The staff were excellent & the rooms were huge & of the standard you would expect. The pool area was brilliant but in terms of the whole experience little things were missing. Reception was on the 7th and there was no communal areas. The bar on the 20th has amazing views but was entirely closed off for a private party one night rendering the hotel without a bar for residents. Very odd indeed but on par with a poor balance between being a destination and hotel. They haven't yet achieved that balance imho. I booked a supreme room but was on the 3rd floor facing traffic. I wondered how bad the view is for entry level rooms. A €400 deposit for spends in the hotel was taken upon arrival sadly absent in any pre journey advice. I felt somewhat unduly pressured as a result. For all the technology in the building (electronic DND signs plus light and climate controls of wondrous complexity) the pool bar service was flag someone down, try and find a menu (none online) and then sign a chit. It seemed a contradiction. Breakfast however is a must & set me up entirely for the day. Again though inconsistencies prevailed such as tea bags in packaging put in your cup some days with hot water in the cup / mug but other days in a teapot (but no bag in the pot??). Milk some days was an after thought unless asked. They are so close to being excellent but too many missed opportunities. I stayed here instead of the Hyatt Regency which I stayed in the last year. I'd probably go back there instead.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with world-class hospitality and a lovely glass of Prosecco. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, stylish interiors and top-tier amenities. I loved the spa area with the sauna and pool sadly the steam room was out of order during my stay. My room was amazingly designed, clean, and offered breathtaking views definitely worth the extra few pennies for the sea view !!! What truly sets this hotel apart was the incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and comfortable and I felt their sincerity and willingness to help. We enjoyed the room and hotel a lot. Stylish design, great breakfast and beautiful SPA area. The front desk was very friendly and the concierge was really helpful with the transfer booking! Thank you for that! This is the hotel we will return to next time we are in Malta :)

We had an amazing stay at this modern hotel and can highly recommend it. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness throughout the property is outstanding. The staff in every area were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference for us, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The hotel is very baby-friendly and the team made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The concierge and guest relations staff were particularly impressive – always thinking one step ahead and fulfilling our wishes before we even had to ask. The bellboys at the entrance were consistently polite and genuinely kind, creating a warm first impression every time we returned. Breakfast was another highlight: a wide variety of delicious options and a very attentive and kind service team. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is definitely a must-see spot at the hotel. The spa area is cozy and very clean; we just found the sauna could be a little hotter and the spa in general a bit warmer in temperature, but overall it was a very relaxing experience. The only minor downside is the neighborhood, which is more of a party district and therefore not the best environment for children. However, inside the hotel you truly feel in a calm and safe oasis. Overall, a wonderful stay – we will definitely come back!

Amazing hotel, the staff within the hotel are what make it truly special. Paula the front desk manager, Hugo on the reception and the Russian hostess at the Cabana club are examples of ultra luxury service. This is very hard to find in Malta. I would say a perfect hotel for couples, friends travelling together and on business trips. The hotel amenities are grey with gym and Dee Spa facilities. Brittany from the spa was amazing. Only disappointment was that the hotel allow children into the spa (despite there being an outdoor pool) firstly it’s not safe for children and this space should be kept tranquil and relaxing. Or there should be family hours.

Rooms were really clean, views from a high floor room great, great breakfast, the staff took extra care to provide a true 5-star experience and accommodate whatever we asked about. The only downside was noise from a neighbouring construction site but it didn't bother us as we got up early to have a good use of the short daylight time at this season. Oh, and the gym is proper too.

Reserve una suites en piso 17 linda vista. Pero el hotel tiene un problema grave de ruido producido constantemente por el centro comercial. No solo por el gran ruido de la música , si no también por cualquier actividad que se realize en el centro comercial. Se produce un rebote del sonido terrible , no puedes estar en el balcón. Realmente fue muy desagradable. Pagar una habitación bastante cara para sufrir con el terrible ruido. No me quedaría en este hotel nuevamente Falta de limpieza en el balcón.

Spacious rooms, great décor and fantastic design very well thought through. The view from our sea view room was to die for. Smell in hotel corridors was divine! Great outdoor pools, nice indoor spa pool. Clean, ultra modern and great location convenient and accessible to all shops and restaurants. Loved our stay and would definitely go back. Great staff housekeeping, door men and breakfast room. Only downside attitude of some staff, in particular Scottish waitress at the poolside rude and very bossy.

Rooms were really clean, views from a high floor room great, great breakfast, the staff took extra care to provide a true 5-star experience and accommodate whatever we asked about. I really enjoyed my stay at ME! I felt very safe and the location is perfect for walking to get food, shopping, etc. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, however the rugs in the hallways and room could get some love. Staff was wonderful, thank you Flix and Luwigi for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend stay at this hotel.

