It's a bit different from how it looks in the photos. The staff were generally friendly, but the breakfast selection was quite limited. Also, we had to pay extra if we wanted to order other options.

Beautiful hotel with warm, friendly and professional staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel and staff. They had free a delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruits and juices daily and a breakfast buffet with more options at an additional price, both were great. Highly recommend the breakfast. The hotel was clean and well Maintained and the staff were very responsive. The manger came by and introduced himself while we were having breakfast and let us know that if we needed anything else we could certainly ask him or the staff. Certainly will stay again when we visit Mexico City. Location was quite convenient.
