Nice clean large resort with a great pool if you have kids, could definitely do with another pool for adults thys more zen like, I couldn’t imagine staying here if you were a couple. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. Great staff who were friendly and professional. The beach is having some work done and isn’t really a swimming beach but is lovely to be next to it.

Most beautifull location and breathtaking views over the ocean. Staff were some of the kindest warmest people you will ever meet. Breakfast buffet was ā lavish feast. I have simply never seen anything like it. The pool was kind of huge and just meandered right around the front section beautifully. Epic surf break right out front called Nikos. safe swimming off the beach front and classic white sand. I would return for sure

The hotel itself is great. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were informed that a few of the facilities were not available (the slide, tennis facilities) which were all going through renovations. We were also warned not to use the balcony too much as monkeys would likely come, and could steal our stuff. It would have been nice to know this upfront, before arrival. We would have booked differently. Secondly, During our stay, staff were not up to a 5 Star standard. Forgetting to offer us welcome drinks, forgetting to move us to a table outside for dinner when it became available (despite asking 3 times) and a slow service for simple meals at dinner 50 minute wait for some grilled prawns.

How do we start here… Huge hotel complex with beach front. Whether you like that or not, is up to you. We found it to be very questionable. Complex appears quite modern, espfcially the foyer and front desk. Spectacular view. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent rooms. Pool area and restaurant are overall good. Pretty good gym Now for the downsides. Beach was really poor. Dont trust the foto. In our opinion you cant really use the beach at all. Lack of sand probably due to erosion, in low tide you cant swim anyways. Not much going on the area, so there is really not much to do other than hanging out in the hotel complex and pool area. Or maybe excursions, but in Nusa Dua you are far from most sights and traffic is catastrophic. Breakfast gets pretty crowded. Dinner buffet was rather average. 2 inconveniences to mention, that were managed really well: - hotel messed up airport pick up, which caused us some nerves on arrival. They apologised and offered free transfer to airport on our way back. And admittedly, it was a same day booking, so mistakes just happen. - reservation for sea food bbq set course menu got lost, once we arrived they ran out of it. They tried their best to make up for it and gave a generous discount. Would we stay there again? probably not. In general we wouldnt go back to Bali. If you are happy with resort style accomodation and mainly stay at the pool, it might still be your choice.

Lovely location, good facilities, great pools and beach, well appointed gym, and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet is excellent and a great start to each day. The only downside was the constant construction noise next door. In particular the rock breaking which operated everyday and our room was located on the south side of the hotel.

Frühstück und Personal waren sehr gut und freundlich. Auch die Zimmer sind renoviert (waren schonmal 2010 dort als es noch ein Nikko Hotel war) und die sind gut geworden. Der Rest des Hotels ist ok. Pool Anlage ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Hauptproblem waren aber zu wenige Liegen am Strand und Pool!

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Bali. The team truly went above and beyond to make our trip special and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The photos on the resort beach is deceiving, there is not such beach only a very small area that if you are lucky you get an spot clean. It is rocky and dirty. The water in the pool areas doesn’t look clean. I booked an ocean front view suite and they gave me a partial ocean view, I had to wait two days to get another one on an upper floor with the view. So the ocean view suite you see and choose from the site is not guaranteed that you’ll get it. Breakfast is terrible and the dining options are ok. Drinks and food are expensive I was expecting much better for the price of this hotel.

I stayed at Hilton Bali Resort for two weeks and was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. The sink tap would come off in my hands. Which is a bad standard for this organisation. I had to find a way to fit it back in. I was appaled to change rooms, three times in total. Then the second room was infested with ants, which ended up all on our wardrobes on the hanging rail into my clothes and my son's clothes. To speak with manager Sarah, the duty manager, had said the room. Would be cleaned with was unacceptable. The roo. They had been cleaned twice before in the day, so what were they doing?????? My wife had nothing to wear for the next day. And I just went through my son's clothes and made sure there were no ants on them. The cleaners did come to the room and started to use insect-killing spray; I asked them not to, but they still did and left the room with an awful smell. We changed rooms again for the second time room. We stayed as calm as possible as we did not moods off on holiday. The third room was cleaned quite well, but as days went by, the standards had dropped again. Standards through away, our snacks were ruined as we did not want to take the risk of eating ants. We asked to be compensated, but it was refused by the duty manager Sarah. There was no follow-up with how we or any compassion. furthermore, the son's clothes meant to be dry cleaned, but no one even called to check, and we just had enough of changing rooms. We stayed at two different resorts in Nusa Dua and it was night and day. Hilton was surprisingly not that clean. Our bathroom had some mold. The pool didn’t feel super clean. Good vibes. Okay food. Staff sort of slow. I would skip this resort.

