Drive-in parking with my own partially enclosed "garage" with stairs up to the room. It's about a block and a half from Avenida Revolucion so walkable and the staff were excellent. It's a little smaller and less visible but great spot for the cost.

A room sitting on top of a parking garage with a garage door to add privacy and protection to the vehicle. Three blocks walking distance to downtown TJ. Room was clean not to small and not to big. Perfect for staying two nights.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great a/c. Staff is very friendly. I particularly like the convenience and safety of the single car garage parking directly beneath the deluxe room and being able to securely lock the garage door. The only improvement I would make is to have a small table with two chairs instead of the useless modern lounger currently in the room. My husband and I love this place for the safety, convenience and proximity to every thing we need while in Tijuana. We stay there often and plan to continue staying there in the future.

Nice small adorable rooms. Private parking were also a plus. They are working on a few rooms there so they had wood bits all over my car. Wish they had a sign.

El lugar esta fácil de acceder, solo que es incómodo tener que subir bastantes escalones para llegar a tu cuarto, me tocó la mala experiencia de que hubiera muchísimo ruido por parte de personas de otras habitaciones, me cambiaron de habitación e igual había ruido del tráfico cercano, algo sucias las habitaciones, sábanas manchadas y baño sucio pero aceptable para pasar una noche.

Spacious accommodation with own garage is great if you have a car. Some rooms can be very small though if you don't get the one with garage or above one. Although the garage door needed to be re-programed and would not close. Felt unsafe at times because the room door has a flimsy 1 lock with no bolt lock. Someone could easily kick or force into the room. The floor could use better cleaning as you can see hair on the groun, as well as the white towels had some stains. The olace is new or newly renovated but if they don't maintain it, it will eventually get more dirty.

The hotel is very clean and staff was very friendly. The only negative thing about it is there is no ice machine. And the walls are paper thin. We could hear the room next door to us having sex and partying.

This is a cheap option but there are others. Kaye8 is fairly new as it was recently remodeled. It's a cheap option at $40 per night but expect a $40 room. The issue is not cleanliness. The rooms are all new and clean. But they are very small, on top of each other, thin walls, cheap materials, no furniture, etc. The room is basically a bed, two tables and a TV. There is not a shelf, a drawer, a hook or anything else. There were two plastic hangers in my room and NOTHING else available to unpack my things. Suitcase sat on floor in corner and I had to grab things out of it as needed. The biggest issue, believe it or not, is the headboard the used. It's literally a rock. Look it the photos and you can see, its a rock mounted to the wall and since you have three tiny cheap pillows you hit your head on it all night long. Terrible. I won't be back. If you need a cheap room close to Rev for a few hours, OK but any longer than that, No Thanks.

I like the easy check-in, friendly staff, 24 hour front desk assistance, the private individual parking inside and mostly the quietness. The only thing missing in the unit was a window and a closet, there was nowhere to hang anything up, other than that it was great!

The hotel is nice and aesthetic but the walls are extremely thin you can hear EVERYTHING from the next door people. There was a room that was loud all night with music, had to ask staff to ask them to turn it down but noise reduction didn’t really go down except music like 30 minutes later. 5 am and they’re still so loud. Not sure why staff doesn’t have strict regulations on the noise to be considerate of other stayers.

Architecturally Pleasing But Not Functional! An old school property renovated with insufficient room sound-proofings, no garage door dual-switches & stairs-lightings, no clothes closet, AND no tables/chairs! The property pictures are misleadingly taken closed-up to hide these missing items! Property has been operational long enough to remedy these shortcomings. They're building adjacent property but Owner should think of resolving issues with the current operation. I was really DISAPPOINTED with my stay with this hotel(motel?) Please call property first to ask for updates on sound-proofings, garage switches/lightings, and most of all, those closets, tables/chairs! If you still decide to stay, you may have to improvise! Price is way unreasonable if you have to suffer instead.

Room door is a hollow interior door with an inadequate lock, aside from safety concern, the door allows all exterior sounds to be heard. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, it will not work! When asked the reception desk to switch rooms at 5pm because I could my next door neighbor breathe, I was told flat “no” as they had no available rooms. But I checked on line and they indeed had 5 rooms available for the night! Stay elsewhere!

La habitacion estaba limpia y la cama estaba muy cómoda, solo estaria bien que pusieran un microondas pequeño y un servibar para la gente que se hospeda 2 dias o mas , la muchacha de la mañana de recepción me atendió super bien 👍, pero en la noche fui a pedir información sobre un problema de la tv y ya estaba otra señora no fue muy amable y no resolvio mi problema :(

The staff is friendly and mostly speak english. Translator helps. 1 guest per day. One block from Revolucion Ave and very quiet. Inn the same block as a pretty good Pho restaurant. $5 Uber ride to the night life areas.

I adore the property in every way. Labeling the shower knob as hot or cold is the only thing I hope the staff will do. I really enjoy my stay at the hotel other from that. I stayed longer since I loved it so much. Anyone planning a trip to Tijuana should definitely stay at this hotel, in my opinion. It received a rating of 9.0, the highest I have ever seen throughout my time in Tijuana.

Los cuartos son pequeños, pero agradables, tiene estacionamiento, cosa que para mi fue un gran plus. Pero la encargada es la persona más despota y prepotente y mal educada que me he encontrado en un hotel. Al parecer es un “hotel de paso” supongo no le agrada que te quedes por toda la noche. Pero eso lo deberían especificar antes. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien, el resto del personal muy atentos y agradables.
