Staff was great, good breakfast and free parking ! Will be back

I choose this property because it has a free airport shuttle and free breakfast. It’s located next to a beautiful body of water. Beautiful view from upper floors.

I really liked my stay here at the hotel even though it was for a day. The breakfast was ok, pool access was great and easy and they also had a gym. They also had a convenience store inside the hotel where you could either pay by cash or hotel credit. The only bad thing I have to say is that the ice machine was not functioning on two floors, other than that everything was great.

This place was really amazing for the price you pay. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The pool was clean.

Food was great, staff was great. Only thing is the shuttle stops at 10p.

The front desk tried their best considering they were under construction. But I picked this hotel, because it was halfway between the airport and cruise terminal. The hotel shuttle took forever. 4 calls later we finally got a ride a hr and a half after the 1st call.

Left my cruise. And they got me a room around 1pm even though check in was at 4pm they was nice and friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful. They have a shuttle that takes you around to shop or get something to eat.

One of my biggest forms of disappointment staying at a hotel is when the pool is closed. When I booked two weeks ago this was not the case. I would have went with the Embassy Suites if I knew the pool was not open. I am a big fan of HIE and will continue to stay despite this. Just stinks when you are from a bad weather area and looking forward to swimming an you cannot.

Although there is quite a bit of renovation and construction taking place as they convert to a Holiday Inn Express (I believe), the airport shuttle was great, the staff super friendly, and the bed was awesome!

The hotel is very clean and the room was excellent. The location is perfect. My only issue is the fact that I was there for four days and no one came to clean the room, take out trash or bring clean towels

Very clean and updated rooms and facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Van driver exceptionally helpful. You can tell this location is well managed and staffed. 5 stars. (And I rarely give 5 stars). Excellent hotel if staying near MIA airport.

The hotel is under construction. The room had an awful mold smell. The bathroom was full of mold and dirty. The hotel has potential, but it needs an entire clean-up. The staff was OK, the front desk was busy during check-out, and no instructions were given to guests on checking out.

The sliding glass doors in the bathroom did not close properly, and the carpet in the hallway leading to the bedrooms on level 3 had a bad smell.

The room was dirty, the bedspreads were filthy, the carpet was disgusting—a hotel that deserves to be shut down until it's fit to provide lodging. It's a dump, yet it charges like a Level 3 hotel, and the sofa was covered in human feces.

This was just ok. I was expecting more for the money. I didn’t hardly get cell service in half the hotel and not really in my room at all, even with the wifi. My room phone was broken so I couldn’t call my family in other rooms or the front desk which was very frustrating. Other than that, we stayed busy on our vacation so I didn’t explore the hotel or use the amenities much.

The front desk staff was annoyed that we brought to their attention that our air conditioning was not cooling properly. The maintenance person was very good even though he could not speak much English. He recommended strong that we be moved to another room, which they did finally.

Just no wifi. I have Tmobile & my phone had no service at all in room 209 Imagine being in a hotel room for a weekend with no wifi or phone service. My phone only worked like it’s supposed to when I was in the lobby and to me that is unacceptable and the people who work there seem to be nonchalant about it. I was very disappointed.

Nice hotel big rooms and everything clean

This is a gem! The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport, at the end of a quiet road and it overlooks a large, peaceful “lagoon”. The property is brand new and the rooms are very spacious with not one but two tvs, a full size sofa, pristine bathrooms and modern furnishings. There is a gorgeous outdoor pool and a hotel shuttle that goes to the airport and a nearby shopping plaza.

PROS: The property was as described. Staff was very professional and well groomed. CONS: WIFI is bad. Room phones don't work. Staff needs better training as it relates to in person payment. We had serious issues with duplicate charges on separate charges. We noticed this issue while there but wasn't able to speak with a manager (Shanice I believe was her name) until the following week because she was out. Prior to speaking with the manager we were speaking with the front desk attendant I think the name was Ashley who wasn't very helpful. I wanted to give four stars all the way but due to these CONS, I did not.

Walls are thin. Constantly heard people out in hallway.

Nice stay. I appreciated that the beds had both firm and soft pillow options. Pillows can make or break a stay. The only issue with our room was that the bathroom door stuck. You physically had to force it closed. Otherwise the first floor patio was nice, but the pool could have been more creative.

The hotel overall was okay. The walls are paper thin. People next door were having a normal conversation and we can hear everything clear as if they were in the room with us. It annoys me when hotels are like this.

I am very disappointed at the service provided at the hotel, never thought I would be treated the way I did. Service was good when arrived and check in to my room, the gentleman at the front desk gave good service. The complain comes when the service cleaning staff came to do my room, the service was bed was fixed & new towels were put in the bathroom only, no cleaning was done in the room & bathroom, the floor & carpet had dirt, sand & crumbs, floor was not swept & the carpet was not vacuumed, also no trash bags in the bathroom & room trash can. Very poor customer service, as a rewards member of the hotel you are allowed to do a late check out instead of 11am, had the staff knock on my room door around 10:50am telling me that my check out time is at 11am, asking what time I was checking out, told the staff as a reward member I am allow to check out late, she stated that she will put me down to check out at 12pm. I get a phone call in the room at 11:30 am & is the front desk lady stating that it was pass the check out 11am & needed to leave the room immediately, once again I stated I was a reward member, the lady did not care and told me I needed to leave the room now, my 7 years old and I had to rush and get all our stuff/luggages and leave the room in 5 min. Then as I go to the hotel parking lot to get the car to put our stuff in, I see a paper on the windshield stating the vehicle will be towed away to see the front desk. Never felt so humiliated like I did. Horrible.

Staff was very helpful during our stay. They helped us arrange private transport to the ports for our cruise. They also sent a driver to the airport to pock us up late at night.

The front desk staff were amazing and very accommodating. Some of the other staff were cold/dismissive to my travel companion but other than that I would still give a 5 star.

Night auditor was helpful. Breakfast should be served until 10am on weekends. On Sunday at 8:30am the buffet was completely empty of food. A staff meber had to tell the attendent to bring stuff out.

Checking was very slow, only one person checking people in

Faizal and Owen were exceptional front desk agents. The hotel also offered a shuttle service within a 3-mile radius to guests which was quite useful.

We are a family of 4. The room was perfect for us, the breakfast was everything you needed. You will need a car as there is nothing in walking distance.

Everything about the stay was great... the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with great views. Clean, quiet & friendly.

It is close to the airport and Dolphin Mall. 15 min drive to the mall.They offer shuttle to the airport during certain hours. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was perfect for us. We would stay here again.

It is near the airport and that's all. There is no where to walk to, but perhaps that's how it is with the car culture of the US.

The room is perfect and clean. The breakfast buffet is 4 points: needs to improve variety, temperature of the food and cleaning of the tables area.

Way too expensive for a hotel being remodeled. Breakfast was $25 a person ridiculous. No restaurant in area unless you shuttled. Never stay again
