This property was amazing. The owners are friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and they were very attentive to our needs. Is extra towels, extra pillows, etc. They have a cute outside garden area where we played cards and were able to just enjoy hanging out together. We will definitely stay at Silver Lake Inn again.

Many potholes filled with water. Unable to tell depth. People parked in front of my room. Floor is rotted and creaking in most of the room. Heater fan made unusual noises all night and kept me up. But for $80 a night what can one expect?

Its an older building that has been refinished quite nicely. Pretty quiet. BEDs were very nice, full size fridge, front door access with parking right in front of your room. Diner across the street is delicious. About am equal distance between silverwood and McEwen Park.

The previous reviews gave us hope that this property had what we were looking for, and the price made it even more enticing, so we booked a two night stay. Upon arrival, the hotel room smelled like smoke, and wasn't super warm and inviting. After showering, the floor mat was very dirty from the shower/bathroom floor. It made us uncomfortable enough to run to Target and purchase new sheets and a blanket, just to make sure we were reasurred the bed was clean for a peaceful nights sleep. The next day we asked housekeeping to re-clean the shower/bathroom floor which they gladly did. The staff was great at noticing we had 4 people in a double room on our reservation, so they left two extra towels without us needing to ask. Also a bonus was the large refrigerator and little kitchen table. The parkinglot was full of pot holes, and the landscaping full of weeds. However, the interior of the room was simple and charming. It was adequate for our needs, but it is a mystery why this hotel has received such high remarks.

We had a wonderful stay at the Silver Lake Inn! We had a couple families in our group and took advantage of the lovely, shaded courtyard area during our down time. Its only about 10 minutes from Silverwood and a couple miles from a city beach and several dining options.

Managers were very helpful and welcoming . Charming little motel loved the bedding and towels very clean property . Nice lawn area and shade parking was fabulous too . Would definitely stay there again . Room temp was great too . No complaints

Friendly new owners! Very nice rooms. Park right outside your room. Food is always a 5 minute drive away or less. The room was clean and the ac was cool. Loved my stay.

Small hotel with outside access to rooms. The room was spacious and bed really comfortable. Not a lot of amenities. Front desk closed early. Average cleanliness. Needed rug by door. It was raining and we ended up dragging in sand/mud on our shoes. It was had to spot the sign to the property and drove by it twice.

My stay at the silver lakes inn was a short one but so great and for a great price! I felt very safe here as other reviews have mentioned. My room was very clean and had great amenities so I recommend selecting the budget options especially as a solo traveler! Check in was simple and easy and the employee I spoke to was very nice :) if you are passing through this is a great place to stay!

Good value for the money. Not a fan of the memory foam style mattresses because they make me sleep hot. Bedding could have been a little cleaner. My room seemed like it used to be a janitor closet, comically tiny which wasn’t really a problem. I would stay again but ask for a room not right next to the office or at least one with a different style of mattress.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed meeting Buz the dog. The room was comfortable, clean and large, we so appreciate having a sofa to sit on instead of the beds. Great value and it was great having a full size fridge.

I stayed here for a conference. My room was perfect for just me and had all the amenities i needed with microwave, fridge and 1 cup kurig. Staff was super friendly and helpful with my questions. While not a fancy hotel, this was nice and i felt safe. Nothing was broken and no peeling paint or broken tiles. No bugs. Initially, my gps put me on the side street behind the hotel. The back side does give off creepy vibes. But the rest of the property was nice and well kept. Easy shopping and restaurants close by. There is a breakfast/ lunch café across the street and a coffee drive thru next door. I would stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We were greeted warmly and received great customer service. We really enjoyed the lovely and clean room. The only thing that wasn't great was the AC unit was a fan not really an AC unit so we were a little warm until the evening cooled and we opened windows.

The room was clean, but very small- No bar to hang clothes -The deadbolt didn’t work -The noise from the street and room’s next door was annoying, if it wasn’t for my sound machine it would have been intolerable. Would we stay again-no.

As other reviewers have said, this is an older motel, but very nice. The floors creak, but it has brand new carpet, the bed was very comfortable, the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker were new and good quality. It was quite spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Our booking at this property was for two nights, and after our first night's stay, the property management contacted us via text to ask if our room needed any service prior to our second night's stay. That's the first time I've ever had a hotel contact me to ask if our room needed any service. I appreciated that, and will always remember that property for "going the extra mile" for their guests. I would definitely come back and stay at this place.

This was a lovely experience all around. Easy check in and a very large room. The bathroom had recently been remodeled and the AC worked well. We walked to both dinner and breakfast but this unit had a full fridge and small kitchen area which was so very nice.

Its an older building that has been refinished quite nicely. Pretty quiet. BEDs were very nice, full size fridge, front door access with parking right in front of your room. Diner across the street is delicious. About am equal distance between silverwood and McEwen Park.

I was not sure what to expect, as it is out of the main city, but this place is great. Much less expensive than staying in Couer D'Alene, and the place is clean and safe. Very friendly staff as well.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The Inn was clean , quiet and very comfortable! We felt safe going for walks in the evening, it was located in a very convenient area, close to the lake and close to surrounding towns and cities.

This was a lovely experience all around. Easy check in and a very large room. The bathroom had recently been remodeled and the AC worked well. We walked to both dinner and breakfast but this unit had a full fridge and small kitchen area which was so very nice.

Great experience to stay at Silver Lake Inn. Clean , comfortable and such nice owners. Not a chain, but a couple who own and take care of their guests and their business. Stay and return for sure .Cheers to you. Good restaurant across street.. Blue Plate Cafe family owned and good for and reasonable prices too .

There's no breakfast or pool and the flooring needs to be replace because its carpet. They're also all pet rooms which doesn't work work with carpet. My eyes were swollen the whole next day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room very spacey.

I stayed here for a conference. My room was perfect for just me and had all the amenities i needed with microwave, fridge and 1 cup kurig. Staff was super friendly and helpful with my questions. While not a fancy hotel, this was nice and i felt safe. Nothing was broken and no peeling paint or broken tiles. No bugs. Initially, my gps put me on the side street behind the hotel. The back side does give off creepy vibes. But the rest of the property was nice and well kept. Easy shopping and restaurants close by. There is a breakfast/ lunch café across the street and a coffee drive thru next door. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Silver Lake Inn! We had a couple families in our group and took advantage of the lovely, shaded courtyard area during our down time. Its only about 10 minutes from Silverwood and a couple miles from a city beach and several dining options.

Service was personal and outstanding! This is an older motel that has been completely renovated. They used quality building materials to make each room quiet and comfortable. Nice kitchen space in tge room with microwave, so bring your own breakfast. We will stay again!

The hotel was so quiet that I couldn’t tell that there guests in the next room to me. And the place was sold out. Easy access to Hayden Lake, and restaurants nearby.
