out of YUL. A free 24/7 shuttle and we parked our car here for the week while travelling. A fabulous restaurant and bar as well! Highly recommended.

Most importantly, the Staff was friendly and the Room was clean. And the airport shuttle was great. But the phone lines were not good (waited 20 mins, hung up, called back then got some right away.) The phone in the room was broken. The hot tub was broken and the pool was frigid.

I liked that it was only about 20 minutes from downtown Montreal, and it had free parking. The rooms are ok, they are not new and had a humid smell to them, but it was cleaned and ok to be there for a couple of days . The pool was out of service and breakfast was not included.

Unfortunately the rooms were subpar for the Hilton. The main light let out this horrible high pitched noise whenever it was on, and even at night there was still a hum in the room from something. The pool was alright but the hot tub unbeknownst to us was actually out of service and was fully covered. I wish that disclosed on the website or anywhere really. All I want to do after a long day of driving is relax and I couldn’t do that. The bathroom was also a bit of a letdown as the shower was actually like the shower head was just a random not even Walmart quality. Literally just a head you’d find in a college dorm. There wasn’t even a handle piece but they had a handle spot for it. It was just a subpar room for 213 a night.

I was double billed for the room, even though I was told it was a deposit on the room and would not be charged for the room again. We made a reservation to have the shuttle pick us up at 3:15 am. When we got to the front desk we were told we would have to wait until 3:45 am because it was 3:17 am and we were two minutes late. We had to make it clear to the front desk that we would miss our flight if we did not get picked up immediately by the hotel shuttle. The shuttle itself was empty and no one was waiting for it either once we got to the airport.

Not enough towels for the number of people booked- ask for towels to be sent up- no one showed up. Went to front desk to get more towels and told me housekeeping wasn’t on site. Tub didn’t drain- didn’t bother saying anything- if I can’t get towels, I doubt the drain could be fixed before checkout.

Hotel was easy to get to and very comfortable bed. Room had a musty smell to it and thin walls. Like the shower setup with bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash plus hairdryer provided.

This is my first and last time visiting this hotel. My room was very very dusty,hairs all over the bathroom floor,when you bath in the bathtub ,the water doesn't go through fast so you will be bathing in your own dirt.The towels was filled with dust and hair,the blanket on the bed had red stains,i have never ever seen such dirt in my life and i am a traveler. I called the receptionist to have the dust cleaned up but housekeeping just came in, dust it however way they want and left in 2min.Thank God i came with my lysol wipes so i had to use it to clean up all the tables and counters. I didnt have the option for a refund otherwise i wouldn't have slept in that room. I will never ever step foot in that hotel again and i will not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Nothing was complementary even water bottle.Sheets , pillows were dirty till we requested to replace . Empty bottles of shampoo, lotion . Shower faucet was not working properly. What you expect from senior citizens to call management while in shower to come in and fix the problem. We should be given back partial credit for this inconvenience, not satisfied with this particular place .

Booked a 2 Queen room Got a king size bed (-) “Sorry, that’s all we have” 2 elevators. One broken The broken one made lots of noise. And our room was next to it Parking lot (outside, charge) was overfilled. Cars double parked Overall. Ok. But could be better

Nous avons réservé vers 11h puis vers 13h j’ai envoyé un message à l’hôtel pour les prévenir de préparer la chambre comme nous étions 3 Mon fils devait dormir sur le sofa À notre arrivée à 22h rien de prêt dans la chambre je l’ai appelé 3 fois la dernière fois la réceptionniste m’a raccroché au nez Au bout de 2 h je décide de descendre à minuit et là on me dis que je dois préparer moi même le sofa bref pourquoi me le dire au bout de 2h Chambre sale carte magnetic que ne fonctionne pas personnel désagréable pas serviable ni souriant J’ai prévenu la responsable le lendemain Bref rien à changer Le matin je croise le responsable des femmes de ménage je demande de faire la chambre et de changer les serviettes il était 13h30 en lui précisant que l’on partait et qu’ils avait le temps il m’a dis ok à notre retour rien de fais il était 22h et va courir pour demander des serviettes Bref séjour horrible loin de la classe d’un Hilton

I have always used Hilton hotels and have always been satisfied, but this time... When we entered the room, one of our beds had no pillow or blanket. The service was not good at all and they did not clean my room. One of the staff, a young lady at the concierge, did not treat us well.