The staff were excellent & the rooms were huge & of the standard you would expect. The pool area was brilliant but in terms of the whole experience little things were missing. Reception was on the 7th and there was no communal areas. The bar on the 20th has amazing views but was entirely closed off for a private party one night rendering the hotel without a bar for residents. Very odd indeed but on par with a poor balance between being a destination and hotel. They haven't yet achieved that balance imho. I booked a supreme room but was on the 3rd floor facing traffic. I wondered how bad the view is for entry level rooms. A €400 deposit for spends in the hotel was taken upon arrival sadly absent in any pre journey advice. I felt somewhat unduly pressured as a result. For all the technology in the building (electronic DND signs plus light and climate controls of wondrous complexity) the pool bar service was flag someone down, try and find a menu (none online) and then sign a chit. It seemed a contradiction. Breakfast however is a must & set me up entirely for the day. Again though inconsistencies prevailed such as tea bags in packaging put in your cup some days with hot water in the cup / mug but other days in a teapot (but no bag in the pot??). Reserve una suites en piso 17 linda vista. Pero el hotel tiene un problema grave de ruido producido constantemente por el centro comercial. No solo por el gran ruido de la música , si no también por cualquier actividad que se realize en el centro comercial. Se produce un rebote del sonido terrible , no puedes estar en el balcón. Realmente fue muy desagradable. Pagar una habitación bastante cara para sufrir con el terrible ruido. No me quedaría en este hotel nuevamente Falta de limpieza en el balcón.

Spacious rooms, great décor and fantastic design very well thought through. The view from our sea view room was to die for. Smell in hotel corridors was divine! Great outdoor pools, nice indoor spa pool. Clean, ultra modern and great location convenient and accessible to all shops and restaurants. Loved our stay and would definitely go back. Great staff housekeeping, door men and breakfast room. Only downside attitude of some staff, in particular Scottish waitress at the poolside rude and very bossy.

Hotel was gorgeous. This is a brand-new hotel and the facilities are excellent. Staff are efficient although at times can be a little bit overbearing. Be careful of the pre-authorisation of €100 per day as you check in. This was not mentioned in any paperwork or terms of conditions prior to our arrival so it was a shock to us.

We enjoyed the room and hotel a lot. Stylish design, great breakfast and beautiful SPA area. The front desk was very friendly and the concierge was really helpful with the transfer booking! Thank you for that! This is the hotel we will return to next time we are in Malta :)

Amazing hotel, the staff within the hotel are what make it truly special. Paula the front desk manager, Hugo on the reception and the Russian hostess at the Cabana club are examples of ultra luxury service. This is very hard to find in Malta. I would say a perfect hotel for couples, friends travelling together and on business trips. The hotel amenities are grey with gym and Dee Spa facilities. Brittany from the spa was amazing. Only disappointment was that the hotel allow children into the spa (despite there being an outdoor pool) firstly it’s not safe for children and this space should be kept tranquil and relaxing. Or there should be family hours.

We enjoyed our day at this hotel. It was our first time to Malta and it was reasonably central to everything we wanted to do. It is rather noisy depending on where your room is of a night with lots of activity occurring underneath in the streets below by a younger generation. having said this, it did not deter from our holiday. Excellent customer service and breakfast inclusion was a bonus. Also, airport bus stops out the front across the road.

Rooms were really clean, views from a high floor room great, great breakfast, the staff took extra care to provide a true 5-star experience and accommodate whatever we asked about. The only downside was noise from a neighbouring construction site but it didn't bother us as we got up early to have a good use of the short daylight time at this season. Oh, and the gym is proper too.

Sehr schönes Hotel, dass gerade neu eröffnet hat (2025). Es liegt mitten im Partyviertel, wer hier Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und hat genug Platz. Der Service am morgen muss noch etwas üben, aber sie sind über alle Massen freundlich. Parkplätze hat es in der Tiefgarage, welche über die gleiche Zufahrt wie der Mercury Tower erreicht werden können. Eine Shoppingmall ist auch im gleichen Komplex. Das Essen ist weniger zu empfehlen, dafür hat es genügend Bars und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

The staff were excellent & the rooms were huge & of the standard you would expect. The pool area was brilliant but in terms of the whole experience little things were missing. Reception was on the 7th and there was no communal areas. The bar on the 20th has amazing views but was entirely closed off for a private party one night rendering the hotel without a bar for residents. Very odd indeed but on par with a poor balance between being a destination and hotel. They haven't yet achieved that balance imho. I booked a supreme room but was on the 3rd floor facing traffic. I wondered how bad the view is for entry level rooms. A €400 deposit for spends in the hotel was taken upon arrival sadly absent in any pre journey advice. I felt somewhat unduly pressured as a result. For all the technology in the building (electronic DND signs plus light and climate controls of wondrous complexity) the pool bar service was flag someone down, try and find a menu (none online) and then sign a chit. It seemed a contradiction. Breakfast however is a must & set me up entirely for the day. Again though inconsistencies prevailed such as tea bags in packaging put in your cup some days with hot water in the cup / mug but other days in a teapot (but no bag in the pot??). Milk some days was an after thought unless asked. They are so close to being excellent but too many missed opportunities. I stayed here instead of the Hyatt Regency which I stayed in the last year. Stayed as a couple for an anniversary. We found the hotel staff to be incredible, from the concierge, to the reception and the breakfast servers, everyone was so kind and patient.
