We are a finnish couple and ended our Scotland honeymoon in Dalmahoy. It was a very nice to finish our trip here relaxing and enjoying this beautiful place. Everything went smoothly. Food was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Scenery and building is very fancy.

Lovely hotel in super grounds. We had accessible room and would be helpful to have grab rail next to toilet to assist rising.

This is a very impressive hotel with a very well maintained Golf course, however the experience we had during our stay was very disappointing, with rude staff, very poorly maintained rooms with loose tiles in the en-suite and a very poor level of facilities within the rooms. With no power sockets or usb connectivity at the bedside and a tv that only showed local channels- not even the option to select Netflix or other online streaming services. The next disappointment was the breakfast, which on both days was very unpleasant, with over cooked bacon, egg and other items, it was far below the standard that you would experience at a budget hotel like Premier Inn. Such a shame, but with some staff training and an ongoing refurbishment of the rooms and facilities, this has the core elements to become a very impressive and welcoming venue with all the facilities you would expect.

Stayed 2 nights

Quite aged, tired, and for the price you pay, poor value for money. Only redeeming feature are the grounds and amenities. Rooms are tired, worn, and not noise proof. Staff loading + unloading an event at 1am making alot of noise. Slamming doors etc, not alot of noise insulation. Stayed for 2 nights - room not cleaned, no top up of water etc. Wasn't even asked how my stay was when I checked out. Food selection isnt great. Only ordered on one night, overpriced frozen meal is what I felt I got. Just disappointing overall!
