Lovely service and staff (until we got booted out of the lobby area with lots of empty seats (needed a reservation) and put in the windowless business center.) The beds are not super comfortable which is suprising for a Park Hyatt.

The Park Hyatt Saigon was exceptional. Everything about our stay in the hotel was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and the dining and bar areas terrific.

It’s as classic for Saigon and located well. We loved the decor and elegance. The warm greetings by staff is. Plus and they were than happy to help us and remembered our names. All the elements were there for a great hotel. I loved the quaint spa facilities. Breakfast was always satisfying and delicious. Our room was spacious and was offer to us early upon arrival. The only draw back was the hotel noises on our end of the floor. A 4 plus star is a more accurate rating. We would stay here again.
