Grand entrance with lovely staff, but average rooms that show the age of the hotel. The room could’ve been cleaner, mould in the shower, gaps between the floor tiles and splash marks on the bedside table did not add to the experience. The car park is tiny and could not accommodate me as they were fully booked, messaging the hotel at the time of booking had very little effect as there was no space left when I arrived, lovely staff recommended a nearby car park which amounted to roughly double the price (900 HUF/hour). I will probably look for other higher brands when coming back ti Budapest.

Business trip but the room table is not suitable for it, maybe for vacation, we booked total 3 rooms with other colleagues, 1 room has broken shower head, 1 AC isn’t working, 1 got a smaller room etc. overall not really satisfied with such conditions. Also parking one front desk allows for none payment for the 2nd car which parks less than 6 hours, but the next day we got asked for the payment…

I am extremely pleased. I've traveled to 36 countries and lived in five and must say this hotel exceeds my needs and desires yet for an extremely reasonable rate. I am a 65-year-old female who drove alone into Budapest from Germany. The sitting area is great! Two comfortable chairs with a table you can work from or eat from at the right height. The TV is huge with all the information you need for the hotel from room service to laundry, transportation, maps, etc. The coffee/tea station is super. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is well appointed, and nicely sized with a large deep tub with an excellent shower head and strong water pressure. Parking [P] was a breeze. Enter from the very small one-way street from the rear of the hotel. You'll see a small [P] for underground parking. Take the Elevator to the ground [0/E] floor to reception and you're in your beautiful room right away. The staircase is magnificent. Thanks for a great stay! E. Shoemaker

Excellent hotel … would stay again … only complaint is that ice machines on upper floors did not work … and TV reception flickered … otherwise great and would stay again. Very nice Cafe on main floor … and housekeeping very good. Good value too.

We passed two nights in the hotel. It has a good location to visit both the center and the Heroes’ Square. All was perfect. The international breakfast offers many different specialities. The hotel has also a very welcoming and clean SPA. The Fitness room is very well equipped. The garage is under the hotel connected by the Lift.

Warm, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful furnishings and condition throughout. Sauna and gym area was great, bedroom, bathroom very well laid out with coffee machine. The only issue I had was 3 out of the 4 nights the AC was broken and did not end up working. Which resulted in a room that was too hot to sleep or relax in.

Wonderful stay for four nights! Rooms are a little small, but nicely designed, with a fridge (no minibar in ours), coffee maker, a huge TV at the end of a comfy bed and a round table with two chairs in the corner for hanging. The tv is wired for sound in the bathroom so you can listen to your own connected device or whatever's on tv. The linens were fresh and high-end. The lighting in the bathroom was flattering, instead of that fluorescent, scary situation. The common rooms downstairs off the lobby were very nice and welcoming to those who needed to work. Great cakes in the cafe. I recommend the Esterhazy if you like walnut. Didn't have breakfast there, so can't speak to that. The only reason that I didn't give the hotel a perfect mark is that the shower, although beautiful/luxurious, needed some attention as there was some mildew and it didn't drain properly. Overall, though, wonderful hotel and will stay there again!

This hotel needs to improve significantly in terms of room cleanliness. Our room was extremely dirty; the bedsheets had hair and dark stains on them, and the headboard had something sticky and more hair. I wish I could upload photos to provide clear evidence of these issues and ensure the transparency and honesty of this review. Additionally, the staff at this hotel could benefit from some customer service training. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Absolutely not. Would I stay at this hotel again? Absolutely not. This was a lovely hotel in great area for exploring the city. A short walk to the tram stop, good breakfast choices & a light airy enterance. It would have been a 5 star review except.... Our stay was early October it was upwards of 16°c outside and full sunshine. Our room on the 8th floor, in direct sunlight and was absolutely boiling. The air-conditioning wasn't working and the room was unpleasantly uncomfortable. I spoke to the staff on three or four occasions, they didn't seem paticularly bothered and advised that the a/c was switched off now and it was only heating as it was the winter season. They did open the window (only one would open) which made it a little more comfortable however we would have preferred it to be cooler - we both woke on all 3 days with a headache from the stuffiness of the room. In a hotel of this standard, I would expect to be able to choose the temperature of my room myself and not be dictated to about whether it is hot or cold.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Beke Hotel in Budapest and can’t recommend it highly enough! Upgrading to a suite was the best decision – it felt like a spacious, luxurious apartment with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, offering an incredible variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to made-to-order dishes, catering to every taste imaginable. The hotel’s location is also perfect, just a short, easy walk to public transport, making it a breeze to explore Budapest’s sights. Everything about this hotel, from the attentive staff to the impeccable amenities, made for a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Nachts sind dauernd Einsatzfahrzeuge mit Sirene unterwegs. Das Zimmer war nicht makellos. Kalkflecken im Bad und Staub hinter den Lampen. Die Badezimmertür ist vom Duschwasser beschädigt. Beim Frühstück war großer Andrang. Die Tische wurden erst neu gedeckt, wenn die Gäste darauf hinwiesen. Das Buffet war um 10:00 schon sehr leer geräumt. Das Personal war zu wenig aufmerksam.

Buen hotel pero gran problema con las cortinas de las habitaciones. Dejan pasar la luz del dia y esto hace que uno se despierte con el sol. Imposible levantarse mas tarde de las 7h. Además se escuchan perfectamente los ruidos de la calle por las ventanas no son silenciosas. He dormido mal cada noche y me he despertado antes de lo que querría cada mañana.
