Always great to stay here. Villas are a little older but nice and big for families. Having kitchen and laundry helps as well. Pools and spas are great. Played some tennis and took morning or afternoon walks on the beach. Very relaxing.

Lovely room, but did not have a car park near room. Had to park away and carry luggage to room. Unfortunately the shower had hair left in the drain and communication was lacking with regards to having it removed. A very late reply, after 8.30pm to offer for it to be cleaned. Said they would discuss with management on a compensation IF I was ever to stay again.

The lack of a BBQ at the villa was disappointing. Was told by reception “oh yeah, we don’t do that anymore .. “ Would be good if the ads and listings reflected this as being a family staying for a week, it was a big reason we picked that room and resort in general. The pool whilst a really nice size and warm, could do with a good clean !

the grounds and location are excellent - right on the beach. rooms are spacious and clean but tired looking. security door was broken. bathroom is old and needs a reno. no wifi in the room and internet connectivity was low. older style tv (no smart tv). gym equipment is limited and rusted or faulty. spa out of order! gardens are gorgeous.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Pool was clean and the tennis court was well maintained. There was some surface mould in the main bathroom and the shower taps in the family bathroom lacked indicators as to what was hot and what was cold.

We had a relaxing time at nautilus! Room was good for what we needed and the pools were a great hit with our young kids. My only disappointment would be the gym as it was old and not maintained well. The kitchen could have used some more basic items like dishwashing liquid for the duration of our stay or extra rubbish bags. Overall very happy and would stay again.

The room was difficult to find . The room was average and the bed was well below average . The ensuite had been done up . There was no parking anywhere near the room . The resort itself was well appointed but we were there to get a good nights sleep which we didn't get .

On raising this with the staff, we were told that not all units have modems and it depended on which one you were allocated. We found this very misleading.

I didn’t know where the pools were located, just given a key, didn’t know there was a restaurant until I read the sign out the front, had no idea where it was situated. The cutlery draws had crumbs in there, there were no tissues available and the room was dull. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as it was disappointing.

Property tired and run down, cracked toilet bowl, bathroom door tries to disintegrate when opened, bathroom exhaust fan not working, mouldy shower curtain, thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades, torn bed sheets, metal door frames rusted. TV lost signal for most of our first evening. This property did not live up to its presentation on the web page. Very dissapointing!!!

Our villa (165) was filthy. Most surfaces, excluding the kitchen had built up dirt and grime, mouldy curtains on every window, dirty walls, filthy AC units. There was something living in the roof that made a lot of noise and scared our young children, additionally the roof was also leaking. There was no wifi and when we asked management they weren’t sure and followed up with the owner whom also couldn’t provided the details either. We took photos of everything and complained to management which resulted in nothing. I would not recommend staying here.

Dishwasher didn't work (dishes weren't clean and we had to re-wash them) and sofa bed was not usable due to being awfully uncomfortable (suggest bringing alternative bedding if you need it). However the resort and facilities were lovely and we would stay here again.

The overall stay was pleasant, it was clean and easy to stay at with the kids. I was disappointed that there were no sheets for the fold out although they were aware we would be using them. There was one single doona (for a double fold out) that was filthy and no sheet to put on it. I had to guy buy bedding for my kids. There were no extra towels to use for the pool. Given there is no staff on-site over the weekend we had to make do. It’s these little things that would have made our stay perfect.

We did not have any contact from phone calls, email, whilst we only got that the reception was out and “we will return your call” later. We arrived on the Friday around 3 PM and no one was at reception. If they told us that they had no staff, we would know. Unfortunately we would not return. The times we have had stayed there was always one level and this time we were on 2nd level with 17 steps which was not shown when we booked.
