It is not a family friendly hotel. First of all, there is no boiling kettle and I tried to ask if hotel can provide, the frontdesk staff simply said I can get hot water from the coffee machine in room. But I cannot let me kid to drink such water coming out from the same hole as the coffee. There is no choice and I can onlybuy bottled water Also the TV is not working. I asked for fixing that for 3 times and was told technician would fix it but finally still not, so my whole stay is without TV at all Also the bathroom setup is too high for kids to use, while my kid can only brush teeth with the toilet Breakfast room staff is also strange. The first day I was asked 3 times about my room number at the food table, nearly every time I go out, another day is the same. I have no idea why the staff cannot try to recognise customers while asking same person 3 times is too many It is also noisy outside the hotel at night. I have no idea why during the midnight there can be people smoking, shouting, chatting loudly Such a bad experience overall

Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice, clean room. The hotel is located in a quiet area but close to several major tourist attractions. The breakfast was above average, and there was a wide selection to choose from. Parking close by.

On arrival, we left our baggage in store room as room was not ready. We came back to hotel at 5pm reception said room was ready. Air con machine had pipe stuck out of window, clearly no air con in room as fitted. TV was not working--no signal. No iron. I went to reception to inform , pleasant young girl said she would have it sorted. we went out for evening meal when we returned at 10.30pm towels where on floor of shower wet, not where we left them. I told reception again. next morning went for breakfast, asked reception again to sort towels so we could get shower. No dry towels. I am requesting some sort of refund, 48hrs of a supposed 4star hotel DIABOLICAL. I would not recommened this hotel at all.

Staff was very helpful in all ways. Breakfast was ok, not great. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave. The rooms were air conditioned, but the reception and breakfast areas were not. I felt sorry for the staff.
