Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war perfekt. Das Einzige, was uns missfallen hat, dass die Sauna am Sonntag Abend schon 21.00 Uhr aus war, obwohl die Benutzung bis 22.00 Uhr ausgeschrieben ist!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft aber nach einigen Besuchen, finde ich stimmt die preis Leistung nicht mehr. Es ist immer noch ein schönes Hotel aber der Preis ist schon sehr hoch. Dazu kommt immer noch das teure parken. Dazu ist immer noch eine Badewannen Dusche. Die Aussicht ist schon sehr schön. Kann aber leider nicht mehr alles ausgleichen.

The hotel is easy to walk to from the Central Stn and also the city area. Was disappointed that the room was supposed to be a 1 bedroom suite but was actually a normal room with a curtain that was drawn to separate the bed from the rest of the room. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to the executive lounge which was most appreciated.

Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto parkt man unterhalb des Hotels und kann über einen Fahrstuhl bequem die Lobby erreich. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber ab, Ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotelzimmer sauber und gut, man konnte den Möbel teilweise ansehen, dass diese schon Gebraucht wurden

Room wasn’t cleaned during the whole stay only new towels replaced. Asked a hotel worker at the door to arrange a taxi to central station - he was talking to a man and said “this is a driver” when I asked how much he said 25 euros. Central station is up the road. Uber was half the price. Also the hotel wanted to charge 25 euros per hour for every hour we stayed last check out. Given flights were cancelled and I was a single mum with 2 kids by myself there was no offer of help. Also one night I went to the restaurant and

Not vacuumed, except in the main pathways, so our one-year-old picked up the dirt and plastic pieces all the time. We asked it to be cleaned, but again, it was not vacuumed properly. We dusted off the furniture ourselves, it was obviously not cleaned properly for a long time. The staff was nice and tried to help, but couldn't. Furniture was damaged, the toilet lid reeked of old plastic... ultimately just not worth the price to stay here.

The room was never cleaned the beds were made up but we ran out of shampoo the last night and the mirror had a milk stain the whole time we were there. We. Noticed a lot of bugs flying in the room little nats and they were very bad in the bar area. Glance at the ceiling and it was hundreds flying g everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel . It left something to be desired. It won’t be getting a good review from us especially for them price we paid!

It was just fine. The room was overall clean but the upholstery and furniture was in need of an update. The coffee machine had mould inside and not useable, hopefully that can make it into the cleaning list after flagging it to them on departure. Breakfast was again, just ok.

BEDBUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! We woke up to them crawling and feeding on us, full of our blood! Hotel management have said they would compensate us, then when we reached out to them they’re refusing to get back. We have received no compensation for having to treat our luggage and throw away thousands of dollars worth of items that were not practical to treat. Absolutely disgusting.

Great trip, really liked the hotel, nice spacious clean rooms. Breakfast variety was fantastic, from pastries to fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, hot breakfast, pancakes and omelets to order… there was something for everyone! A short walk away from the train station and restaurants, however I did try the old Amsterdam burger from the hotel menu and that was a good burger and cooked to your choosing. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel is in a great location and the room are nice and clean and the hotel has lots to offer. The only issue is the beds are terrible, hard and lumpy. They would never be accepted in North American base on the hotel class this hotel is listed as.

Everything in the room is great except they don’t have air conditioning in the window. Only opens about 1 inch. I called three different times to complain and only on the third time. I was told that the hotel does not have air conditioning so you cannot control the temperature in your room. It was soooo hot.

I stayed here for a conference. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Service from staff was all very good. Not the best location for seeing Amsterdam as you are a bit out of the center. Hotel seems to empty and fill based on the river cruises coming and going.

The check-in went well. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room’s were clean and comfortable. Concierge was very helpful with allowing us to store our items as we arrived early from our cruise. Restaurant staff need training. We entered and sat down and waited until the waiter finished cleaning the area behind the bar before he came to take our order. He brought us our order and I had to search for him to pay. Dinner that night was a disaster. Seated us as we came in, no menus or drinks for 10 minutes and then were asked if we wanted to order. Still no menus. Finally got served as more staff miraculously arrived. Overall the experience was good. Just the restaurant was a disappointment.

The hotel itself was nice and the location was good. However, I had an issue at check-out that negatively affected my experience. State tax was already paid when we completed our booking online, but at check-out we were asked to pay the state tax again at the reception. The receptionist kept the receipt, which made it difficult to verify the charge afterward. I have contacted the hotel to clarify this matter and hope it will be resolved. Aside from this issue, the stay was fine, but clearer communication and billing transparency are needed.

This was a very clean modern building, close to the cruise port. The room was comfortable, nicely set up, great view. Least favorite part: Check in: On arrival, we were able to store our bags, but were told we could not check in until 3pm. When we got there at 3, there was a huge line, with 3 people working. Waited 25 minutes. A better system should be worked out, especially on cruise arrival dates. Easy to do.

We had an amazing view from our room for Sail Amsterdam 2025. However, the problem was with the food service and the lack of restaurants close by, After about 8:00pm nothing around the hotel is open and the hotel restaurant closes. The next food is in the RLD. During Sail, the streets in front of the hotel close, which means it is a hike just to get an Uber. TLDR; amazing views, but the food choices were woefully lacking nearby.