環境は非常に良いですが、設備のメンテナンス不足で、部屋に異音がして変更してもらいましたが、今度は新しい部屋で風呂の給水のためのノブが壊れていて、お湯が止まらなくなりました。連絡後メンテナンスしてもらいましたが、お湯の色も茶色で整備不良だと感じました。 逆にスタッフは良く対応してくれて、大変良かったと思います。

Overall pretty disappointing, and not great value for the cost - we could have stayed at Padma for around the same had it been available for our short notice (3 weeks after booking) Before we arrived I had asked for former pillows, these weren’t supplied for 3 days. Our top sheets/blanket were soiled when we arrived, the cold water did not work in the bath for the kids, the toilet did not flush properly, there was mould through the shower, and the fridge did not chill anything effectively. One day they gave us 3 bath towels instead of the 4 we needed. Highlight was the buffet breakfast which was really well equipped (and very much work paying for in advance), although on our final morning I gave up waiting for a couple of poached eggs as I had been waiting 20 mins. Hilton is unfortunately a fair way out of the way from the main Nusa Dua area, meaning extra $10 in taxis (return) if you wanted to eat outside the hotel. It wasn’t TERRIBLE, but for $400+ a night we expected much more. $200-250 a night and I would have been happy enough.

I stayed in this hotel in the cliff tower with 2 rooms for 4 nights with family. The entrance, lobby and overall size of the hotel is big. The hotel has its private beach and the cliff tower has a wide sea view. View from the balcony is amazing. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has a wide spread and we enjoyed the delicious food everyday. Spread had Balinese, Chinese, Indian and Continental options. Compared to the size of the hotel, I felt its understaffed especially at the breakfast lobby. Overall, the hotel surely gives a felling of luxury and a five star experience. The location is remote and hence, to commute anywhere, one needs to have a vehicle at disposal.

I stayed in a Clifftop seaview room and it was perfect. Great room, awesome views of the sea to wake up to, staff were so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast too.

Disappointing Presidential Villa Experience We stayed at Hilton Bali Resort and booked the Presidential Villa, expecting a luxurious and seamless 5-star experience. Unfortunately, our stay began with major disappointment and frustration. When we arrived, the villa — the most premium accommodation at the resort — was not ready at the guaranteed 3 PM check-in time. Instead, we were placed in a small temporary room and could only access the villa at 9 PM, by which time our children were already asleep. We had traveled from Singapore as a family to enjoy the private pool and relax together during the day — and that entire first day was lost. To make matters worse, the A/C in the villa wasn't working properly, and technicians had to come in and out, further affecting our privacy and comfort. The resort also had a serious mosquito issue, even indoors, which was especially unpleasant for our kids. What was most disappointing was how the hotel initially handled the situation. They first offered only a shuttle service to dinner as compensation — for hours of delay and missed experience in the most expensive villa on the property. It took multiple discussions and strong follow-up from our side before they offered a 50% refund on the first night, complimentary dinner, and spa treatments. The beach view and hotel amenities are excellent. I booked a family room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The adults slept on the bed, and my nephews slept on the sofa bed which is spacious still. Staff members were friendly, professional, and are very helpful. The room is clean. On the patio, you can find a drying rack which is really useful to hang clothes, swim wears, etc. We will come back to Hilton whenever Nusa Dua is calling.

The view from our room was amazing. For the cost per night the room size was not worth it. As this resort had a low occupancy rate at this time they could have upgraded us to a bigger and better room which would have incentived us to cone back to stay.

