It was awful-had to leave within 30 minutes. Filthy-dirty sheets on floor in hallway as well as empty food boxes. Smell was unbearable and bug in the bed. Parking and location dark and unsafe. Drugs and/or prostitution occurring in parking lot across the way!

The room is cute and the kitchen is nice. Only problem is there’s no hot water.. When I called down to the front desk to ask about the hot water, I was told that one of the two boilers was down and then if I let it run for a few minutes, it’ll get warm. I let it run for 20 minutes. It did not get warm. There was no plan to fix it. They just expected their customers to beige in cold water.

The room was clean. Staff was very nice. Parking was easy and safe. No hot water at arri val. Was offered a full refund if cancelled.

Hotel and room was very clean, checking in was easy. Very frustrating though that they didnt tell us check in that they didn't have hot water. Then to find out that they had been without hot water for days. We were told that the water would be fixed by the morning. That was not true at all. 2 days of cold showers little water pressure.