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The airport shuttle driver put our bags inside the door of the hotel so we didn’t have to stand out in -20 C and wait. Desk staff also very helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. Would stay again.

I experienced two unauthorized charges on my credit card without any explanation. Upon receiving the alert from my bank, I contacted my credit card company, who assured me that the first transaction had been approved using my PIN. However, the young lady informed me that it had not gone through and requested to see my card. She proceeded to tap my card again without my consent, as the credit card company indicated. When I returned to the desk, the same young made a dismissive comment about switching terminals due to an issue, as if I was supposed to be aware of it. It seemed she took offence to my inquiry about the infringement of an additional transaction. I wonder how she would feel if someone swiped her credit card twice without permission or an explanation. The young lady then assured me it would only be processed once during the nightly reconciliation. Additionally, we were quoted a rate of $25 per night for parking while on vacation, but upon arrival, we were informed that the price had increased to $30 per night. While I appreciate that they honoured the original quote, it was frustrating to find that we were charged for parking on the night of our stay, especially when there is no optional parking in the area. It’s hard to believe. Moreover, I was never asked for my Hilton Hotels Points card. As such, I will certainly consider other options before returning to a Hilton Garden Hotel in the future. I do intend to take it up with the company upon our return.

Your typical Hilton property located close to the airport with a 24-hour shuttle. The staff was very nice, and we opted to eat in the restaurant where the food was surprisingly good. There’s also a Tim Horton’s across the street and a Subway close by for other food options. A solid choice for a layover!

The Junior Suite w/ Multiple Beds was amazing: clean, spacious and comfortable but really the only negative thing is the location. It’s close to the airport but there are no stores or other food places close by and you would have to drive to get around.

Booked this hotel because we had a long layover in Montreal. It has a shuttle bus from the airport which is great. The hotel and the breakfast are expensive. Not really worth it in my opinion. The surroundings aren't attractive, really just a hotel for a night when you are flying from Montreal Airport. There probably are cheaper and better options.

This is an excellent hotel for an overnight layover or an early flight out. Close to the airport, offers airport shuttles even early in the morning. Good restaurant, excellent and friendly check-in staff and bartender. Not much in the area to do other than for an airport layover since it's located in an industrial area. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Good night's sleep. Thank you!

Property was extremely expensive for the area. It was nice and clean. No complaints about the hotel itself. Employees were friendly and helpful. But the price was in excess of what I’d pay for central Paris, yet it was a $45 taxi ride into the city. So not convenient. Close to airport and the airport shuttle was easy to use.

Booked this hotel because we had a long layover in Montreal. It has a shuttle bus from the airport which is great. The hotel and the breakfast are expensive. Not really worth it in my opinion. Arrived around 9pm. Check in slow. Food at restaurant came fast but bland. A lot of clicking noises in hallway sounded like someone was trying to open door. Shuttle to airport good. No air con in lobby.

Overall the room is good. We tried the continental breakfast and it is not impressive for the price. The food is not good - bread, muffins, bagel, and banana bread are not good and did not taste freshly baked. The fruits were fine.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly. I ate breakfast once at the hotel, ordering off the menu rather than the buffet. Because I could get my order from the buffet, the server told me to just get it myself. The fruit bowl was limited that morning to only pineapple and over ripe honeydew melon, and the oatmeal was pretty gluey. My room was fairly comfortable, although there are small signs of wear. A hole in the curtain, a huge chunk of tile missing under my foot so I had to cover it with the bathmat. My fitted bedsheet was too small and tightly stretched over the cushion topper of the mattress only. Housekeeping only comes in every second day so I needed to put the sheets back on myself the next day, it popped off. The location was convenient to the office I was visiting, that part was great.

What I didn't like is that breakfast was exorbitant. They were charging almost 30$ for breakfast which is just highway robbery!!! They are taking advantage that nothing is close to them to get other food!!!
