The building conditions are nice, close to bus station. There were carpets and would be nice to be better cleaned. Didn't understand the room cleaning in the first day of two in total because from the 3 beds in the room only one got arranged. Anyhow, didn't expected a cleaning, so it was nice

there’s not hot water to shower which is crazy, there’s not even warm water just cold, the mattresses and blankets are incredibly stained, if you have the opportunity to not book here, don’t do it

Very disappointing stay. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel felt dirty. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The minibar in our room did not work, and the hot water was unreliable — it never got properly hot and became colder the longer you used it. Would not recommend.

The heat was not working. There is some broken walls. There is some hairs under the bed. Windows are too old. They need to renovate the hotel and clean the hotel.