I would like highlight one point which I did not like about the property that any additional expenses that we incurred at the property like having dinner at their restaurant or even having some snacks at the pool, they did not add the charges to our room. They were always adamant that we make payment there and then. This is not what we have experienced with other resorts across the globe. We did not like this.

It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue.

we had a fantastic 4 days at this hotel. It was 5 star on every level. The stand out is the staff who are so friendly helpful and kind and can never do enough for you. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is incredible with the widest selection of food you can imagine. The pool area is beautiful and the food in all the restaurants excellent.

Overall the stay was good ,but the hotel rooms need some updating , the cabinet doors the fridge was in wasnt shutting properly due to the hinges were need repair, the drawer where the tea bags and glasses kept not closing due to the drawer comming off track, they need to review their voucher system for half boarders as one of our group lost their voucher and been treated badly ,the vouchers are very small paper and easy to loose.not even water is available for dinner , we been made to pay for even water, 1st day we paid nearly £60 for drinks , meant to be a 15% discount ,but never been applied at this occasion.

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport .

Food at the Hilton was excellent as was the service. The resort has multiple pools and the grounds are well kept. The location is a little isolated compared to many other Nusa Dua resorts and the beach wasn’t anything special. There is construction taking place on a new resort next door but noise was not an issue.

Hilton Nusa Dua in Bali is a very nice clean hotel. Friendly and polite staff are very helpful. Hotel pools are nice and functional for all ages. We had beach view room and it was excellent. Nice decoration and good buffet breakfast with variety of foods.

We loved staying here. We love Hilton Hawaiian Village but Hilton Bali was even better. Great for families. Great for those who just want to relax and swim. Calling ride share was no problem. Grojek worked better than Grab though.

Pretty disappointing experience. Ocean view room is looking at construction site right next door. Construction happening 24/7 with loud construction noise. Outdoor furniture filthy. Ridiculously busy during breakfast. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get a coffee during buffet breakfast, not to mention the overcrowded restaurant. Not what we expected after paying $500 a night. Paid an extra $200 for late check out (6pm). After finding out that our flight was delayed asked at the reception if we could check out at 8pm instead. We were told we would need to pay for a full night price. Polite and friendly upon check in however completely opposite during check out. Never going there again!

We stayed for 6 nights in a pool/ ocean view room in the cliff tower. Generally the room was great, spacious, clean and modern. breakfast was amazing, with so much choice and very attentive friendly service. However we found the menu choices for other meals and beverages expensive relative to resorts in north nusa dua. for example, a sprite was approx $8.5 (aud) including tax and service charge. we just checked into our second resort on this trip, a 5 star property and the same item as a benchmark is only $4.5 (AUD). Similarly cocktails avg around $22 aud. Kids club staff were wonderful and the outdoor play equipment was great but overall it felt a little run down inside. Still fun for kids im sure. lastly, the pool was fabulous but as per other reviews, the beach is open, but directly infront of hilton, swimming is not very child friendly at all with alot of exposed rocks and a small sandy section. There was a section of beach alongside the hilton which seemed to be part of the property but we saw alot of rubbish both on the beach and on the grass area leading to the camel feeding. Walking next door to the Kempinski was much cleaner beach area. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome.

However, for me there were 2 disappointments, first was the beach, although excess to beach was good almost feels like a private beach, yet it didn't seem good for a swim or even for just lying down on the shore, I even spotted few plastic wrappers in the waves. The only reason its not a 5* review is because of aj 2 day Indian wedding which in my opinion took away our privacy. While the hotel has potential, our stay was marred by several issues. Our room was not what we booked; we received a queen bed instead of the king bed we reserved. Additionally, the TV was outdated (not a smart TV) and the AC remote control was missing. Please be careful on the beach as well—the sand is filled with sharp rocks. I hope management fixes these issues soon.

We loved staying at Hilton. Property was beautiful and very big with lots of amenities. Kids friendly. Staff were very polite. Breakfast was good but not so many items in Indian section. They do not change menu in breakfast. It was kind of same everyday which was kind of boring Otherwise everything else was good They should also offer Italian cuisine and Thai cuisine in restaurants
